### "Any.do is exactly how a note-taking app should be."

May 8, 2026

5.0

I find it very practical because it shows me how to plan my day specifically when I open my notifications at a certain time in the morning. By simply swiping left and right, I can easily focus on my tasks without any distractions. The main feature that sets this apart from other reminders is definitely this: 1. It only shows me the things I shouldn't forget. 2. I love that even if I do forget something, it brings it back up to me again.

Pros

One of my favorite features as a user is how it removes all the clutter, allowing me to focus solely on the task at hand.

Cons

I don't like the fact that notifications and information regarding Space are constantly visible within the application, even though I don't use it and have no intention of using it.

Initially, I started recording everything on my to-do list. However, I later realized that I had simply created a massive list of things that weren't getting done. Any.do ensures that I actually complete everything I add to my list.

### "Definitely Recommend"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Any.Do has helped me keep track of my multiple projects and responsibilities, both at work and at home.

Pros

I've used Any.Do for the last few years, and I've always appreciated the ease of use with this platform. The organization is really helpful, particularly in regard to the templates for easy starting points, the ability for color-coding, the checklists and easy drag and drop options for adjustments in planning - it's all really great. I strongly prefer Any.Do to other platforms I've used in the past, especially with the cost effectiveness of the platform for what you get out of it.

Cons

I really wish I could have multiple workspaces for my variety of workloads and workspaces, as I have more than one job that I juggle that could benefit from multiple breakdowns.

### "notifications"

May 28, 2026

3.0

I had a mediocre experience due to the lack of notifications to remind me to do the tasks that I put on there.

Pros

It had a good system for making the notes of what to do and it gave a good time range in which it could send alerts.

Cons

However, on the scheduled alert time, it did not send me an alert like I told it too. Not even a desktop notification.

### "Simple, powerful task management that actually works 🦊"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Any.do made organizing my work and daily tasks much easier. I have been using it for almost 6 years now and it has become part of my daily routine. It is very easy to use, clean and fast. I use it every day to manage tasks, track projects and plan routines. The widget is amazing because it keeps everything visible so I do not forget things. It offers great value for money and works smoothly across devices. Overall it is one of the most practical productivity tools I have used.

Pros

Excellent task management and very easy to use. Great for project tracking and organizing work. Templates are useful for repeating workflows and routines. Collaboration works well when sharing tasks with others. Sync between devices is smooth and reliable, and the overall value for money is very good.

Cons

Customer support is generally good, but sometimes responses can take a bit of time. More customization options for templates or widgets could make the experience even better, but overall it is still a very solid tool.

### "Good but not enough"

May 19, 2026

4.0

I like it, but It could be much better. Seriously, user experience could be better if UI gets improvements.

Pros

Receiving my reminder on Whatsapp is great and having the opportunity to snooze, check a task as done or create tasks via whatsapp is very useful.

Cons

The UI could improve a lot, giving different options to visualize tasks (not just a list)when creating tasks it should give the change to set reminders like the day before or 1 hour before the tasks are due, be in sync with other calendars. Having a list of features rated by user could give more ways to improve the app.

### "Best Productive App I've Ever Used"

May 2, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with the app has been very positive. It’s simple, reliable, and genuinely helps me stay organized and productive every day. The combination of task management, calendar sync, actionable features, and widgets makes it easy to plan and execute my day without friction. While some features like WhatsApp integration being paid and the absence of voice or AI assistant support leave a bit of room for improvement, the core functionality is strong and well implemented. With a few enhancements in smart assistance and integrations, this app could easily become a complete productivity solution.

Pros

This app is one of the most practical and well thought out task managers I’ve used. The home screen widgets are clean and genuinely useful, and the calendar sync works smoothly with my device, which makes managing events much easier. What I really like is how tasks become actionable, like calling or messaging someone directly from the app, which saves time and keeps everything in one place. It’s great for planning my day every morning, and the ability to add tags and notes helps keep everything organized and clear. The WhatsApp integration is another big plus, making it easy to connect and stay on top of tasks with helpful push notifications. Overall, it’s simple, efficient, and does exactly what a productivity app should do.

Cons

WhatsApp integration is currently available only as a paid feature. It would be more valuable to enhance the platform by introducing a voice assistant and AI assistant, or by integrating with tools like Gemini or ChatGPT.

### "One of the only todo and list apps with 4 layers (best structure) "

May 5, 2026

4.0

Reliable since years with data and function and this is the most important thing. Also never bugs. You keep it clean and don't change to much on the design which is good

Pros

4 layers is the most important thing for me to organize my Todos as also my list to have a good structure.

