### "Funtodo with any do "

June 21, 2026

5.0

Pros

Moving your tasks from loose sticky notes or mental memory into a dedicated "to-do" or task management application changes how you handle your day. It shifts you from a reactive state (remembering what to do next) to an intentional state (executing what matters most).

### "My fabulous Time Manager"

July 3, 2026

5.0

My overall experiance is that it is very easy to use and very quick to add or change tasks. I like the way you can snooze them too! It keeps me focussed on the important stuff I need to do!

Pros

I have been a non-business user of the Free Plan for Any.do for a number of years now and it is perfect for maintaining and controlling my TODO Lists. It also helps me to prioritise my tasks too! The Task Snooze options are excellent along with the Subtask feature.

Cons

I would like better reporting of completed tasks. You can access lists of completed tasks but this is not intuitive or easy to use and does break a report into a daily completed task report... that I am aware of.

### "Una gran aliada para el día a día"

July 9, 2026

5.0

Desde el primer momento me resultó una aplicación intuitiva y fácil de usar, con una interfaz visualmente clara que hace que organizar las tareas sea un proceso agradable.

Pros

### "10 years + with Any.do Excellence "

June 10, 2026

5.0

Overall, Any.do has given me a system to help me manage myself as I manage projects, business, and volunteer organizational responsibilities. It's second nature for me to drop my thoughts and actions into Any.do which helps me prevent forgetting responsibilities and better helps me prioritize. My clients tell me I'm confident and professional; part of that confidence comes from having great systems and tools such as Any.do

Pros

The ease of use and task management are two of the reasons I've been using Any.do for over 10 years now. I have a neurodivergent brain with lots of thoughts running through my head. Any.do has helped me have a Safe space for my thoughts and taks to go without rushing to get everything done at once for fear of forgetting. I LOVE the scheduling feature becuase it allows me to schedule tasks to pop up when I need the reminder the most. Sure there are calendars but I use that for events. The scheduling of tasks and snoozing of taks helps me manage multiple thoughts and projects. Its one of the longest apps I've stuck with.

Cons

I don't have features I don't like. I did try the premium version for a while. It's been a few years but I don't recall why I didn’t stick with it. With the updated futures, I'd be willing to try it again.

### "The best productivity app out there"

June 16, 2026

5.0

My experience with Any.do has been excellent. It has helped me stay organized, manage priorities more effectively, and maintain a clear overview of both personal and professional responsibilities. The app is reliable, polished, and enjoyable to use on a daily basis. What makes Any.do stand out is that it focuses on helping users get things done rather than overwhelming them with unnecessary complexity. It delivers exactly what a productivity app should: clarity, efficiency, and peace of mind. I would highly recommend Any.do to anyone looking for a modern, dependable task management app. It has become an essential part of my daily routine and is easily one of the best productivity tools I've used.

Pros

The feature I appreciated most is how simple and intuitive everything feels. Any.do strikes an excellent balance between power and ease of use. Creating tasks, setting reminders, organizing projects, and planning my day can all be done in just a few taps. I also loved the clean interface. Unlike many productivity apps that become cluttered with features, Any.do remains visually pleasant and easy to navigate. The synchronization across devices is seamless, making it effortless to stay organized whether I'm using my phone or computer. The reminders and recurring tasks are particularly useful, ensuring that important follow-ups and deadlines never slip through the cracks.

Cons

No app is perfect, and there are a few areas where Any.do could improve. Some advanced features are reserved for the premium version, which may be frustrating for users looking for a fully featured free experience. For power users managing highly complex projects, the project management capabilities may feel somewhat lighter than those offered by specialized tools. Additionally, while the customization options are good, there is still room for more flexibility in certain workflows. That said, none of these points significantly impacted my experience, and they are relatively minor compared to the overall quality of the app.

