“The combination of task management, calendar sync, actionable features, and widgets makes it easy to plan and execute my day without friction. While some features like WhatsApp integration being paid and the absence of voice or AI assistant support leave a bit of room for improvement, the core functionality is strong and well implemented.“

### "My fabulous Time Manager"

July 3, 2026

5.0

My overall experiance is that it is very easy to use and very quick to add or change tasks. I like the way you can snooze them too! It keeps me focussed on the important stuff I need to do!

Pros

I have been a non-business user of the Free Plan for Any.do for a number of years now and it is perfect for maintaining and controlling my TODO Lists. It also helps me to prioritise my tasks too! The Task Snooze options are excellent along with the Subtask feature.

Cons

I would like better reporting of completed tasks. You can access lists of completed tasks but this is not intuitive or easy to use and does break a report into a daily completed task report... that I am aware of.

### "Why Any.do has been my go-to for over a decade. "

August 12, 2026

5.0

Overall, Any.do is the easiest, feature-rich, and progressive app available. The free tier is still loaded with features, the paid tier is super inexpensive, and you can do nearly anything you want to make it the way you love using it. You won't be sorry.

Pros

I have been using Any.do for years. I've tried others but they never compare. Any.do constantly add great features people want and use. They have a clean look, they are easy to use and you can match up with so many other apps or programs you already use making it extremely versatile w/out loosing the ease of use. Best option by far, you will never feel like your missing out.

Cons

There isn't anything I dislike. For me, when you start adding different systems like Kanban (which you can) or pomodoro (which is also available) many people do a poor job on the interface and it gets confusing to use. Not Any.do, they add features you will use but keep it productive.

### "Any.do doesn't"

June 30, 2026

2.0

I don't recommend this program to anyone looking for reminders. It's a chore listing app, nothing more.

Pros

Sorry, not much to like. Took three tries to download, then time to look up online to figure out how to configure.

Cons

1\. no help inside the app. 2. counterintuitive UI, poorly chosen colors. 3. despite being touted as a reminder program, no reminders pop up. You have to be in the app constantly to see reminders. 4. online help is useless; basically describes the user interface, not functionality. Had to hunt and peck and guess.

### "Happy with Any.do"

June 4, 2026

5.0

For the most part I have liked using Any.do.i like being able to check off things and to be able to have reminders throughout the day to get things done on my list.

Pros

I feel like it's worth paying for. It helps me keep track of the daily things I need to do. I like that I can readjust my list as my day goes on.

Cons

Sometimes I accidentally swipe away things on my list or my phone deletes notifications to do things and it's not easy to get them to come back up to keep track of what I need to do. I figured out I can go to history on my phone and find the things to open and click on snooze to get them to come back but it's not an easy to get them to show up.

### "Simple, Reliable, and Highly Effective"

July 22, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been very positive. The app is easy to use, reliable, and helps me stay organized with tasks and deadlines. Its clean design and useful features make planning simple and efficient, making it a valuable productivity tool for everyday use.

Pros

Any.do is a clean, intuitive, and reliable productivity app that makes task management simple. I especially like its seamless calendar integration, smart reminders, and cross-device sync, which help me stay organized and productive. Overall, it's an excellent tool for managing both personal and professional tasks.

Cons

The main drawback is that several useful features are only available with the premium subscription. While the free version is functional, adding more advanced features to it would provide greater value for users.

### "Best Task Management Platform out there"

July 6, 2026

Perfect experience. I keep going back to use it whenever I want to organize my tasks and clear my head before beginning the tasks

Pros

What can anyone do without Any.do? This is the first task management platform that is so easy to use and I love the fact that I can use dark or light mode, collaborate with team members and use on different devices

Cons

### "Perfect task managment in very easy way"

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been excellent. Among the many task management apps available, this is the one that stood out to me. It's incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to stay organized from the very beginning.

Pros

Among the many apps designed for this purpose, I somehow came across Any.do. It's amazing how intuitive and easy to use it is, while also being flexible enough to expand well beyond its core functionality. I highly recommend it.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features require a paid subscription. However, the free version is already very capable and sufficient for many users.

