### "Game changer for my agency!"

February 18, 2026

5.0

It was easy to get up and running, I was able to start using it to send my team relevant tasks, comment quickly without having to rely on a second platform for that, and the dashboard helps me have a complete view of everything going on in every project. And as i mentioned previously, the power of being able to share a project view with our clients in their portal, makes it easy for us, since we don't have to manage two task lists for every client like we had to do with other platforms.

Pros

Good task management platform for my team and the feature to share it with external users is great for my clients. Overall the best solution for my agency. And the cost is totally worth it compared to other solutions.

Cons

The news and tips section seems a bit annoying at times, but is something we can clearly look over, but it would be better if it wasn't too much of a placeholder.

### "Any.do never misses a task."

March 25, 2026

5.0

One word. Declutter. You'll never work with such ease with Any.do. From my personal life to professional, from picking up meds on my way or keeping my refrigerator stacked with groceries. ANy.do has it all sorted.

Pros

I love how Any.do helps me in segregating my tasks as I handle multiple projects and with different timelines. It also helps me in covering my personal to-do's and the it's so easy to use. I really love how the premium version helps to customize to my requirements and the premium price doesn't pinch my pocket at all.

Cons

It totally declutters my day. I go about my day with a mental clarity on what tasks I have at hand and how the location based reminders are really a life saver.

### "Hyped. Not Useful in a sense promised"

April 1, 2026

1.0

Bad. There should be money refund policy available for subscribers. All key features showcased are in initial phases and not developed yet to deliver value to paid subscribers

Pros

Integration with Reminders & Notes. I have bought paid subscriptions, and not at all satisfied with unlocked tools.

Cons

All features in any.do - paid version are already available on other native apps of google/apple calendar. Integration of multiple Calendars is not a unique feature. Over & above, the whatsapp integration is hyped. It requires additional payment to zappier, as the basic zaps available on zap are good for no use for sending reminders.

### "A clean, reliable task manager that respects your time"

January 20, 2026

5.0

My experience with Any.do has been consistently positive. It’s one of the few task managers I’ve used that stays out of the way while still being powerful enough for daily professional use. Setup is straightforward, the learning curve is minimal, and it’s easy to build trust in the system quickly. Any.do works particularly well for individuals and small teams who want a dependable, well-designed task manager that encourages regular use rather than constant tweaking. It’s become a tool I actually enjoy opening each day.

Pros

Any.do strikes an excellent balance between power and simplicity. The interface is clean and fast, tasks are quick to enter, and recurring items are handled elegantly without getting in the way. I especially appreciate how easy it is to move between daily planning and longer-term task organization without friction. Cross-platform syncing has been consistently reliable for me, and the mobile app feels just as intentional and polished as the desktop experience. Subtasks, reminders, and due-date handling are all thoughtfully implemented and actually support getting work done rather than just managing lists.

Cons

Some advanced customization options (views, automation depth, or reporting) are more limited compared to heavier task-management platforms. That said, this feels like a conscious design decision rather than a shortcoming—Any.do prioritizes usability and speed over complexity. For users who want extremely granular project management or analytics, a more specialized tool may be a better fit.

Switched from

[Todoist](https://www.capterra.com/p/149339/Todoist-for-Business/)

I was looking for a task manager that balanced speed, clarity, and reliability across devices. While Todoist and Apple Reminders were capable, they were too rigid and required too much ongoing maintenance. Any.do offered a cleaner daily workflow, better reminder reliability, and a more intuitive experience without added complexity.

Any.do is a reliable, efficient task execution tool. It doesn’t try to be everything—and that’s why it works. If your goal/ my goals are to stay organized and actually complete tasks, then Any.do it your one stop shop

Pros

Any.do is a well-structured task management platform that balances simplicity with practical functionality. It’s designed for users who want fast task capture, clean organization, and reliable cross-device syncing without unnecessary complexity.

