Great software, easily navigable, no issues with display or operability. Overall, a solid software that I would recommend to anyone.

Pros

This software is very easy to use and navigate. I jumped in with no training or overview, and I was able to do pretty much anything in under 5 minutes.

Cons

It's a little pricey for a one-location small business owner, but that doesn't stop me from paying for what it brings to my business.

So far, my experience with OptiSigns has been positive. They make our TV screens look professional, and my administration has been pleased!

Pros

I really like working with OptiSigns. The customer support is amazing. It's good to know that a real person is there to help to keep your workflow moving forward!

Cons

I have not discovered anything that is a problem. I was only disappointed to hear that they will be increasing the cost in 2026. It's only $10, but it is still cheaper than many of the programs available out there.

### "Does what we wanted with no hassle"

My experience with Optisigns has been extremely good. After a year of searching for digital signage that can update data across our workfloor; I finally found the solution for us. Optisigns has increased our productivity and workflow throughout the two buildings we own and has put our 30 year old company into the modern era. OS having integrations with google workplace/sheets/slides/documents is exactly what we wanted. It lets us have the freedom to code systems in our database for backup/storage/manipulation and displays our data throughout our buildings privately without having a public URL like other digital signage apps. OS also having a playlist feature for other apps like news, weather, and safety tips to break up our data display also really sets is apart from just a basic slideshow. I'd rate the app a 9/10, just because of the couple of minor updating issues.

Pros

I love that I can integrate it with google workspace and the systems we have already devolved. It was very easy to use and has a lot of built in features I was looking for. I can sync up all of my TV's and screens up to specific playlists even though they aren't the same brand. Very cheap subscription price if only running a couple of screens.

Cons

Sometimes there are issues with the data updating across my screens when they are scheduled to. But fixes itself after a few hours, we can always do a manual update if we notice it in advanced, isn't too much trouble.

Overall the service has worked well, 30 screens and counting. Our company was using another service prior, and Optisigns far exceeds the capabilities of the previous service. Optisigns not only beat them in price, but in usability.

Pros

Tons of integrations(Apps) at a reasonable cost. Easy deployment. Detailed help sections. Fast response time for support(email).

Cons

I would like an easier way to authorize Microsoft integrations or a easy way to change Microsoft accounts when needed.

### "Excellent for managing content, but limited in design"

Overall I am very happy with OptiSigns, because now it is very easy for me to manage all the content displayed at our company and branches.

Pros

Optisigns is very easy to install on the screens you want to operate and the ease of managing all the content that has to be displayed.

Cons

The design options for applications are very limited. When you use a RSS feed for example, you don't have a lot of freedom in desiging the screen for it.

### "Optisigns for Test Area Data Display"

Optisigns customer representatives are knowledgeable and respond quickly. The device also has great help features built in to get you up and running.

Pros

The dashboard GUI is really user friendly and intuitive, and the connection is seamless. The timer function is also great and we often use the remote connection feature to start the screen from outside of the office. It's great value for money, too.

Cons

We only went for the one way device so have limited ourselves with regards to interaction, but otherwise the device functions as intended.

I’ve been really impressed by the experience; you’d think helpful support would be standard, yet it feels rare to find such great customer service paired with quick responses and genuinely thorough explanations.

Pros

Easy to get started, a few minutes and all of our TVs were ported over and operating. Took only 15 minutes.

Cons

It's a bit surprising, but there actually isn't a dedicated mute button for TV's playing content through Apple TV. The workaround is to mute our devices, but I want backend control, so no one accidentally turns it up. Feels like a pretty simple feature. Would love to see this rolled out in the near future.

Excellent - no issues that haven't been resolved easily or quickly. I recently had an issue related to 3rd party equipment and he was very prompt and willing to help find a solution resolve my issue. Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\]

Pros

The ability to log in through any web browser allows me to manage content easily. It's very simple to use, stable and OptiSigns customer service team are fast to respond and willing to help. Pricing is also great value for money especially if you have limited design experience, you can take advantage of pre-load and editable templates depending on the subscription platform you have. It has many great features to cater for almost anything you could possibly need including scheduling. I highly recommend OptiSigns!

Cons

I don't have any negative things to say of this product. It meets all of mine and my clients needs. The only thing I have encountered that was a minor inconvenience is the limitation of 6144x6144px, but far from a major problem. Might be also worth listing aspect ratios including screen rotation limitations for 3rd party media sources such as Google TV Streamer, Chromecast, etc.

### "Great multiplatform digital signage management software."

Overall experience is great and currently exceeds my needs. I love the ability to manage displays remotely and the using templates to quickly deploy signage for speacial occasions and holidays

Pros

Ability to use across a varitiy of platforms, including windows, android and variety of TV platforms.