### "Reliable Easy to Use Reminder App"

May 30, 2026

4.0

Reliable, easy to use Reminder App good for things you don't need to overload your calendar app with.

Pros

Easy to see all tasks on one page with reminder times. And the "What will you do today" gives you a chance to set reminder times again if you had accidentally cleared them.

Cons

Wish you could make one entry with bullets in addition to other entries about different topics. Also, if I'm typing or tapping something fast and continuous on my phone and an any do reminder pops up, it clears itelf before I have a chance to stop and read it and address it.

### "Simple, Handy App That Keeps Me On Track"

March 10, 2026

5.0

I’ve played around with loads of productivity apps over the years and I’m really enjoying using Any.do. It’s simple, handy, and helps me keep track of my work and day-to-day bits so nothing gets missed. The WhatsApp integration is fantastic because reminders come straight through where I already check messages, so I don't miss appointments. For the price it’s great value and just makes staying organised a lot easyer.

Pros

I’ve been using Any.do and I’ve found it really handy for keeping on top of my work and day-to-day bits. It’s dead easy to use and helps me keep track of what needs doing so nothing slips through the cracks. The WhatsApp reminders are proper useful because they pop up where I already check messages, so I dont miss appointments. For the price it’s great value and just makes staying organised a lot easyer. 👍

Cons

I do think it could do with a bit more functionality. Being able to edit notes more properly, like making text bold or using different colours inside the information, would make it easier to highlight important stuff and organise notes better. 👍 I haven't needed to use any customer support yet, but I will request help if I need it.

Switched from

[Field Notes Ai](https://www.capterra.com/p/174371/Field-Notes-ai/)

I switched from iPhone Notes to Any.do mainly because of the WhatsApp integration and the clean, simple interface. It’s really easy to use and keeps everything organised in one place. I also wanted something with a bit more functionality than basic notes, especially for tracking tasks and reminders. It looks great on a big screen in Google Chrome, and works well across my tablet and my iPhone, which makes it simple for me to check things and stay on top of my day wherever I am.

### "Simple, powerful task management that actually works 🦊"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Any.do made organizing my work and daily tasks much easier. I have been using it for almost 6 years now and it has become part of my daily routine. It is very easy to use, clean and fast. I use it every day to manage tasks, track projects and plan routines. The widget is amazing because it keeps everything visible so I do not forget things. It offers great value for money and works smoothly across devices. Overall it is one of the most practical productivity tools I have used.

Pros

Excellent task management and very easy to use. Great for project tracking and organizing work. Templates are useful for repeating workflows and routines. Collaboration works well when sharing tasks with others. Sync between devices is smooth and reliable, and the overall value for money is very good.

Cons

Customer support is generally good, but sometimes responses can take a bit of time. More customization options for templates or widgets could make the experience even better, but overall it is still a very solid tool.

### "Invaluable, Affordable, and Worth Every Penny!"

May 18, 2026

5.0

Here's a rewritten version of your review: I have had a truly great experience with this product! It has quickly become an invaluable tool that I find myself relying on every single day. The best part? It won't break the budget — offering fantastic value for the price. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable solution!

Pros

I have been using Any.do for several years and love how I can separate tasks in to projects and prioritize with complete flexibility. After using a Franklin Planner for many years, this is the best tool I've found to replace that functionality. Each day I start with Any.do to prioritize my day and I keep it open all day and add future tasks so I don't lose track of them. Highly recommend Any.do for daily use.

Cons

Over the years they have continued to develop and add functionality and as of now, I can't think of anything I feel is missing.

### "A clean, reliable task manager that respects your time"

January 20, 2026

5.0

My experience with Any.do has been consistently positive. It’s one of the few task managers I’ve used that stays out of the way while still being powerful enough for daily professional use. Setup is straightforward, the learning curve is minimal, and it’s easy to build trust in the system quickly. Any.do works particularly well for individuals and small teams who want a dependable, well-designed task manager that encourages regular use rather than constant tweaking. It’s become a tool I actually enjoy opening each day.