Cons

If there was one, but only to be picky since there are other variations of these stacks achieving the same goal. It would be the Limited advanced workflow automation compared to tools like Notion or ClickUp

### "Simple, powerful task management that actually works 🦊"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Any.do made organizing my work and daily tasks much easier. I have been using it for almost 6 years now and it has become part of my daily routine. It is very easy to use, clean and fast. I use it every day to manage tasks, track projects and plan routines. The widget is amazing because it keeps everything visible so I do not forget things. It offers great value for money and works smoothly across devices. Overall it is one of the most practical productivity tools I have used.

Pros

Excellent task management and very easy to use. Great for project tracking and organizing work. Templates are useful for repeating workflows and routines. Collaboration works well when sharing tasks with others. Sync between devices is smooth and reliable, and the overall value for money is very good.

Cons

Customer support is generally good, but sometimes responses can take a bit of time. More customization options for templates or widgets could make the experience even better, but overall it is still a very solid tool.

### "Minimalism boosting productivity!"

February 28, 2026

5.0

In an overloaded ecosystem of excessive information, finding a tool that cuts the noise and lets you focus on the essentials without missing important tasks is like finding a needle in a haystack! if you are into minimalism, this is the app for you

Pros

The simplicity is priceless! it’s the easiest reminder app to use, I’ve been using it for almost 3 years, and even though I have tried too many other tools, I keep coming back at this one!

Cons

So far, there’s nothing I dislike about it. It’s the easiest to operate, and you know, I’ve been using it on a basic level; it's helped me tremendously grow in my daily operations!

### "Does everything I need it to. Easy to use"

April 6, 2026

5.0

It's been a really nice app to organize my thoughts and subsequent future actions. I've been using it for about a week now and it's already helped me redirect down-time towards my goals. I like that it has different categories of goals, too. That way I can remember the long term stuff without any sort of implied pressure to achieve it ASAP. Overall enjoyable app. Would recommend.

Pros

Overall I really like it. I'm not asking it to change my entire life, and it's not designed as if it needs to. But it's a great app to organize all the little things I need to get done when I hate the chance. I like the reminder alarms that remind me to check my to do list at times when I might otherwise sit idly on the couch.

Cons

Color coding is in the paid subscription model. Guys, I can't even make the task red or green without paying for it? I'm a grad student and can't afford gas in my car.

### "Simple & Effective Task Manager"

January 3, 2026

4.0

Provides a smooth & reliable task management experience, with a clean design & useful core features. While it works well for daily planning, stronger calendar & email integrations would significantly improve its overall usability.

Pros

Easy to use and a simple interface to navigate. It helps me organize tasks & deadlines well, offers a clear overview screen, flexible task setups, handy reminders & helpful support when needed.

Cons

Integration with other apps, especially calendar features within email platforms, makes syncing schedules & tasks less seamless than expected.

### "A simple, intuitive hub for staying organised"

December 8, 2025

5.0

I like that Any.do keeps me focused on what truly matters. As an entrepreneur juggling multiple verticals, it’s become the core of my productivity system. I use it alongside Google Tasks and Notion, but Any.do is the real nerve center that keeps everything moving. And at its price point, it’s quite a steal.

Pros

The Kanban view gives me a clear snapshot of everything -work, personal, long-term and short-term tasks. It’s easy to switch between a holistic view and granular details, which really helps in running a small business with multiple priorities. The reminders and prioritisation features keep everything manageable and organised.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the lack of a sub-task feature, even in the paid version. Most tasks have smaller steps, and not being able to break them down becomes inconvenient.

Switched from

### "100% to-do app done really well."

November 24, 2025

5.0

I use this constantly and helps me be a responsible person by managing what is important first. I love it that has seamless integration across multi platforms.

Pros

It's the To-do list that works really well. It excels because it's a no frills app that does what it advertises. cross-platform. tidy on your phone and applet plus big-deck on your computer screen. Very very helpful to my everyday life. Paying to have the recurring feature is so worth it. Very convenient to use for those once a year important stuff like car registration, battery change, anniversaries etc.