### "Best Productive App I've Ever Used"

May 2, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with the app has been very positive. It’s simple, reliable, and genuinely helps me stay organized and productive every day. The combination of task management, calendar sync, actionable features, and widgets makes it easy to plan and execute my day without friction. While some features like WhatsApp integration being paid and the absence of voice or AI assistant support leave a bit of room for improvement, the core functionality is strong and well implemented. With a few enhancements in smart assistance and integrations, this app could easily become a complete productivity solution.

Pros

This app is one of the most practical and well thought out task managers I’ve used. The home screen widgets are clean and genuinely useful, and the calendar sync works smoothly with my device, which makes managing events much easier. What I really like is how tasks become actionable, like calling or messaging someone directly from the app, which saves time and keeps everything in one place. It’s great for planning my day every morning, and the ability to add tags and notes helps keep everything organized and clear. The WhatsApp integration is another big plus, making it easy to connect and stay on top of tasks with helpful push notifications. Overall, it’s simple, efficient, and does exactly what a productivity app should do.

Cons

WhatsApp integration is currently available only as a paid feature. It would be more valuable to enhance the platform by introducing a voice assistant and AI assistant, or by integrating with tools like Gemini or ChatGPT.

### "The cross-platform task and calendar app that finally stuck"

July 5, 2026

5.0

Excellent. I’ve stuck with it since 2021 after cycling through dozens of task and calendar tools, and nothing else has held up the way it has. It’s the best choice for anyone who wants reliable cross-platform syncing, a clean modern interface, and a genuinely useful free tier without a painful setup process. It quietly does exactly what I need every day.

Pros

I’ve been using Any.do since 2021, and before I landed on it I tried just about everything out there. More than 25 different task and calendar apps across my Windows, Mac, and Android devices. I care a lot about how I manage my tasks and calendar, and I wanted something with a modern, immersive interface. Nothing else came close. The cross-platform experience is the best part. Everything stays in sync across all my devices without me having to think about it. The custom footer on mobile for reminders is easily one of my favorite touches, it’s just really well done. The interface itself is the cleanest and nicest I’ve used in this category. The free version also gives you more than almost anything else out there, which is rare. And it syncs all my accounts, calendars, custom calendars, and tasks straight onto the calendar view, so everything I need lives in one place.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. A lot of apps lock a basic but crucial feature like reminders behind a paywall, or if they’re free, they make you spend hours setting things up and tuning them before the app is even usable. And even after all that, you often have to dig back into a specific page every time you just want to see your to-dos. Any.do skips all of that and simply works out of the box. After trying more than 25 tools, this is the one that stuck, so any nitpicks feel minor compared to how much it gets right.

Switched from

wanted one place that handled both my tasks and my calendar without a lot of fuss, and none of the tools I tried pulled it off the way Any.do does. The cross-platform syncing works flawlessly across my Windows, Mac, and Android devices, the interface is far cleaner and more modern, and the free version gives you more than most paid options. On top of that, it pulls all my accounts, calendars, and tasks into one calendar view, so I stopped juggling separate apps. It just worked the way I wanted right from the start.

### "Smooth and Efficient Task Management Tool"

June 10, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been very positive. It is a reliable and practical tool for personal productivity and daily task management. It saves time, keeps me focused, and makes organizing work much easier.

Pros

I really like how simple and intuitive Any.do is. It helps me stay organized by keeping all my tasks in one place, and the interface is clean and easy to use. I also appreciate the reminders and the cross-platform sync, which make it convenient to manage tasks across different devices.

Cons

Some advanced features could be more flexible, especially for users who need deeper customization. A few useful options are available only in paid plans, which may limit the experience for free users.

### "Effortless Organisation That Fits Seamlessly Into Daily Life"

April 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been really positive. It’s a clean, intuitive app that makes staying organised feel simple rather than overwhelming. The recent WhatsApp integration is especially impressive — being able to create tasks with voice, manage multiple items, and tick things off on the go makes it incredibly practical for real life. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making productivity more accessible and user-friendly. What stands out most is how easily it fits into my daily routine across devices, helping me stay on track without friction. While I naturally gravitate toward tools that also support deeper reflection and intention, Any.do does an excellent job of covering the practical side of life in a way that feels effortless and reliable. It’s a tool I consistently come back to, and one I’d happily recommend to anyone wanting a smarter, simpler way to stay organised.

