Overall it's a solid, no-frills task manager that does the basics well. It's ideal for day-to-day personal task management, but if you need more advanced workflows or team features, it starts to feel limiting fairly quickly.

Pros

The simplicity. It's clean, easy to set up, and you can start managing tasks right away without any learning curve. The cross-device sync and calendar integration also work well for keeping everything in one place. Ease of use: Setup is quick (e.g., Google sign-in), and the intuitive layout means almost no learning curve Smart reminders: Recurring reminders and location-based alerts work reliably on mobile Cross-platform sync: Tasks sync smoothly across mobile and desktop for most users All-in-one dashboard: Great for managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously Calendar integration: The ability to integrate with calendars and share tasks is frequently praised

Any.Do has helped me keep track of my multiple projects and responsibilities, both at work and at home.

Pros

I've used Any.Do for the last few years, and I've always appreciated the ease of use with this platform. The organization is really helpful, particularly in regard to the templates for easy starting points, the ability for color-coding, the checklists and easy drag and drop options for adjustments in planning - it's all really great. I strongly prefer Any.Do to other platforms I've used in the past, especially with the cost effectiveness of the platform for what you get out of it.

Cons

I really wish I could have multiple workspaces for my variety of workloads and workspaces, as I have more than one job that I juggle that could benefit from multiple breakdowns.

I've only been using Any.do for a little under a week but it's made a big difference. I'm able to be clear about what I need to do for the day, I've been wasting less time, and being more focused about my tasks. I also love that Any.do is available on desktop because it eliminates the need to grab my phone/productivity apps where I'd usually get distracted and sidetracked.

Pros

Honestly, I love how simple it is. My company uses Wrike intnerally but it's not user friendly or intuitive like Any.do. Also as someone who likes to physically write down notes, I love "crossing off" the tasks as I complete them. I like how previous tasks I don't complete automatically moves to the next day.

Cons

I don't love when I add a new task it goes to the top of the list instead of the bottom so I always have to manually move tasks around. I usually always start with my most important task first anyways.

I use it almost every work day. Much better than keeping track of tasks on paper which can get damaged, lost, and takes us space on your desk and wastes valuable time. You have all tasks you have done and are planning to do all in one place. You can even use it for every day tasks in your life, not just work. Grocery lists, Workouts, Chores, etc.

Pros

Any.do is very user-friendly. You don't have to spend a long time to learn the system. The design is very aesthetic and pleasing to the eye. It's easy to calendar and organize tasks as needed. I use it every day for work. It's a great place to plan your days and keep track of future and past tasks.

Cons

I would prefer more customization and being able to mess around with colors and making important tasks stand out more.

Pros

I ve already used around 8 to 9 task management tools, the best thing i like about Anydo is its integration with whatsapp. It helps us to easily create tasks. Also the integration with all calendars is also a great addition. Any do also offers multi device capability which works across mac, windows and android.

The filter feature can be improved a bit more in Anydo. I would also like to see integration of anydo with claude AI so we I can transfer tasks and use it using copilot. The easiness of UI can be improved. Tick tick is a good reference. In whatsapp integration, hashtags can't be added.

I love it - I would seriously be lost without it - I can pop reminders in from my galaxy watch in a snap too.

Pros

Being able to sync with my calendar and have recurring reminders for maintenance I need to remember to do around my house

Cons

Inability to share with family without paying for a different version...which I did for a bit and it wasn't very intuitive or helpful

It has been amazing and has 100% made me more productive as a student athlete this semester. I can't imagine not using it from here on out with school, work, and life.

Pros

I love the ease of use and the sub-tasks that you can add under your items. It allows me to feel more productive as I knock if little items from my list.

Cons

I wish there were a way to use the calendar and schedule out trips and week-long activities similar to Apple and Google calendars. Would make it a one-stop shop for me.