Cons

The Pop up notification very often of updates. Could be lesser or just smaller pop up to click on if interested in more details

### "Anydo is the best I ve used for task management"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Pros

I ve already used around 8 to 9 task management tools, the best thing i like about Anydo is its integration with whatsapp. It helps us to easily create tasks. Also the integration with all calendars is also a great addition. Any do also offers multi device capability which works across mac, windows and android.

Cons

The filter feature can be improved a bit more in Anydo. I would also like to see integration of anydo with claude AI so we I can transfer tasks and use it using copilot. The easiness of UI can be improved. Tick tick is a good reference. In whatsapp integration, hashtags can't be added.

pretty good. i like it a bit more than the typical google calendar because of all the additional features.

Pros

it connects to google calendar so i dont have to create it from scratch. Also the tasks are movable so i can drag them to organize.

Cons

### "A clean, reliable task manager that respects your time"

January 20, 2026

5.0

My experience with Any.do has been consistently positive. It’s one of the few task managers I’ve used that stays out of the way while still being powerful enough for daily professional use. Setup is straightforward, the learning curve is minimal, and it’s easy to build trust in the system quickly. Any.do works particularly well for individuals and small teams who want a dependable, well-designed task manager that encourages regular use rather than constant tweaking. It’s become a tool I actually enjoy opening each day.

Pros

Any.do strikes an excellent balance between power and simplicity. The interface is clean and fast, tasks are quick to enter, and recurring items are handled elegantly without getting in the way. I especially appreciate how easy it is to move between daily planning and longer-term task organization without friction. Cross-platform syncing has been consistently reliable for me, and the mobile app feels just as intentional and polished as the desktop experience. Subtasks, reminders, and due-date handling are all thoughtfully implemented and actually support getting work done rather than just managing lists.

Cons

Some advanced customization options (views, automation depth, or reporting) are more limited compared to heavier task-management platforms. That said, this feels like a conscious design decision rather than a shortcoming—Any.do prioritizes usability and speed over complexity. For users who want extremely granular project management or analytics, a more specialized tool may be a better fit.

Switched from

[Todoist](https://www.capterra.com/p/149339/Todoist-for-Business/)

I was looking for a task manager that balanced speed, clarity, and reliability across devices. While Todoist and Apple Reminders were capable, they were too rigid and required too much ongoing maintenance. Any.do offered a cleaner daily workflow, better reminder reliability, and a more intuitive experience without added complexity.

### "Game changer for my agency!"

February 18, 2026

5.0

It was easy to get up and running, I was able to start using it to send my team relevant tasks, comment quickly without having to rely on a second platform for that, and the dashboard helps me have a complete view of everything going on in every project. And as i mentioned previously, the power of being able to share a project view with our clients in their portal, makes it easy for us, since we don't have to manage two task lists for every client like we had to do with other platforms.

Pros

Good task management platform for my team and the feature to share it with external users is great for my clients. Overall the best solution for my agency. And the cost is totally worth it compared to other solutions.

Cons

The news and tips section seems a bit annoying at times, but is something we can clearly look over, but it would be better if it wasn't too much of a placeholder.

### "Great For Those With ADHD Who Have Tried Everything"

December 23, 2025

5.0

I continue to come back to this app. I have found over time that when I need more complex project management. I need to just use those tools and where possible. Sync them over to any.do using tools like Zapier etc. In the end it's an excellent app for the majority of life's daily, weekly tasks and lists.

Pros

Easy to learn and easy to use. You get a lot of bonuses for little to no cost. As someone with ADHD. I've tried dozens of apps. I continue to come back to Any.do because it just makes management easy. It's tie in with chat gpt allows me to quickly create long lists of tasks using natural language. That can quickly get sent over to the Any.do app for notifications and management.

Cons

Could use fewer clicks for changing dates and times. Having auto-suggestions might help. I often turn to other tools for larger projects that require more fields for extensive organization, classification and prioritization. However, it's a catch 22. If it has broader options. It would make it less clean, easy to use and intuitive.

### "10 years running and STILL my favorite to do app."

December 28, 2025

5.0

I’ve been on Any.do for about 10 years now. Hands down the best app for this kind of thing. I’ve used it on my own, in collaboration with work and friends and would highly recommend to someone trying to get all their tasks in order.

Pros

Having different folders for different aspects of my life has been a HUGE help. I can really compartmentalize my to do list to the specific project at hand.

Cons

There’s not much I don’t like, they’ve been really great about improving the app over the last decade so any complaint I’ve had has been pretty quickly fixed.

### "A simple, intuitive hub for staying organised"

December 8, 2025

5.0

I like that Any.do keeps me focused on what truly matters. As an entrepreneur juggling multiple verticals, it’s become the core of my productivity system. I use it alongside Google Tasks and Notion, but Any.do is the real nerve center that keeps everything moving. And at its price point, it’s quite a steal.

