Prisma boasts an exceptional level of user-friendliness, making it highly intuitive and easy to navigate.

Cons

To improve our marketing analytics and organization. It would be highly beneficial if business events could specify which campaign each business event is currently incorporated into. This addition would help us better organize our content and ensure more effective campaign management.

### "One of the best campaign management tool - Prisma Campaigns"

Pros

Prisma Campaigns provides a very good UI/UX which is a differentiator from other products. Being an advertiser, I can say that campaign management has become very for us with Prisma.

Cons

We faced glitches very frequently while uploading campaigns and downloading reports. This caused many escalations and we had to repeat the process. Apart from this, only thing which can be worked upon is competitive price point.

Cons

With Prisma being so robust, at times it can feel daunting to start a new project or new campaign in the system. It can also be tough for someone new to learn all the ins and outs.

### "Prisma's greatest strength is it's ability to work for you. "

At first, I thought there was a lot to learn, but once I saw how the program operates and the process a campaign follows on Prisma, it was all down hill from there.

Pros

There are many great things about Prisma that I could touch on. You have the option to use coding to really narrow down or pinpoint what you would like to do in your workflow. It does have a little bit of a learning curve, but that is because it is not Constant Contact or Mail Chimp. Prisma give you enough control to take your campaigns to the next level.

Cons

The learning curve is a little tedious, but the customer support is top-notch. We have worked with our representative every week since we got the software. We learned the ins and outs within the first few meetings, and have learned so much more ever since.

After we got over the initial learning curve, our experience with Prisma Campaigns has been great. We love the people, know they truly listen to us and our needs, are super responsive to any tickets we submit, readily accept and work on our enhancement requests, and we have an open line of communication with the Prisma team.

Pros

We love that we can run a multi-channel campaign and have one place to build the marketing funnel and see the results. Whether it's email, digital banking ads, web form, etc. It is a very robust tool that can do pretty much anything you want.

Cons

There was a learning curve initially in understanding how this tool could be used. A steeper learning curve than our past email marketing tools. Because it's so robust and flexible, that's what makes it more challenging to learn because you have to understand what you're hoping to accomplish, understand the points of data, and have the technical skillset in order to build the funnel appropriately.

### "A Good Tool to Learn and Put Marketing On Automation"

I am a fairly new user that has been given the primary role to work with Prisma in creating our email campaign flows to tie in with our member engagement. There is a learning curve, but it has lots of potential for reaching our clients and once you've got it becomes so easy and possibilities become almost endless.

Pros

I like the Campaign Flows and the multiple paths that can be created for a single product.

Cons

Issues with ease of data sending and pulling. Hard to track results and configuring correct conditions.

### "Great results from over 60 cross-channel campaigns on the Prisma Campaigns platform"

Star One Credit Union was able to shift more time to developing marketing campaigns aligned with clients and business goals, instead of spending time executing campaigns. We leveraged a simple, intuitive, and centralized campaign platform and executed more personalized campaigns across more channels, leading to improved engagement with its members.

Pros

Star One Credit Union has run more than 60 cross-channel campaigns on the Prisma Campaigns platform. These campaigns focused on promoting current member benefits and cross-selling high-value services. Star One reported a doubling of client reach via the new multi-channel campaigns, and a doubling of conversion rates over a period of eight months. Many of our campaigns executed through Mobile banking, using pop-ups, led to outstanding results, both in terms of conversion rate and new members.

Cons

We did have a little trouble on the learning curve, but with help from Prisma support and Prisma's client manager we got up and running and put the campaigns in place.

Prisma Campaigns just worked and we were able to get our campaigns up and running within the week.