Pros

Any.do strikes an excellent balance between power and simplicity. The interface is clean and fast, tasks are quick to enter, and recurring items are handled elegantly without getting in the way. I especially appreciate how easy it is to move between daily planning and longer-term task organization without friction. Cross-platform syncing has been consistently reliable for me, and the mobile app feels just as intentional and polished as the desktop experience. Subtasks, reminders, and due-date handling are all thoughtfully implemented and actually support getting work done rather than just managing lists.

Cons

Some advanced customization options (views, automation depth, or reporting) are more limited compared to heavier task-management platforms. That said, this feels like a conscious design decision rather than a shortcoming—Any.do prioritizes usability and speed over complexity. For users who want extremely granular project management or analytics, a more specialized tool may be a better fit.

Switched from

[Todoist](https://www.capterra.com/p/149339/Todoist-for-Business/)

I was looking for a task manager that balanced speed, clarity, and reliability across devices. While Todoist and Apple Reminders were capable, they were too rigid and required too much ongoing maintenance. Any.do offered a cleaner daily workflow, better reminder reliability, and a more intuitive experience without added complexity.

### "Excellent Task Manager with Great WhatsApp Integration and Reminders"

June 2, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been excellent. It has helped me stay organized, manage my tasks efficiently, and improve my productivity. The WhatsApp feature makes task management quick and convenient, while the reminder system ensures I stay on top of my responsibilities. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable task management app.

Pros

The best features for me are the WhatsApp integration and the reminders. Being able to create and manage tasks directly through WhatsApp makes it very convenient, and the reminders help me stay organized and never miss important deadlines. The app is easy to use, syncs well across devices, and keeps my daily tasks on track.

Cons

Deleting completed tasks can be confusing and requires more steps than expected. I would also like to see improvements to the widgets and the app's home screen, as both feel a bit outdated compared to other modern productivity apps. A refreshed design and more customizable widgets would make the overall experience even better.

### "When Essential Features Are Paywalled, Even a Great App Feels Risky"

January 27, 2026

4.0

I'm big on task management tools (digital and non-digital) and I'm surprised that I didn't try Any.do out sonner. For now I have the Free Plan, but I can see me going for the Premium Plan one once I have the routine of using the Free Plan one down. Either that or having the Recurring Tasks/ Tags and Labels blocked will keep me from finding long-term use for this app (and I wouldn't upgrade an app that I haven't been using).

Pros

I use the free plan, for my day to day tasks its perfect. Love the My Day feature and being able to reset it at a customizable time. For now I have 3 lists (Simple tasks, Complex tasks and Supermarket). This way it the learning curve was easy. After working with it for a few months/ 1 year I imagine to have it more customized to me. It helps to have it integrated with Google Calendar (I chose to only have 2 of my calendars in any do, to simplify). Considering I use the free plan this is a perfect value for my money.

Cons

Some small features that would make a big difference in usability are blocked. The main ones are related with automation like: - Not being able to customize the repetition of tasks (just daily, weekly, monthly or yearly are available); - Not being able to have more than 1 Tag. I understand blocking Whatsapp, custom themes, AI powered features and I would even understand blocking the Google Calendar integration. I believe that Recurring Tasks and Tags are basic features of any task management tool. Makes me wonder if I should change apps, if you block such simple features what's stopping you from one day blocking the number of lists per user, or the number of tasks per list. For future improvements I would love for the Google Calendar integration to be a two way street, meaning that when I create a task there could be a checkbox "Add to Google Calendar" and it would automatically appear in the Google Calendar app (as an all day task or in the day task depending on the task being added) Also as a UI/UX developer I can see a lot of improvements in the transitions from page to page. - Why do I need to have a list or view (My Day, Next 7 Days, etc.) open to Settings? - I keep clicking on the square symbol expecting a standart 3-Dot behavior (My Account, Settings, Help, etc. ) and its the news... Is that so important? - If in the Home page My Day, Next 7 Days, All Tasks and Calendar are side by side in a bar, it's expected that once I open one of those views I could then swipe right and left to toggle between them.