Pros

The Kanban view gives me a clear snapshot of everything -work, personal, long-term and short-term tasks. It’s easy to switch between a holistic view and granular details, which really helps in running a small business with multiple priorities. The reminders and prioritisation features keep everything manageable and organised.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the lack of a sub-task feature, even in the paid version. Most tasks have smaller steps, and not being able to break them down becomes inconvenient.

### "Amazing To Do app and calendar"

December 11, 2025

5.0

Excellent experience, in fact, we are sticking with Any.do for long time. Already using it for more than a year.

Pros

We are using Any.do for some time now, after trying most of app such as Notion, Todoist and even Microsoft To Do. Any.do is a fantastic app for staying organized and managing daily tasks. The clean interface, reminders, and easy sync across devices make it really convenient. We love how it helps us plan our day and keep track of everything in one place. We liked the calendar feature which syncs Google calendar. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to boost productivity!

Cons

One notable drawback of Any.do is the lack of a comprehensive dashboard view on the mobile app, where we cannot see both our main lists and nested subtasks at a glance without drilling down into each one individually.

### "Excellent Productivity Tool for Small Business Teams"

December 10, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Any.Do is extremely positive. My job requires me to work on a lot of different projects and business units simultaneously, and the dashboard feature of Any.Do is easily the best user interface that I have ever encountered to keep all of these workstreams and related tasks in order. I used to have to maintain all my tasks on a clunky spreadsheet that took me a lot of time to upkeep and I would miss really small tasks. With Any.Do, I record every small task and get them all done too. In addition, I think this task creates a habit of greater productivity. If you regularly refer back to Any.Do throughout your day, you can squeeze in a bunch of little tasks even in a busy schedule. I used to not know what project or task to start in if I only had 15 minutes between meetings. Now I refer to my Any.Do dashboard and can see a few minor tasks that I can get done in that 15 minutes which I used to save for the end of the day or after hours. Overall, this tool has increased my productivity by a lot.

Pros

AnyDo is definitely one of the best productivity tools for small businesses and startups. When multitasking and "wearing a lot of hats" is the name of the game, this tool allows you to organize your different workstreams in one consolidated place as well as assign tasks to other members of your team. It is also very affordable, easy to learn to use, and works on both mobile as well as browser. Can't recommend this enough for small business teams.

Cons

There's very little to complain about as it relates to Any.Do. Perhaps the only feature that might be nice would be integration with meeting notes apps like Otter or Fireflies.

### "Good enough, and very possible to enhance all the cons away."

December 14, 2025

4.0

I am using Any.do because my spouse uses it. We needed to have shared tasks app. It doesn't do everything that I would like. I was coming from managing personal tasks with Jira, Google Tasks, and IFTTT. For the simplicity of a shared list I have given up all my customizations.

Pros

The shared lists feature for families is great. Being able to manage my tasks separately from the shared list is a bonus. I appreciate how it's similar to many more complex project management technologies, but simplier.

Cons

It would be great if this integrated with IFTTT and not just Zapier. That's sorta ok, but not everyone wants that product. On the mobile app, tapping back is sometimes confusing and I don't know where am I actually going to end up. Will I go back to the last screen I was at, or will I exit the app completely? Also on the mobile app... it's confusing where am I going to start when I first launch the app. Will it be on myDay, my Lists? Not intuitive to figure this out. Importing tasks from Jira or Google Tasks was hard, and a lot of manual work. You need to setup an automatic archive. We have many recurring tasks that we have to customize everytime to set it as Recurring, and create a new one as soon as the current one is checked. This is a LOT of taps to set every single recurring task. Can you make a "template" that the user can customize?

### "A Simple but Powerful Tool That Actually Keeps Me Organized"

March 13, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been very positive. It’s one of the few productivity tools that manages to stay powerful while remaining extremely simple to use. The design is clean, the performance is reliable, and it genuinely helps keep tasks organized without feeling overwhelming. For individuals who want a straightforward and effective way to manage daily responsibilities, it’s an excellent option. It has become part of my daily routine, and it has noticeably improved how I plan and prioritize my work and personal tasks.

Pros

What I like most about Any.do is how simple and intuitive the interface is. It takes almost no time to understand how everything works, which makes it easy to start using it immediately. The task management system is clean and efficient, and features like reminders, recurring tasks, and daily planning make it very practical for both personal and professional use. I also appreciate how well it syncs across devices, so I can add tasks on my phone and see them instantly on my computer. The daily planning feature is especially helpful because it encourages you to review your priorities instead of just letting tasks pile up. Overall, it offers great value for money compared to many other productivity apps.