Cons

I wish there was a way to sort the tasks in different ways on the daily view. AI is already prevalent, why not capture the key words and tag them so we can sort it in ascending order?

### "Task Management Made Easy!"

December 10, 2025

4.0

It's easy to use, and I love the different ways I can organize my tasks. I love the 7-day view because I can keep my eyes on the whole week, allowing me to plan my week more balanced and giving me peace of mind when the day is done.

Pros

I love the synchronicity between devices. It helps me keep track of my daily tasks at the office or on the go.

Cons

Sometimes I need to add a task about a particular day, but not for "on the day" I have to work around how I list the task so that it doesn't get sent to the wrong day and I lose it. (i.e., planning an event for Sunday orr Christmas shopping goes to Sunday or Dec 25 respectively rather than defaulting to today, when I actually want to do that task.)

Switched from

### "Excellent Productivity Tool for Small Business Teams"

December 10, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Any.Do is extremely positive. My job requires me to work on a lot of different projects and business units simultaneously, and the dashboard feature of Any.Do is easily the best user interface that I have ever encountered to keep all of these workstreams and related tasks in order. I used to have to maintain all my tasks on a clunky spreadsheet that took me a lot of time to upkeep and I would miss really small tasks. With Any.Do, I record every small task and get them all done too. In addition, I think this task creates a habit of greater productivity. If you regularly refer back to Any.Do throughout your day, you can squeeze in a bunch of little tasks even in a busy schedule. I used to not know what project or task to start in if I only had 15 minutes between meetings. Now I refer to my Any.Do dashboard and can see a few minor tasks that I can get done in that 15 minutes which I used to save for the end of the day or after hours. Overall, this tool has increased my productivity by a lot.

Pros

AnyDo is definitely one of the best productivity tools for small businesses and startups. When multitasking and "wearing a lot of hats" is the name of the game, this tool allows you to organize your different workstreams in one consolidated place as well as assign tasks to other members of your team. It is also very affordable, easy to learn to use, and works on both mobile as well as browser. Can't recommend this enough for small business teams.

Cons

There's very little to complain about as it relates to Any.Do. Perhaps the only feature that might be nice would be integration with meeting notes apps like Otter or Fireflies.

### "This app blows my freakin mind!!!!"

December 5, 2025

5.0

Incredible. It does everything I need it to do. It makes sorting tasks and planning so much easier, and helps me get a grasp and feel more in control of everything going on in my very busy life. It syncs to all my apple devices, has siri commands, connects to all my calendars with multiple calendar layouts, widgets on my homescreen, has lists AND grocery lists, it even has focus mode which is INCREDIBLE!!! AND to top it all off it's a great price and allows family sharing. Literally a dream of an app.

Pros

This app is a game changer for me. The iphone widgets are life changing. I have ADHD and keeping track of what I have to do in a day is a huge challenge. I've tried SO many productivity apps, but this one is a WINNER!!!! The fact that I can have my tasks and calendar front and center every time I open my phone and that I get so many to pick from is HUGE!!

Cons

The UI navigation is slightly confusing and still taking me time to get used to. I live in my daily agenda, and finally moved over from the app Structured, which I loved particularly because of it's way of framing time visually that mirrors the mental model of time passing and shows you the space between tasks, and feels much more easy to use. The closest I have to that on Any.do is the calendar agenda, which is closer because of its list view feel, but it isn't proportionally represented, and I find it so helpful to see how much time I have between tasks or where my breaks are and the app doesn't show that. The day view- while it feels more proportionate to time- feels like google calendar (yeeeeuchhhh) and is annoying to create events and quickly change their duration and also all those grid lines are just cognitive overload. In a nutshell I'd just love a better day view that combines tasks and events in a better timeline format Family plan is also super cool but expensive :(

