My overall experience with Any.do has been very positive. It is simple, intuitive, and helps me stay organized without feeling overwhelming. I particularly like its clean interface, reliable reminders, calendar integration, and seamless syncing across devices. Collaboration and task sharing work well for small teams. However, some advanced project management and customization features are limited, and a few useful features require a premium subscription. Overall, Any.do strikes an excellent balance between ease of use and functionality, making it a dependable productivity tool for both personal and professional task management.

Pros

What I like most about Any.do is its clean and intuitive interface. Task management is simple with reminders, recurring tasks, and calendar integration. It offers good value for money, supports basic team collaboration and file sharing, and includes useful templates. Customer support has also been responsive. Overall, Any.do is a reliable and easy to use productivity tool.

Cons

What I like least about Any.do is that some useful features are locked behind the premium plan. Pros

Ease of Use, Task Management is Fantastic, couldn't ask for a better software best value for your money. Customer support is great to work with. Super nice for project collaboration with your team. The template customization helps you to create this to work with your organization and the file sharing is made simple.

Cons

nothing to report, we enjoy the software and features they have to offer. I cannot think of one off the top of my head.

Amazing. It is the easiest to use app for to-do list and collaboration. I have recommended the app to many of my friends and colleagues.

Pros

I have been using the app for the past many years due to its simple and responsive UI. The app does what it is supposed to do. Over time, features like whatsapp notifications have only made it the best. I cannot imagine managing so many tasks, some of which are repetitive in nature, without any.do.

Cons

The WhatsApp chat feature should have more options. It should understand the language of the user more deeply in this era of AI.

It looks so simple , but powerful app to me . It seemlessly work in iphone , android and mac . Super nice UI/UX .The reminder feature just love it . Worth to try it if you look for a change in your life .

Cons

I am not able to find an improvement feature at this moment . I will find it out later when I use it aggressively

Pros

How easy is it to use and helpful to get track of your to do list. Sends reminders to let me know where i am and whats pending.

Cons

I dont really have anything in mind to say is my least favorite. Im quit happy with all its features.

Pretty good. Reliable to do list app. No ads or useless Gmail/calendar integration. Their Whatsapp connect is good too for people all day on whatsapp.

Pros

Copy paste a list to convert them to tasks. Task list that comes at 9am everyday to remind you. Grocery tab is also good.

Cons

A bit clever navigation. I click back and get out of app instead of the old page I was on. Reminders are a bit tough to figure out.

CS is very responsive and well worth the price to help with any and all of my tasks. I really enjoy and glad I have it!

Pros

Just love how It integrates with my emails and all my tasks. You are always added more and better features.

Cons

At one time, the glitch I had with the program was down on the list of things to fix, But fixed it a reasonable amount of time though.

Absolutely amazing! I am yet to experience the customer service as a now premium member but wow, I am blown away that this is the one app I have been using everyday. Thank you Any.Do!

Pros

I have been using this app for a good two years and I used the free version to make sure I would definitely commit and be productive. I love it because I love how I can set the recurring reminders with the premium version which really helps to achieve tasks on time. I use it for shopping lists, home and work tasks and I feel it helps be prioritise tasks to make not just the most of my day but my whole year and life in general. Thank you Any.Do!

Cons

Luckily I have not got anything negative to say but I feel as if they need a plan where two people can access the same list. Not as a team but just an option that is not as expensive as the team membership.

I am truly overwhelmed by the possibilities this product offers. It is simple yet genius at the same time, with all the features I was looking for. With the possibility of integration on top of its own capabilities, you have everything you need to master your tasks.

Pros

It has a variety of neat and very handy functionalities, can be linked with other task-managing tools, and is genuinely effective at solving your task management needs.

Cons

You can only subscribe to a yearly plan. I would love to have a option of paying on a monthly basis.