Cons

I have not met my limit with this application. The application is continually updated and refined with additional featured beung added regularly.

Pros

Extremely easy to use. I was able to set up and run within 10 minutes. There is a native app with Google TV, which is my favorite. I am able to customize it very easily via their web app.

Cons

At my tier, I'm not able to schedule what is shown on the screens. Not a deal breaker. I still love Optisigns!

Overall, my experience with OptiSigns has been very positive. The platform offers a great balance of usability, flexibility, and value. I was able to get our digital signage up and running quickly, and the remote management tools made it easy to maintain content across multiple locations. The variety of templates and integrations helped streamline our workflow, and the system has been reliable with minimal downtime. While there were a few challenges during setup and some limitations with the mobile app, these were relatively minor compared to the overall benefits. OptiSigns has definitely improved how we communicate visually within our organization.

Pros

The interface is intuitive, making it simple to create and schedule content without needing advanced technical skills. I especially appreciated the wide variety of templates and integrations—being able to pull in content from PowerPoint, Canva, and even SharePoint made it super flexible for our needs. For the news widgets I didn't like the filters you can use. as a college i was looking for some type of filter to protect us from sensitive topics popping up.

That it subscription based and you need internet connection to keep the tv screens alive. Using the fire tv it little hacked with more then one screen to get them on the opti app

Great! Their customer service is timely and helpful. There are plenty of FAQ pages and their AI chat bot does a pretty solid job of directing you to the proper helpful links. Super happy with the software and we're getting the most we can out of it!

Pros

After a small learning curve of the software, the ease of use and automation is very helpful for easy promotion and distribution of our marketing materials!

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve with the automations and time-saving settings. Set up of our first device was a bit complicated, but their customer service is excellent, and helped me through those initial bugs.

### "Great Product with Some Technical Difficulties"

OptiSigns is a great company to work with. The team is very kind and responsive. I contacted customer service twice. Once to get our tax-exempt status implemented and once for technical issues. Both times, customer service was kind and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, they were not able to resolve the technical issue in the timeframe we needed. So, I got my resolution from ChatGPT. We still have some minor issues, but not sure if the root problem is the software or the display. When it works, it works great!

Pros

I love the ease of use with the design interface and the vast amount of templates to choose from. The software is very intuitive and allows you to quickly and easily design the multiple screens needed for a touchscreen kiosk.

Cons

We ran into issues getting OptiSigns to work with our digital display. The app crashed upon loading on our touchscreen kiosk. It turns out that the OptiSigns app on the Google Play Store was outdated. When I downloaded it directly from the website, it worked.

The overall experience was great. No major issues with the platform.

Pros

This is a very easy platform to use. The CMS is user friendly and straight forward. The options for signage devices is better than most and you can use your own devices. The setup and paring of the screens was done is a couple of steps and I would recommend this digital signage platform for any size business to get their message across to their audience.

Cons

The only con that I would have is the trial period may need to be a little longer for larger size business to really get a feel and testing of the different devices available.

It is a great operating system that has helped us fill a need. It is quick and easy to set up and to make changes when needed.

Pros

It is an easy, straightforward program to both set up and to use. It is easy to create graphics with they're intergarted programs.

Cons

Rarely you will need to do a hard reset to the streaming sticks that they sell. That is fairly rare. I've had to do it once or twice in 2 years with the 3 sticks we have.

Tremendous! It has been a great experience from start through onboarding. The team is always ready to answer your questions and provide tips & tricks on how to best accomplish your outcome.

Pros

Optisign was hands down the best option out there. Even as a new potential customer who was testing the service, they were responsive and helpful. They provided an extended trial period so that our team could all evaluate and test the system. Finally - we were very excited to be able to remotely turn our tv's on and off. Little things like that make a difference in equipment wear/tear.

Cons

In the beginning it can be a little daunting to figure out how things work. But it really is overall quite intuitive once you find the flow of items.

I've had a great experience with OptiSigns! We use it as a display in our office. I love how easy it is to display specific photos or slides as well as incorporate outside videos and streams. The office loves watching streaming of adoptable cats.

Pros

OptiSigns is incredibly easy to use. I love the ability to customize the display with whatever I choose. Customer support responds quickly with detailed troubleshooting instructions.

Cons

First time setup took a bit longer than I anticipated but then it was easy to use. The remote and device buttons could be easier to use and understand.

Pros

It's incredibly easy to design each page and uploading it to a tv takes a few seconds. Pricing is very reasonable.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like since it meets our needs. Easy to use, displays information that we want, and easy implementation.

very easy to use and smooth to use. I like that we can upload images and also use their templates for marketing.

Pros

easy to use and great options. We use it on multiple screens and it has been a great way to do our marketing

Cons

I have noticed that sometimes changes do not save and also we have issue using Fire TV and losing the connection