### "Any.do: The essential ally for client management and multi-platform productivity for freelance designers. "

November 25, 2025

5.0

After a little over two years of daily use, my overall experience has been one of complete satisfaction. Any.do is the key tool that provides me with the professional structure to manage multiple clients and design projects simultaneously. It's a fundamental part of the backbone of my freelance operation, giving me both efficiency and the peace of mind of knowing that my clients are always kept informed of progress. It's a platform I wholeheartedly recommend. Extremely low. Any.do's interface is clean, intuitive, and minimalist, allowing any user to become familiar with creating lists and boards in minutes. Adoption by third parties (clients) is seamless. I used to use other apps like Todoist and MeisterTask, both paid versions... I never went back. Excellent for the professional environment. The permission management gives me great peace of mind. The ability to share a board with a simple public link switch allows me to offer my clients 24/7 tracking of the status of their active projects. This transparency, along with straightforward access management, allows me to work with confidence. A fully justified investment (Premium version). The subscription pays for itself thanks to the productivity features that transform my workflow. One of the most valuable features for me is the WhatsApp integration, which allows me to create tasks instantly via text message and, crucially, receive reminder notifications on my smartwatch without having to pick up my phone. This is a huge time-saver. Its flexibility is ideal for freelancers (though I'd venture to say it's suitable for any type of environment or work). I usually create individual boards for each client, which allows me to customize and organize the stages of each web or graphic design project. Views like "My Day" and "Next 7 Days" are at the heart of my daily planning, ensuring my deliverables are always on time. The scheduling is robust and essential for my business. Recurring tasks are easy to set up and vital for managing website maintenance or scheduling regular client meetings. The most outstanding technical feature is the synchronization: it's seamless and real-time across my iMac (web), iPadOS, and Android. This cross-platform reliability ensures I can check on or schedule a client meeting at any time, without fail. So I can tell anyone interested that I totally recommend Any.do and I'm sure they'll end up loving it as much as I do.

Pros

What I love most is the two-way integration with WhatsApp. The ability to receive reminder notifications directly on my smartwatch without interrupting my work on my iMac, even seeing reminders while I exercise... and the ability to create new tasks or boards by sending a simple message, has allowed me to reach an almost instantaneous level of productivity and idea management.

Cons

While it's a minor detail, the fluidity of dragging and dropping tasks to reorder them in the mobile version could be improved to match the web version. When handling long lists, the browser version is unmatched in this aspect, but the app...

### "The best secretary"

January 7, 2026

5.0

The app is very convenient for me, every morning it updates my day, marks it. My best secretary. The other thing that I find great is that things are preserved even when their time has passed, and that's possible. Like a diary with reminders for the future and the past.

Pros

I liked the idea of the reminder that comes back when rehearsals are updated. And in general, I think this is the most practical and effective reminder app. I've been using it for years. There is no other substitute for it, no app compares to it.

Cons

when there are reminders, it should be every day/week and not every two weeks like today. And maybe open the coloring pages for free.

I tried the app and fell in love and there's no going back. Even though I have it built into my phone, it's not the same.

### "A great app to stay organized every day"

November 3, 2025

5.0

My experience has been great. Every update brings something useful and makes the app smoother to use. It’s reliable, well designed, and makes organizing my tasks much easier. It’s become part of my daily routine.

Pros

I’ve been using Any.do for quite a few years and it really helps me keep my day organized. I like how easy it is to create tasks and reminders. Everything stays clear and simple. It’s perfect for keeping track of what I need to do each day, and even for monthly reminders. It honestly keeps me sane when things get busy.

Cons

Sometimes the sync between devices takes a few seconds longer than I’d like, and after some updates I need a moment to get used to small design changes. But that’s pretty minor.. overall it works really well.

### "The best free Calendar App with Cross platform with Widgets"

October 19, 2025

5.0

I have been using Any.do as a todo list on my phone and now i plan to use it cross platform calendar to track my daily tasks, get organized, and DO more.

Pros

I like that Any.do has a Windows App and Android cross platform. Though it needs a Launch on Start for its Software. I love its calendar option is free as opposed to other similar options.

Cons

The calendar events are all the same color, but i understand you need some way to get paid users. I can live with it, and if time proves it useful ill pay for the colors.

