Pros: We love Pipedrive! It's a simple CRM which allows us to manage all our client relationships, prospects and new accounts.

Cons: We would love an in call feature or the ability to align our gvoice to call. Also email open notifications and click tracking.

Pros: This is my favorite CRM I've ever used. It's super easy to learn, and it's got all the features you'd expect. The Kanban-style pipeline is extremely versatile, and even fun to use.

Cons: It's possible I simply wasn't using it right, but the revenue prediction aspect of the pipeline was a little weird. I wish there were a way to both use the likelihood of closing a deal at a particular stage, and keep that likelihood from impacting the revenue projection.

Pros: -The price point is very good compared to the rest. This is a great solution for small to medium size teams.
-Simplicity. Very intuitive.
-Ease of use. Pretty much self explanatory.
-Ease of setup. Some reading needs to be done but is as simple as it gets without the need of a 3rd part consultant.
-Customer service.

Cons: More filters would be nice. Filtering by team members, client name, type of business can be tricky sometimes. Sometimes its easier to download and filter using excel which would be nice to see in future releases.

Overall: Great CRM for small to medium sized teams. Requires little experience and is very easy to use and setup. There are a ton of videos explaining setup and proper use and customer service is always willing to help out.
For me this is the easiest to setup up and use of all CRMs out there. We have used others and they are either too expensive when your team starts to grow or too expensive to setup.
Using Pipedrive on your smartphone is also a pleasure to use.

I needed a CRM tool that I could quickly get up and running. Pipedrive met the need versus others.

Pros: For my work I need to track activity across multiple clients and often positioning their solutions to the same end using client. Pipedrive is great for this need. You can build pipelines in this exact way. The tool is also very easy to use, easy to track your progress, and easily aligns with my email, calendar, and contacts. Lastly, when you have a question their support team is right on it and they follow up.

Pros: Really intuitive and easy to use. Staff are actually using it. Our old CRM was far to complicated and expensive. Staff didn't understand it didn't use it properly.
Customising to fit what we do and to enable us to track KPI's is really easy.
Imports are very simple.

Cons: The email integration isn't 100% . We deal with a lot of the same people on different deals. Often the emails get linked to the incorrect deals.
You can't change this unless you're the owner of that email.

Overall: The software is so easy to use that Staff uptake has been amazing. It has allowed us to capture the info we need.

Tool used to manage customer-business relationships more effectively.

Pros: What I like most about Pipedrive is that it is free and you only need your email, some personal and company information. In addition, it allows you to better plan your sales strategies and be your own advisor as well as to be aware of which products are sold the most and which are the most effective members of your team.

Cons: What I like least about Pipedrive is that it is not exactly the ideal software for large companies, but rather focuses on small teams.

Pros: Pipedrive is very similar to BaseCRM. It is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool that exists entirely in the cloud. The Android app is packed with alot of features and the web app allows for customization.

Cons: Although similar to BaseCRM it does lack a few important features like texting support. Additionally, like BaseCRM you have to pay a monthly fee for each user as compared to being able to buy a package deal.

Pros: This has been a time saver for me!! As a realtor, nothing is more important that keeping up with my clients. Great app!!

Cons: Not a ton of cons. Simple to use, and not complicated. This is an app I will continue to use, and recommend to others.

Comments: Keeps me accountable for all of my deals

Pros: Allows documentation of all deals. Send emails from pipedrive. Can be viewed by other members of your team.

Cons: Can become overwhelming if you do not keep it maintained. If used by many users you need to develop protocol to insure consistincy

Pros: I like that it was all very in your face and straightforward, its very difficult to be confused about the purpose of things

Cons: I only tested this tool and didnt find significant things to dislike other than it lacked the power our company needed which is why we're sticking with salesforce

Pros: I like that it integrates with our email platform to allow for quick delivery of template messages. Also love that we can see who OPEN and CLICKS on links in the emails

Cons: sometimes the system seems to lag - also I wish there was a way to delete contacts and organizations without an administrator getting involved

Pros: I just started using PipeDrive (from SalesForce) and it is a very simple and easy to use CRM tool. It helps you to understand the sales process and track the progress of the sale throughout the cycle. Easy to understand and use, with many different functions and abilites.

Cons: I would like if the program had the ability to intergrate the use of Gmail as an email source, which all in the office use.

Overall: Simple and easy to use CRM tool!

Pros: The way that the sales pipeline is set out just simply makes sense and considers industry standard methods. Pipedrive is built with the user in mind - complexity does not exist, it's so simple.

Cons: Although it's still in beta, the integration with Asana has a bug in it which needs fixing. Unfortunately customer support can't seem to offer help. Perhaps it's an issue with Asana?