Pros

Honestly, I love Any.do — it just fits into my life so easily. The new WhatsApp features are wild 🤯 I can literally talk my tasks in, organise them, snooze them, tick them off… all without even opening the app. It feels like they’ve really thought about how people actually use task lists in real life. Plus it works smoothly across all my devices, which is a huge win. Definitely one of the best productivity apps I’ve used.

Cons

I find that the growing number of features — especially integrations like WhatsApp — can become a little overwhelming rather than simplifying things. Instead of creating calm and clarity, it risks adding more noise and fragmentation, particularly when tasks are coming in from multiple places. It’s a strong productivity tool, but it doesn’t naturally support presence, reflection, or a more intentional way of working, which can make it feel slightly disconnected from a more grounded, mindful approach to daily life.

Any.do is a reliable, efficient task execution tool. It doesn’t try to be everything—and that’s why it works. If your goal/ my goals are to stay organized and actually complete tasks, then Any.do it your one stop shop

Pros

Any.do is a well-structured task management platform that balances simplicity with practical functionality. It’s designed for users who want fast task capture, clean organization, and reliable cross-device syncing without unnecessary complexity.

Cons

### "Simple, Handy App That Keeps Me On Track"

March 10, 2026

5.0

I’ve played around with loads of productivity apps over the years and I’m really enjoying using Any.do. It’s simple, handy, and helps me keep track of my work and day-to-day bits so nothing gets missed. The WhatsApp integration is fantastic because reminders come straight through where I already check messages, so I don't miss appointments. For the price it’s great value and just makes staying organised a lot easyer.

Pros

I’ve been using Any.do and I’ve found it really handy for keeping on top of my work and day-to-day bits. It’s dead easy to use and helps me keep track of what needs doing so nothing slips through the cracks. The WhatsApp reminders are proper useful because they pop up where I already check messages, so I dont miss appointments. For the price it’s great value and just makes staying organised a lot easyer. 👍

Cons

I do think it could do with a bit more functionality. Being able to edit notes more properly, like making text bold or using different colours inside the information, would make it easier to highlight important stuff and organise notes better. 👍 I haven't needed to use any customer support yet, but I will request help if I need it.

I also wanted something with a bit more functionality than basic notes, especially for tracking tasks and reminders. It looks great on a big screen in Google Chrome, and works well across my tablet and my iPhone, which makes it simple for me to check things and stay on top of my day wherever I am.

### "More than a "To Do List""

March 24, 2026

5.0

When I started using Any.do more than 10 years ago, I didn’t expect it would become part of my routine for so long. The clean and user‑friendly platform has always been useful, accessible, and reliable. Any.do is one of the most stable and trustworthy apps I’ve ever used, and it’s helpful not only for my work but also for managing household tasks and even tracking habits and hobbies.

Pros

I really like the clean layout, the ease of use and access, the customization options, and the synchronization across multiple platforms. It's very handy as a reminder and also for tracking long term projects. The free version is quite complete, but the paid version opens up more possibilities that are worth the cost. Being able to collaborate with other people also helps a lot with task organization. I can not evaluate customer support because I never needed support, as I’ve been using for over 10 years, and it has always worked perfectly.

Cons

I understand that developing and maintaining a good product comes at a cost, and premium features are worth it, but if it were completely free and still ad‑free, it would be perfect. ;-)

### "Simple, powerful task management that actually works 🦊"

March 13, 2026

Any.do made organizing my work and daily tasks much easier. I have been using it for almost 6 years now and it has become part of my daily routine. It is very easy to use, clean and fast. I use it every day to manage tasks, track projects and plan routines. The widget is amazing because it keeps everything visible so I do not forget things. It offers great value for money and works smoothly across devices. Overall it is one of the most practical productivity tools I have used.

