It's a clever tool, easy to use and doesn't have a learning curve. Showing the right message at the right time, to the right site visitor is easy with this tool and adds a unique touch to your website. The tool gets frequent updates and you can find a lot of inspiration on how to use the different features to your advantage. Pros This is an easy to use tool that is actually a combination of different tools. It helped me address each site visitor in a unique way, depending on their history (returning visitor, new visitor, subscriber, no subscriber...). It increases the conversions of my lead pages and sales pages. The interface is fresh, there's enough documentation and this platform has so many possible use cases for a marketer. Cons Pricing could be made more affordable, although I understand these advanced features come at a price. Other than that, I haven't found things that I dislike in this tool, and I've played around with it for a long time. Really looking to grow with this product and team. Pros Let me start by saying that I love this RightMessage. When they first started, there were very few competitors and I know they had trouble figuring out their positioning, pricing and service offerings. They have come a long way since then. Heres a few things that I love about RightMessage. - They are very transparent about the direction of their roadmap, financials etc. Its hard to find companies that are willing to share that level of info with their users. - They are genuinely interested in feedback. They are very active in their Facebook group and other channels helping users. - There are some expensive options in the personalization market, but they offer a better product at a price that allows small businesses to enter into the game. - Very well designed UI and easy to use. - Game changer. They were one of the first, if not the first company I saw that offered the ability to ask questions in popup forms to better understand and segment your audience. Cons I would love to see more integrations. They offer very few direct integrations with CRMs or Marketing Software options. They recently revised their pricing and I think it's a good opportunity to jump in if you are into advance marketing. Pros I've been lucky enough to see RightMessage from almost the very beginning - as soon as I could have an account, I had one! The new improvements to the UI have been incredible - it's so incredibly easy to use. Considering how complex the campaigns and personalisations you can set up can become, it never feels confusing or difficult to do. Plus, it's so gorgeous to look at! On top of that, Brennan, Shai and the whole team go above and beyond to look after me and I feel more than just a number, but a real part of the company. I see huge potential for RightMessage to not only help me grow my own business + improve my conversion rates on my campaigns, but also be a huge help to my design clients and the impact + growth they can have too.