I can make a list of all my tasks per day. It is very easy for several people to take the job. Easy.

Pros: I can do a follow-up and also the information stays in pipedrive this makes that interested people can review the work. It's easy to use.

Pros: Pipedrive integrates perfectly with my Google contacts and Calendar.
It supports mobility ,ensuring I am to use this tool while on the move.
Pipeline basically makes it convenient to observe all of our sales process ; without the need to bother about administration.

Cons: Will be great to have more filtering options like being able to filter customers based on their past buying history etc

Pros: CRM works great on task management and saves time. We use it to manage transactions, so it's very easy to find out where to act to close more deals. The program has excellent content in the support section and a blog with sales tips, and e-mail even has sales training. Another advantage is that the reports clearly indicate how many transactions, calls, meetings and emails you need to do to close the deal.

Cons: I believe that the price policy is a little high for the functions that are offered, and it can include more automation of data entry. I want better dashboards and reports. Limited automation for CRM software. There is no desktop application that is available in other CRM programs. Therefore, you need to log into your browser or use it in your mobile application to make any changes.

Pros: I love the easy to view an overview of where everything stands. It's great to understand how much potential money is on the table. It's also great how easy it is to integrate with my Gravity Forms.

Cons: My biggest gripe is that it could do more. I would love to have more marketing funnels included in the software - especially email drip campaigns. If it could combine some of that, the software would be unstoppable.

Pros: Easy to use interface, activities reminder helps me out a lot. Site is easy to navigate and I like being able to toggle between companies easily.

Cons: There is no way to export the latest notes on each deal which is key for management to ensure employee productivity. Having too many deals in one pipeline category usually means a lot of scrolling... not the most effective way to organize the pipeline view. Also, how are the deals sorted within the pipelines? By date? name? not sure...

Overall: It replaces an outdated sales tracker our company used to use, and there is potential for this to be a stellar way to organize our new trackers. However, the lack of basic features such as being able to export more information (the notes!!!!) makes it hard for a manager (me) to get a quick overview of how my team is doing. Having to click through each project makes it difficult and timely to keep track.

Pros: CRM software is tough to get right. It needs to be powerful without becoming complicated and cumbersome to use. You need to be able to enter information efficiently and quickly; the goal needs to be converting leads into sales, not spending half your day putting lead information into the system. I feel Pipedrive has struck a very nice balance between usability and power. There are a lot of customization options, but the Pipedrive focus always has been to get information in quickly. Data entry shouldn't be a chore, and Pipedrive has hit it out of the park with this one.

Cons: I really don't have anything bad to say about Pipedrive. It doesn't integrate with our existing business software (not Pipedrive's fault) so we're not using it as heavily as we could be, but I've been happy with the results we're seeing.

Very useful for sales teams but not so much for Customer Service Teams

Pros: It is good to track the sales prospects with all the different stages that they are on. Perfect for following a sales pipeline.

Cons: If you are a customer service team and you are trying to work together with the sales executives using pipedrive, it is not very helpful. You will most probably need an alternative CRM tool to log information.

Pros: Pipedrive is simple and doesn't have any bloat. In combination with Yesware it worked really well. It is also cheap and doesn't have integration expenses like Salesforce. I loved it, but our management kept wanting to over spend on Salesforce and get a "big boy" CRM as they called it.

Cons: They could make it easier to view the sales funnel and analytics. I'd have to export to Excel to build analytics.

Pros: It comes ready to use out of the box. Unlike others like salesforce, the setup and learning curve time was minimal, while the features were intuitive and easy to use.

Cons: There are a couple system level features that can't be edited or turned off, which makes communicating some things a little trickier. Their "Deals" designation, for example: I wish one could re-name it to reflect language one my use in their business (such as prospects or sales).

Cons: I DON NOT LIKE HOW IT CAN NOT CAPTURE EMAIL METRICS (HOW MANY PEOPLE OPEN THE EMAIL AND HOW MANY TIMES).

Overall: SEE BD PROGRESS, CAPTURE ACTIVITY, KEEP MYSELF UP-TO-DATE ON COLD, WARM AND HOT LEADS, KEEP MYSELF HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HOT LEADS TURNING INTO CLIENTS AND CAPTURE MY OWN SALES CLOSING RATE.

Pros: I love the Pipeline feature of Pipedrive. It is the most visible Pipeline of any CRM software I analyzed. I also like the two way email sync and the reasonable price.

Cons: It doesn't have an email marketing platform integrated with the CRM so it requires that you use a separate program for that. I like other programs that have both functions within the same application.

