Cons Not being well versed or well trained on using it. I would like to better understand the many other benefits because I see that it could be a great tool on a daily basis. Working with different originators also makes this easy to sort by loan officer as well. Pros I liked the most that I could see all of my loan officers under one login and did not need to have a separate login for each originator. Very easy to see survey's and I appreciate the email notifications so I know when I should login. Cons So far, I have not ran into a situation where I did not like the software.
