Fax.Plus was reliable and effective in this highly stressful situation for me and I have used them ever since. They proved to me that they can be trusted in time sensitive and document sensitive needs. Pros I can trust it to work. I like that it its easy to use, the fax is sent quickly and you receive a confirmation that the fax was sent. Cons I have no negative feedback for Fax.Plus. I tried over and over to explain to them that I had not recognized the charge but rescinded the stop payment and they can't seem to understand that. Pros It's decent when they allow me access, but I've had problems with faxing and it was often unsuccessful. Cons I didn't recognize the charge and stopped payment. When they notified me, I immediately rescinded the stop payment, yet they still refuse me access when I'm sent them proof it was rescinded. Their customer service is really terrible! I had a billing issue (due to my error) and they were very helpful about it both with communication around the issue and also a satisfactory outcome. They took care of me and they didn't have to, which is much appreciated and spoke volumes about their integrity as a business. Pros Easy to use, full featured, variety of pricing tiers to fit what you need. Interface is good, capability is very good and faxing worked as expected and with good communication. These guys are deceptive and unconscionable scammers. BEWARE. Pros Easy to use interface. Quick setup. Basic features. Cons Just a very basic and no frills service.Customer service non-existant.Deceptive Auto-Renew feature that I never signed up for an charged me without permission.