Pros: Integration with Google Apps is one of best thing to have. I can easily add my documents to my deals in Pipedrive. This feature allows me to track my google contracts and important documents every time I need it. Contacts management is again a great feature. This completes Pipedrive as a perfect CRM service. I can manage all my prospects data within Pipedrive CRM and retrieve data as needed. Primarily it is used as a sales-focused CRM, but with its ability to customize pipelines and deal stages we have adapted it for sales, development, strategic development, and a few other areas.

Cons: I would also like to be able to have different pipelines to different users. Also, customizing the stages to fit our needs was a little tricky in the beginning but we worked it out.

Pros: Simple visual display of our sales pipeline and a decent follow-up setup and reminder system. The timeline feature is useful too (but would be better if the email integration was reliable)

Cons: the email integration with Exchange is unreliable - it seems to be matching messages by title rather than by contact so we're getting emails attached to completely the wrong leads. Also Archived emails are ignored for some reason. It should just match based on contacts' email addresses and nothing more and ignore any other emails (as a co-founder of the business I have a ton of non-sales related emails that I don't want synced into Pipedrive)

Overall: simple visualisation of our sales pipeline, decent action reminders

Pros: I like it a lot, because I can adapt it to where I direct it, at least in the commercial area it has helped me a lot to track each prospect.

Cons: Its interface is a bit confusing and I find it difficult to locate many functions, but it is a matter of habit. The page could be a little faster to load contacts more effectively.

Pros: I can have a very good sales control with Pipedrive. Each provider connects with the same user and takes the initiative with its possible opportunity and it tracks it until it wins or loses it. Simply very useful.

Cons: The interface is a bit confusing and you take a long time to understand it, but at the time you end up getting used to it

Cons: Pricing. Some features we considered vital (email tracking) are offered in the most expensive solution. After free trial, we decided to use another solution.

Pros: I like to use it as a scheduling tool - I give myself tasks and then implement them as required. It highlights tasks for today and overdue tasks

Cons: Sometimes I find it hard to filter. For example, in our office we have several different projects. I can filter all winning deals or all deals belonging to one project but I don't know how to filter winning deals for one project

Pros: I love the fact that I can customize and field to my specific industry and needs. it makes fining quotes emails and contact information all in one easy to find location. Best value for a service I've seen ever!

Cons: Only with there was an address or contact book separate from current pipeline screen, sometimes I have 5-20 contacts on one deal and when that deal closes I need a way to continue account management and next project engagement.

Pros: Easy to add people, companies and activities.

Pros: This CRM exceeded all my expectations. It is very efficient, its quality is very good. Besides that I can synchronize my emails and organize my sales easily.

Cons: I do not like very much its interface is very rigid and it makes you bored for a moment but its quality and efficiency makes it worthwhile.

Overall: I can trace my goals as far as sales are concerned, it is as easy as efficient. It has been a great help to me.

Overall: Not much, some people may view it as a negative that you manually move stuff over to the next column, but I love that it's setup that way. It gives you the satisfaction that it's moving along.

Pros: After using numerous sales tools in the past, I came across Pipedrive and immmediately fell in love with the convenient Pipeline view. Finally there was an easy way for me to organize multiple projects completely independent from each other! Our company has different divisions that don't have much in common. Differentiating between them is key.

I also like the fact that you can add an (unlimited) amount of custom fields for deals, organizations, and people. This is especially great when you need to capture data that is specific to your industry. I can also specify whether this info is important and should be displayed prominently on a deal/company/person or not.

2 Way Mail Sync is working nicely and smartly links incoming emails to deals, once you made an initial connection.

Cons: Sending emails from Pipedrive is slow, takes a lot of time to display in the deal, leaving you wondering whether the email was even sent. Uploading attachments also take about 3 approaches in my case until it finally works. That's quite cumbersome and put me in a bad spot a couple of times because I forgot to add attachments.

The lack of natives VOIP Integration is also unfortunate and very important to us.

This is not really a critique about Pipedrive, but I m going to say it anyway: per-user pricing is high! At least give me a few users whether I use them or not, but it's not cool having to share users.

Pros: interface: the pipeline ui is self explanatory and one of the biggest point for getting it. every salesrep will understand it.
setup: easy setup and implementing in technical infrastructure
price: the price is a big plus. not to compare with enterprise software, perfect for entrance in CRM market.

Cons: features: don't get me wrong. pipedrive has tons of features and an API with pretty good extra tools. but it propably has less freedom in customizing that e.g. salesforce. this can be a good thing for newbies though.
features 2: recently it seems that some of the features of the basic plan, moved to other plans. i understand the step from an economic side, but for me as a user its a pitty.