Pros

Excellent task management and very easy to use. Great for project tracking and organizing work. Templates are useful for repeating workflows and routines. Collaboration works well when sharing tasks with others. Sync between devices is smooth and reliable, and the overall value for money is very good.

Cons

Customer support is generally good, but sometimes responses can take a bit of time. More customization options for templates or widgets could make the experience even better, but overall it is still a very solid tool.

### "Minimalism boosting productivity!"

February 28, 2026

5.0

In an overloaded ecosystem of excessive information, finding a tool that cuts the noise and lets you focus on the essentials without missing important tasks is like finding a needle in a haystack! if you are into minimalism, this is the app for you

Pros

The simplicity is priceless! it’s the easiest reminder app to use, I’ve been using it for almost 3 years, and even though I have tried too many other tools, I keep coming back at this one!

Cons

### "Any.do: The School Bell Every Freelancer Needs"

June 16, 2026

5.0

I often work on nearly twenty projects at the same time and apply skills or knowledge gained from one project to many others. To make this possible, I need not only a system for connecting knowledge but also a simple way to record progress step by step, like climbing a staircase. Any.do is a perfect fit for that purpose because it helps me keep moving forward while tracking each small achievement along the way.

Pros

What I liked most about Any.do is that it acts like a school bell for my freelance work. It helps me stay focused, move from one task to the next, and avoid losing track of important deadlines. The simple interface makes it easy to organize both work and personal activities without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

As a freelancer, a day can pass very quickly if I don't make steady progress on my work. That's why I break every project into small subtasks that can be completed within an hour and mark them as finished when done. Without this kind of task breakdown and completion tracking, it becomes much harder for me to stay productive and keep projects moving forward.

### "Game changer for my agency!"

February 18, 2026

5.0

It was easy to get up and running, I was able to start using it to send my team relevant tasks, comment quickly without having to rely on a second platform for that, and the dashboard helps me have a complete view of everything going on in every project. And as i mentioned previously, the power of being able to share a project view with our clients in their portal, makes it easy for us, since we don't have to manage two task lists for every client like we had to do with other platforms.

Pros

Good task management platform for my team and the feature to share it with external users is great for my clients. Overall the best solution for my agency. And the cost is totally worth it compared to other solutions.

Cons

The news and tips section seems a bit annoying at times, but is something we can clearly look over, but it would be better if it wasn't too much of a placeholder.

### "Keeps me on Track!"

March 5, 2026

5.0

I like it so much that I pay for the premium version. As an adult with ADHD, this app keeps me on track.

Pros

This is the only task app I have been using for years. I have tried many others. The interface is simple and keeps me on track for everything. I use a list for personal and a list for work. It is a lifesaver in the world of project management. I used it a lot when purchasing my house. Honestly, the free version is very robust. I recently paid for the yearly subscription because I wanted more options for repeating tasks.

Cons

\- Syncing between my phone (Samsung S25) and desktop could definitely be quicker. I am sure it is possible because my Microsoft Planner syncs almost instantly. - I have a Samsung Smartwatch. I have Any.Do on there. I like that I can add tasks with the ability to speak and that tasks that are due pop up. What I don't like is that I can't see all of my task on my watch. This would be very helpful!

May 18, 2026

Here's a rewritten version of your review: I have had a truly great experience with this product! It has quickly become an invaluable tool that I find myself relying on every single day. The best part? It won't break the budget — offering fantastic value for the price. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable solution!

Pros

I have been using Any.do for several years and love how I can separate tasks in to projects and prioritize with complete flexibility. After using a Franklin Planner for many years, this is the best tool I've found to replace that functionality. Each day I start with Any.do to prioritize my day and I keep it open all day and add future tasks so I don't lose track of them. Highly recommend Any.do for daily use.

