I have used other Benefits Administration portals that were similar. As I mentioned, some of our issues might be a reflection of Paychex rather than Flock. As a trusted partner, however, Flock should be aware of the concerns with Paychex. Pros Flock Benefits is embedded in our payroll platform (Paychex Flex), which makes it easy for employees to access and make updates. They process for Open Enrollment is easy, as the portal is very user-friendly. Cons Some of my cons might be more a function of Paychex than Flock, but there are often issues with information not updating properly. We have had one employee whose date of birth continues to change - even though we have not made any changes. This impacts his ability to use his benefits, as the carrier feeds are wrong. Pros Flock is one of the application which I use most in my routine for sharing the information with my workforce. Every employee in my institute connect easily without wasting time is looking for correct mail id or contact number. We can update our contact number in the flock which allow our employees to reach us in the needy time. Flock is available in mobile application, website, and windows application.