Overall: Perfect entry tool for CRM, especially for SMEs! Must have to control your contacts.

Comments: Pipedrive wants to offer an easy to use pipeline management system. If you ONLY want to have a visual of where your deals are in the pipeline, then this may work. Scheduling and completing tasks is burdensome at best and the reporting feature is very weak. Not intuitive to use, even coming from a supposedly more complex CRM (IE Salesforce, which we switched to).

Pros: Visual pipeline with click and drop features. Doesn't require much information to create deal, account, contact etc. (More on this to follow)

Cons: Pipedrive lacks basic reporting features. You cannot run accurate reports on activity or metrics. Managing email and call activity is a chore, since you have to manually complete a task in PD for it to "count". Even then some of the activities and notes do not show in reports. No way to get a clear picture of pipeline by stage, unless you count every stage as 100% chance of close.

Pros: I love their kanban style interface for CRMs. It gives you an instant view of which deals are on what stage. Save sooo much of my time. Also, integrations are useful.

Cons: I guess the pricing could be improved. Per user pricing makes it super expensive when you have sales team of over 10 people. Also add a forever free plan.

Pros: We've been using pipedrive to keep track of all sales funnels - inbound, outbound, and custom development. Pipedrive activities help me keep up with all that is going on. Without pipedrive I would most likely forget about leads that need attention. The notes features is useful and I use it to keep track of everything from feedback to product requests.

Cons: I use a surface book and at times it can react weird to touch screens. This isn't a big deal but can mess up formatting at times.

Pros: Super easy to use - no extensive training required. Doesn't use a virtual phone number. Has a phone app for when you're on the run. Customizable. Tons of filters to look at your business in different ways. Tiered plans. No contract commitments. Integration apps available. Not "over functional" - straight and to the point.

Cons: I wish there were a few more options built in (automating tasks) rather than relying on an integration app to handle it. But then again, the price would probably go up and the price was one of the things that attracted us. I'd love to see "templates" to help set up according to business types. I'm in real estate so our pipelines are a little different from sales. Would love to see how someone else who's in real estate has their PD configured. Also, not even sure if PD can handle drip campaigns. Would like built-in, customizable templates. (They might have this and I'm just missing it... We're still in set-up mode)

Pros: I love Pipedrive, the card view is fantastic allowing me to move deals from progress stages with a simple drag and drop. Or if the deal needs to live in another "pipe" I can simply change to one of my other pipes. The tasks keep me on track with each deal and the stats allow me to see my progress each week.

Cons: The stats are good, however I would love it if there was an automated report generated rather than having to check the stats out manually each week. Also, syncing with my emails means that I can keep all the info relating to my deal in one place. But not all the emails are recognised as belonging to the specific deal, so before I close the deal off, I have to manually search for the emails, then for each individual email I have to select the deal to link it to! This is monotonous to say the least! It would be so much quicker if I could simply select all the emails relating to the deal in one hit and then link to the deal once.

Pros: I really like how easy it is to use with little training. You can pretty much log in and figure things out on your own.

Cons: I feel like the notifications are a bit lacking as far as being able to be notified when someone adds a new comment or be notified when a deal is lost. I had to set up a zap with Zapier in order to be notified when a deal is marked as "lost".

Overall: It's a great tool for team collaboration and being able to have everyone be on the same page in regards to deals in progress.

Comments: I really like this tool!

Pros: I like the visual view of my pipelines, the way deals, contacts and organizations are managed. This CRM helps me keep track of where I'm at and what needs to be done next for each deal. I can also get at my data and assess where I'm at using the Filter functionality. Excellent!

Cons: Duplicates are rampant and are not handled well at all. Reporting is limited. For example the pipelines are separated and there isn't a way to get reporting on them all together. This makes it difficult to assess my success and where my sales process needs to be tuned up.

Pros: Really easy to set up from the managers perspective. The support team is great and there are webinars, newsletters, and the support team to help you get started. It's definitely great for a complex B2B process like ours and enables us to customize our pipelines for every market depending on its "quirks". It gives a great overview for the manager and integrates well with our other tools like Intercom, Aircall, Gmail and Google Calendar.

Cons: The learning curve is steep for sure and you need to figure out how to use the system beforehand to make sure everyone is on the same page. There are also some features we don't use, like create separate products, but there's no way to turn them off so there is some clutter around.

Pros: Pipedrive is a great CRM software. It's simple and very effective with the features it has. Pipedrive was the only CRM software we got started with, within 10 minutes. We used Zoho CRM before pipedrive, and i was afraid it would take forever to get all the date over to Pipedrive, but i was amazed of how easy it was, a couple of clicks and everything was ready to use. It was a ''Perfect'' moment.