Cons

### "When Essential Features Are Paywalled, Even a Great App Feels Risky"

January 27, 2026

4.0

I'm big on task management tools (digital and non-digital) and I'm surprised that I didn't try Any.do out sonner. For now I have the Free Plan, but I can see me going for the Premium Plan one once I have the routine of using the Free Plan one down. Either that or having the Recurring Tasks/ Tags and Labels blocked will keep me from finding long-term use for this app (and I wouldn't upgrade an app that I haven't been using).

Pros

I use the free plan, for my day to day tasks its perfect. Love the My Day feature and being able to reset it at a customizable time. For now I have 3 lists (Simple tasks, Complex tasks and Supermarket). This way it the learning curve was easy. After working with it for a few months/ 1 year I imagine to have it more customized to me. It helps to have it integrated with Google Calendar (I chose to only have 2 of my calendars in any do, to simplify). Considering I use the free plan this is a perfect value for my money.

Cons

Some small features that would make a big difference in usability are blocked. The main ones are related with automation like: - Not being able to customize the repetition of tasks (just daily, weekly, monthly or yearly are available); - Not being able to have more than 1 Tag. I understand blocking Whatsapp, custom themes, AI powered features and I would even understand blocking the Google Calendar integration. I believe that Recurring Tasks and Tags are basic features of any task management tool. Makes me wonder if I should change apps, if you block such simple features what's stopping you from one day blocking the number of lists per user, or the number of tasks per list. For future improvements I would love for the Google Calendar integration to be a two way street, meaning that when I create a task there could be a checkbox "Add to Google Calendar" and it would automatically appear in the Google Calendar app (as an all day task or in the day task depending on the task being added) Also as a UI/UX developer I can see a lot of improvements in the transitions from page to page. - Why do I need to have a list or view (My Day, Next 7 Days, etc.) open to Settings? - I keep clicking on the square symbol expecting a standart 3-Dot behavior (My Account, Settings, Help, etc. ) and its the news... Is that so important? - If in the Home page My Day, Next 7 Days, All Tasks and Calendar are side by side in a bar, it's expected that once I open one of those views I could then swipe right and left to toggle between them.

### "Not as efficient as I would like it to be "

4.0

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been decent, but it falls short of being truly smooth and seamless. The app has useful features and a clean interface, but certain aspects—especially integrations—could be better optimized. While it works well enough for basic task management, there are moments where the performance and workflow feel slightly frustrating. With some improvements, it could be a much more polished and enjoyable tool to use.

Pros

One of the main things I liked about Any.do is its ability to integrate with WhatsApp. This feature makes it easier to turn messages or reminders into tasks without having to switch between multiple apps. The idea of managing tasks directly from a platform I already use daily is very convenient and saves time. When it works well, it helps streamline task creation and keeps everything more organized in one place.

Cons

Although the WhatsApp integration is a good concept, it is not very efficient in practice. The functionality feels limited and sometimes unreliable, which reduces its usefulness. Tasks do not always sync smoothly, and the overall experience through WhatsApp can feel clunky or incomplete. This makes it harder to fully rely on the integration for consistent task management.

Reason for choosing Any.do

### "Quick, efficient, with little hassle"

March 18, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been widely positive. I'd searched for a to-do list app which met my needs for some time, had tried countless, and had avoided just as many. Thankfully, Any.do is the only one I've stuck with so far!

Pros

Any.do us quick and efficient, and it allows me to take solid stock of what is left to do on my list each day. I'm yet to have anything fall off and remain forgotten, and the fact that anything from previous days are simply moved forward to the current day is perfect for when anything might be left on the pile from the day prior.

Cons

Thankfully, there have been little issues I've faced. It would be great to be able to connect multiple Gmail accounts so that the various tasks I have across my various roles can all be streamlined, but it's a relatively minor issue. Unfortunately, I have also seen issues with the app claiming I'm offline when I'm not, though I'm hopeful this may be a glitch which will be resolved soon.

Almost all of them hid the most basic features between a paywall or subscription, which, as a freelancer who cannot really afford many high-priced apps - especially when these apps are necessary to actually make a living wage - Any.do has been a wonderful breath of fresh air. The interface is far better, and the overall experience has been far greater.