Cons

While Any.do is excellent for personal task management, some of the more advanced project management features are still somewhat limited compared to larger platforms. For teams managing complex projects, the collaboration tools could be a bit more robust. I would also like to see more customization options for organizing tasks and workflows.

### "Overall Performance "

April 23, 2026

5.0

The overall experience of Any.do software is generally positive, with users appreciating its intuitive interface and ease of use. Many users find the "My Day" feature and seamless integration with calendars to be particularly beneficial, allowing for a focused plan to manage daily tasks. The app's cross-device syncing is also well-received, making it convenient to manage tasks anywhere. However, some users note that certain features, such as location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks, are locked behind a paid premium subscription, which can be limiting for free users. Overall, Any.do is praised for its simplicity and effectiveness in keeping tasks organized without overwhelming users

Pros

The pros of Any.do software include: User-Friendly Interface: Any.do features a bright and colorful interface that is beginner-friendly, making it easy to navigate and use. Task Management: It allows users to organize tasks, set reminders, and manage schedules in one place, enhancing productivity. Cross-Device Syncing: Any.do syncs across multiple devices, ensuring that users can access their tasks and schedules from anywhere. Integration with Other Tools: It integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, providing a comprehensive schedule view. These features make Any.do a solid choice for personal and small team use, although it may lack some advanced project management capabilities compared to other tools

Cons

Premium subscription lock: Many powerful features like location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks are locked behind a paid premium subscription. Basic collaboration features: The basic collaboration features are not as robust as those found in other project management tools. Sync delays: Some users experience occasional delays in syncing tasks across devices. Basic task management: While Any.do is great for organizing daily tasks, it may not be as effective for complex project management needs. These cons highlight the limitations of Any. ### "The One App That Keeps My Life Together"

November 24, 2025

5.0

Any.do is honestly the app I depend on the most. I use it every single day because it helps my mind stay organized and grounded. It gives me a clear structure of everything I need to get done, which makes me feel productive instead of overwhelmed. What I love most is how intuitive it is—you can capture tasks in seconds, plan your day with clarity, and visually manage everything from small reminders to long-term projects. It syncs across devices, connects beautifully with Google Calendar, and keeps all your events and tasks in one place so nothing slips through the cracks. For me, it’s the most genuinely useful app I’ve ever used, and I recommend it to everyone who wants to feel more in control of their time and their life.

Pros

It’s incredibly accessible and easy to use. I recommend it to my friends all the time because it’s honestly the simplest way to visualize your tasks, slotting them by time, day, and priority. And the best part is how smoothly it connects with Google Calendar. Having all your events and commitments in one place makes planning your month, week, and day way easier. You can fully personalize your views, switch between layouts, and adjust everything to your rhythm. It’s flexible, intuitive, and helps you stay on top of everything without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn’t update right away, or it takes a bit too long to sync between your phone and your computer. It could also improve the way you move a task from one day to another (Sometimes the time resets and you have to re-enter it all over again, which can be a little frustrating.)

### "Not as efficient as I would like it to be "

December 28, 2025

4.0

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been decent, but it falls short of being truly smooth and seamless. The app has useful features and a clean interface, but certain aspects—especially integrations—could be better optimized. While it works well enough for basic task management, there are moments where the performance and workflow feel slightly frustrating. With some improvements, it could be a much more polished and enjoyable tool to use.

Pros

One of the main things I liked about Any.do is its ability to integrate with WhatsApp. This feature makes it easier to turn messages or reminders into tasks without having to switch between multiple apps. The idea of managing tasks directly from a platform I already use daily is very convenient and saves time. When it works well, it helps streamline task creation and keeps everything more organized in one place.

Cons

Although the WhatsApp integration is a good concept, it is not very efficient in practice. The functionality feels limited and sometimes unreliable, which reduces its usefulness. Tasks do not always sync smoothly, and the overall experience through WhatsApp can feel clunky or incomplete. This makes it harder to fully rely on the integration for consistent task management.

### "With Any.do I Can Do Anything!"

November 28, 2025

5.0

I have really enjoyed Any.do, both the desktop and app versions. It's better than simply receiving a message or an email that can get lost over time. My tasks stay on my board until I remove them and they are always easy to see!

Pros

I like that it's a shared platform for assigning tasks. My employer can assign tasks to me, then I can check them off my list, or even comment and tag them to communicate about the specific task.

Cons

I would like to be able to get notified for comments on a task that I have assigned. This way if my employer assigns a task, I can comment and they will know. This would help prevent missed communication due to a forgotten tag. Additionally, we have had a few times that we include numbers in our tasks, and it will automatically make that a deadline date.