Cons: Sometimes it might be too simple. But that's just a con when you need more features.
It could have some more Product features like categories.

Overall: It has made our sales life's a lot easier. It keeps track on our leads and we have also increased our sales with Pipedrive

Pros: How easy it is to use! There are a lot of things that make PD fluid when using it. It populates the fields that you need with ease and fast too (obviously depending on your internet speeds, but the software isn't clunky) When creating leads you can set the genre, territory and address which populates on google maps too! You can search by territory, organisation, genre, name etc. Plenty of options when working in sales and you need your contacts tracked easily and quickly

Cons: If you add in bad data, you get out bad data! Pipedrive doesn't discriminate against what goes in, so make sure you enter clean data, it will tell you when there is a duplicate but it will still allow you to add it to the database.

Pros: It was really simple to use by just clicking and dragging deals from one stage to the next. I'm pretty sure my 2 year old could have done it

Cons: Very little reporting could come from it. We didn't find we could forecast our sales very well and didn't have a great idea on what people were following up on

Pros: It is simple and easy to use. Everyone can understand the process from first contact to sales. It also integrates easily with Google products.

Cons: Some features that other CRMs have are not available with Pipedrive. It of course drags behind Salesforce in terms of features that it provides.

Pros: Kanban style, easy to visualize how many opportunities are in every stage. You can customize a different pipes and it's easy to import data. You can move your full pipe and have it running in an hour.

Cons: It's focus in one time sales, it's difficult to visualize in pipe recurrent payments.
You can create a new pipe with closed opportunities and manage there recurrent income.

Overall: We change our excel sheet tracking for this tool. We are very happy with it.

Pros: I love the interface, the visual funnel for different stages. Love the drag and drop and the eagle eye view on the current status. It offers the functionality for working with other team members and auditing them but it is also great for one person operations.

Cons: There is no free tier plan, instead you get an affordable starting plan named "Silver". However, if you need the advance features found on the Gold and Platinum plans things can get expensive. It'd be nice to have a small (tiny) business plan for 1-5 person business. A lot of startups and tiny businesses struggle with tiny budgets.

Pros: The visual interface reminded me of tools like Trello and Asana. I liked being able to manage my customers this way instead of through reporting tools.

Cons: It didn't integrate with my email service so I spent extra time trying to admin my interactions and record them in PipeDrive. I don't think this was an effective use of my time.

Pros: PipeDrive is one of the best Deals management CRM application. It helps creating custom fields on the Deal page which helps us putting any information about the contacts. Pros: The price of the this service vs competitors is defiantly a huge plus. The fact that it integrates is great.

Pros: It's super easy to add deals and transfer them between categories. The dashboard is super minimalist, which I really appreciate. I also like how you can sign up for a trial without entering your credit card. Once you try it out, you're convinced anyway.

Cons: I don't really see many downsides, other than the fact that it's so simple, so sometimes lacks functionality that a more robust system would have. However, I appreciate this because I feel that its competition tends to be more complicated and harder to navigate.

Pros: Pipedrive's UI, with its visual pipe and instinctive approach to move bargains from stage to organize, is one of my most loved CRMs. We've been utilizing it for more than 3 years and consistently they've included new, more effective usefulness. New plan sees and an as of late discharged information improvement include makes me idealistic this CRM is heading the correct way. Exceptionally prescribed.

Cons:
I think the value point is somewhat high for the esteem it offers, and it could consolidate more information input robotization (arriving with recently discharged highlights). They are simply beginning to fuse the capacity to do trickle email crusades, so it's quite fundamental right at this point. Their dashboards and reports could be better at uncovering deals bits of knowledge from information gathered.

Pros: Pipedrive is so easy to deploy. We were able to be up and running in less than a day and our sales reps caught on quickly, the software is not bloated so you don't have to say we use this but don't use this.

Cons: There is quite a bit of customization already included with the product, but if I had one con it would be not being able to customize reports as much as I'd like without having to export the information.

Overall: Ease of use, our sales rep can easily use this software without the hassle of training or complicated steps to follow.

Pros: Integrates with Google Calendar and Google contacts. More visual and intuitive than older products such as Salesforce. Can easily schedule detailed follow-ups for every wholesale account. Rich in many other features such as canned email responses, email integration, email status tracking, dashboard of live data and other reports.

Cons: Not very flexible security wise in limiting access to certain functionality for individual users, which I feel is a big pain.

Overall: Complete CRM package. Helps us keep organized.
