Pros: The support service is fantastic, quick responses, and 9 times out of 10 the issue is resolved satisfactorily and in a timely fashion. the system has been able to fit pretty much all our needs straight out of the box. Training (supplied via KJP Global) was very good.

Cons: There are a few niggles, more often than not in the functionality of uCreate, where to get around constraints from software developers, changes have been made that turn what should be a simple solution, into a bit of a chore, however there is usually a workaround offered by support. A good example of this would be the inability to write in 'all caps' until you provide another variable to allow it to happen.

Overall: Improved workflow, improved offering to customers, time saved, cost saved and an additional route to marketplace.
