Once i learned how to use this software, it was really easy, and i was able to setup storefronts rather quickly.

Pros

This is great for quickly spinning up a website that allows you to have your client order products that will genrate a print ready pdf and have it show up on your printer queue. The entire process is covered and they do a good job ensuring it is as customizable as possible

Cons

Understanding each product within the entire storeflow and how it ties together is hard. There weren't as many docs and tutorials on this, though it has gotten better.

Improved workflow, improved offering to customers, time saved, cost saved and an additional route to marketplace.

Pros

The support service is fantastic, quick responses, and 9 times out of 10 the issue is resolved satisfactorily and in a timely fashion. the system has been able to fit pretty much all our needs straight out of the box. Training (supplied via KJP Global) was very good.

Cons

There are a few niggles, more often than not in the functionality of uCreate, where to get around constraints from software developers, changes have been made that turn what should be a simple solution, into a bit of a chore, however there is usually a workaround offered by support. A good example of this would be the inability to write in 'all caps' until you provide another variable to allow it to happen.