### "Fantastic, Clean, and Easy-to-Use Task Manager!"

June 12, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been fantastic because it keeps my busy schedule perfectly organized and manageable. It is a highly efficient tool that has significantly boosted my daily productivity, and I would comfortably recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable task manager.

Pros

Any.do is incredibly easy to use and has an amazingly clean interface without any annoying pop-up ads disrupting my workflow. It helps me stay highly organized throughout the day, and the seamless transition between my phone and desktop makes managing my daily task list absolutely effortless.

Cons

While it takes a little bit of searching to figure out how to access older completed tasks, the app is otherwise completely flawless. Honestly, this is a minor detail because the overall user experience is so smooth, reliable, and perfectly designed for my daily productivity needs.

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been very positive. It is a reliable and practical tool for personal productivity and daily task management. It saves time, keeps me focused, and makes organizing work much easier.

Pros

I really like how simple and intuitive Any.do is. It helps me stay organized by keeping all my tasks in one place, and the interface is clean and easy to use. I also appreciate the reminders and the cross-platform sync, which make it convenient to manage tasks across different devices.

Cons

### "The best productivity app out there"

June 16, 2026

5.0

My experience with Any.do has been excellent. It has helped me stay organized, manage priorities more effectively, and maintain a clear overview of both personal and professional responsibilities. The app is reliable, polished, and enjoyable to use on a daily basis. What makes Any.do stand out is that it focuses on helping users get things done rather than overwhelming them with unnecessary complexity. It delivers exactly what a productivity app should: clarity, efficiency, and peace of mind. I would highly recommend Any.do to anyone looking for a modern, dependable task management app. It has become an essential part of my daily routine and is easily one of the best productivity tools I've used.

Pros

The feature I appreciated most is how simple and intuitive everything feels. Any.do strikes an excellent balance between power and ease of use. Creating tasks, setting reminders, organizing projects, and planning my day can all be done in just a few taps. I also loved the clean interface. Unlike many productivity apps that become cluttered with features, Any.do remains visually pleasant and easy to navigate. The synchronization across devices is seamless, making it effortless to stay organized whether I'm using my phone or computer. The reminders and recurring tasks are particularly useful, ensuring that important follow-ups and deadlines never slip through the cracks.

Cons

No app is perfect, and there are a few areas where Any.do could improve. Some advanced features are reserved for the premium version, which may be frustrating for users looking for a fully featured free experience. For power users managing highly complex projects, the project management capabilities may feel somewhat lighter than those offered by specialized tools. Additionally, while the customization options are good, there is still room for more flexibility in certain workflows. That said, none of these points significantly impacted my experience, and they are relatively minor compared to the overall quality of the app.

### "Simple, Intuitive and Effective Task Management Tool"

July 29, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been positive. Its biggest strength is ease of use. The application is clean, responsive, and does not make basic task management unnecessarily complicated. I find it particularly useful for managing daily tasks, reminders, follow-ups, and recurring activities. Task creation and organization are straightforward, and the interface makes it easy to see what needs attention. For project collaboration, it works well for relatively simple requirements, although organizations with complex workflows may require more advanced project management capabilities. Template customization is useful for creating repeatable processes, while reporting could be more comprehensive for users who need detailed management-level insights. Customer support and the overall usability of the platform have been satisfactory. Overall, Any.do offers a good balance between simplicity and functionality and is a solid choice for individuals and teams looking for an easy-to-use task management solution.

Pros

What I like most about Any.do is its clean and intuitive interface. It is very easy to create tasks, set priorities, add reminders, and organize daily activities without spending much time learning the system. The cross-device experience is convenient, and the ability to manage both personal and work-related tasks in one place is particularly useful. From a value-for-money perspective, Any.do provides a good set of productivity features for users who want straightforward task management without the complexity of a full-scale project management platform. The templates and customization options also make it easier to set up recurring workflows and organize different types of activities.