### "Keeps me on Track!"

March 5, 2026

5.0

I like it so much that I pay for the premium version. As an adult with ADHD, this app keeps me on track.

Pros

This is the only task app I have been using for years. I have tried many others. The interface is simple and keeps me on track for everything. I use a list for personal and a list for work. It is a lifesaver in the world of project management. I used it a lot when purchasing my house. Honestly, the free version is very robust. I recently paid for the yearly subscription because I wanted more options for repeating tasks.

Cons

\- Syncing between my phone (Samsung S25) and desktop could definitely be quicker. I am sure it is possible because my Microsoft Planner syncs almost instantly. - I have a Samsung Smartwatch. I have Any.Do on there. I like that I can add tasks with the ability to speak and that tasks that are due pop up. What I don't like is that I can't see all of my task on my watch. This would be very helpful!

### "The One App That Keeps My Life Together"

November 24, 2025

5.0

Any.do is honestly the app I depend on the most. I use it every single day because it helps my mind stay organized and grounded. It gives me a clear structure of everything I need to get done, which makes me feel productive instead of overwhelmed. What I love most is how intuitive it is—you can capture tasks in seconds, plan your day with clarity, and visually manage everything from small reminders to long-term projects. It syncs across devices, connects beautifully with Google Calendar, and keeps all your events and tasks in one place so nothing slips through the cracks. For me, it’s the most genuinely useful app I’ve ever used, and I recommend it to everyone who wants to feel more in control of their time and their life.

Pros

It’s incredibly accessible and easy to use. I recommend it to my friends all the time because it’s honestly the simplest way to visualize your tasks, slotting them by time, day, and priority. And the best part is how smoothly it connects with Google Calendar. Having all your events and commitments in one place makes planning your month, week, and day way easier. You can fully personalize your views, switch between layouts, and adjust everything to your rhythm. It’s flexible, intuitive, and helps you stay on top of everything without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn’t update right away, or it takes a bit too long to sync between your phone and your computer. It could also improve the way you move a task from one day to another (Sometimes the time resets and you have to re-enter it all over again, which can be a little frustrating.)

### "Amazing Tool"

December 21, 2025

This is truly amazing! This change has greatly reduced the burden on my calendar and has made my day-to-day planning much more manageable. I now have more time to focus on my priorities and enjoy my daily tasks without feeling overwhelmed.

Pros

Great toThis tool is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward, making it accessible for users of all skill levels. The visual layouts are not only aesthetically pleasing but also thoughtfully designed to effectively engage users, enhancing the overall experience.ol. Easy to use. The visual layouts are engaging

Cons

There are several limitations to consider when transferring tasks from Boards to Personal. These restrictions may include differences in task formatting, lack of certain features available in Boards, and potential challenges in maintaining deadlines and priorities. Additionally, it’s important to ensure that all relevant information and context is carried over accurately, as this can impact the effectiveness of the task management process.

### "Any.do is a Really Great Resource"

November 30, 2025

5.0

I've had this app on and off for years now and I've been paying for it for a while but I honestly don't think I've ever really utilized it to its full potential. I think that if I was truly to utilize everything Any.do has to offer that I would end up really accomplishing a lot and therefore that's now my plan. I am going to start integrating it a lot more into my day to day life to try to keep me on task.

Pros

It's very intuitive to add things to your task list and I love the integration that it offers. It's also just super easy to read and there's so many great features that they keep adding to. It helps me keep up with my schedule and now that I saw that it's got a calendar function I know I'm going to utilize that a lot more too.

Cons

I think sometimes it's aggravating when it decides to automatically apply reminders or alarms based on what you're typing because sometimes I don't want it to alert but it seems like it's trying to help me out in a way. I appreciate that it's trying to keep me on task but there's sometimes that I'm not actually trying to set up the alert. There's probably a setting that I can adjust but I'm still really getting into it so I'm not positive on that but I have a feeling is something I can change.