Cons

The main limitation is that some of the more useful features are available only in the paid plans. While Any.do works very well for individual task management and relatively simple team workflows, its project collaboration, advanced reporting, analytics, and customization capabilities are not as extensive as those offered by more specialized project management platforms. For larger teams or complex projects involving detailed reporting, dependencies, resource planning, or advanced workflow automation, additional functionality would be useful.

### "Overall Performance "

April 23, 2026

5.0

The overall experience of Any.do software is generally positive, with users appreciating its intuitive interface and ease of use. Many users find the "My Day" feature and seamless integration with calendars to be particularly beneficial, allowing for a focused plan to manage daily tasks. The app's cross-device syncing is also well-received, making it convenient to manage tasks anywhere. However, some users note that certain features, such as location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks, are locked behind a paid premium subscription, which can be limiting for free users. Overall, Any.do is praised for its simplicity and effectiveness in keeping tasks organized without overwhelming users

Pros

The pros of Any.do software include: User-Friendly Interface: Any.do features a bright and colorful interface that is beginner-friendly, making it easy to navigate and use. Task Management: It allows users to organize tasks, set reminders, and manage schedules in one place, enhancing productivity. Cross-Device Syncing: Any.do syncs across multiple devices, ensuring that users can access their tasks and schedules from anywhere. Integration with Other Tools: It integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, providing a comprehensive schedule view. Voice Commands: Users can quickly add tasks using voice commands, making it ideal for hands-free productivity. These features make Any.do a solid choice for personal and small team use, although it may lack some advanced project management capabilities compared to other tools

Cons

Limited customization: The free version offers limited customization options for task organization. Premium subscription lock: Many powerful features like location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks are locked behind a paid premium subscription. Basic collaboration features: The basic collaboration features are not as robust as those found in other project management tools. Sync delays: Some users experience occasional delays in syncing tasks across devices. Basic task management: While Any.do is great for organizing daily tasks, it may not be as effective for complex project management needs. These cons highlight the limitations of Any. Do's free version and suggest that users may need to consider upgrading to a premium plan for full access to all features.

### "Easy to use and love the reminders in premium option! "

June 6, 2026

5.0

Absolutely amazing! I am yet to experience the customer service as a now premium member but wow, I am blown away that this is the one app I have been using everyday. Thank you Any.Do!

Pros

I have been using this app for a good two years and I used the free version to make sure I would definitely commit and be productive. I love it because I love how I can set the recurring reminders with the premium version which really helps to achieve tasks on time. I use it for shopping lists, home and work tasks and I feel it helps be prioritise tasks to make not just the most of my day but my whole year and life in general. Thank you Any.Do!

Cons

Luckily I have not got anything negative to say but I feel as if they need a plan where two people can access the same list. Not as a team but just an option that is not as expensive as the team membership.

### "Simple, Fast, and Very Useful"

June 16, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been very positive. It is simple, fast, and well organized, while still offering many useful features that help me manage my tasks more easily.

Pros

I like that Any.do is minimalistic but complete. It is fast, easy to use, and includes many useful features that make my daily life easier.

Cons

I really like Any.do overall. The only thing I miss is a complete case study or full example, not just small pieces. Even a simple example, like planning a kitchen project, would help users follow the full process and discover all the features.

### "Reliable daily driver. Worth it for the reminders."

July 12, 2026

5.0

Been using Any.do Pro for daily planning and it's become my go-to. Ease of use is the standout — clean interface, no learning curve, and the My Day view keeps me focused. Calendar sync keeps tasks and events in one place. Good value for money for personal use, and project collaboration works fine for light team and family sharing. Template customization and reporting are on the basic side. Haven't had to use customer support yet.

Pros

My Day planner — keeps focus on today, not the full backlog. Advanced recurring reminders — routines and repeating tasks handled cleanly. Calendar sync — tasks and events in one view; less app-switching. Cross-device sync — mobile and desktop stay consistent. Task management is smooth: recurring reminders, subtasks, and multiple views (list, Kanban, calendar) cover everything I need,

Cons

Premium value — some features feel like they should be in the free tier. Limited automation — real workflows still need Zapier (extra cost). Shallow project management — weak for complex projects, reporting, subtask depth.
