### "Funtodo with any do "

June 21, 2026

5.0

Pros

Moving your tasks from loose sticky notes or mental memory into a dedicated "to-do" or task management application changes how you handle your day. It shifts you from a reactive state (remembering what to do next) to an intentional state (executing what matters most).

### "Great for organizing your day but power-users will hit a wall pretty fast"

June 22, 2026

5.0

I've been using Any.do for a while now and it’s a really solid daily driver. It's perfect if you just want a clean and simple space to manage your daily life, work tasks and maybe a shared grocery list with your partner. It doesn't require hours of setting up. It’s definitely built more for execution than deep planning. If you are trying to manage massive projects with lots of moving parts and metadata, it’s going to feel limiting. But if you're just looking for a polished, good looking app to keep your day on track and you don't mind paying for the premium version, it gets the job done beautifully.

Pros

To be honest the best thing about Any.do is how it looks and feels. It’s not cluttered like most task managers out there. The "Any.do Moment" feature is a game-changer for me. It's this little morning routine that pops up and forces you to sort through your day before everything gets crazy. I also love that they actually combined the calendar and the to-do list in a way that makes sense. You don't have to jump between two different apps just to see when you're free. Adding tasks is super quick because the app understands natural language, so if you type "Call Adrian tomorrow at 5" it just schedules it perfectly. The mobile widgets are also incredibly smooth.

Cons

My biggest issue is that once your projects grow, Any.do starts to feel too basic. So if you love building complex systems with deep subtasks, tags or custom templates (like you can do in Notion), you’re going to hit a wall here very quickly. It just doesn't have that depth. Also the pricing is getting hard to justify. A lot of basic features that should be in my opinion free, like simple color tags or recurring reminders, are locked behind the premium subscription. Another annoying thing is the desktop app. While the mobile version is lightning fast the desktop app can feel pretty heavy and lags a bit when you're trying to share files or sync shared lists with someone else.

I switched because Todoist, while powerful started to feel like a giant over time. I needed a tool that seamlessly integrates my daily tasks with a nce calendar layout without having to bounce between two different apps. Any.do felt much more visual and intuitive for daily execution.

### "Una gran aliada para el día a día"

July 9, 2026

5.0

Desde el primer momento me resultó una aplicación intuitiva y fácil de usar, con una interfaz visualmente clara que hace que organizar las tareas sea un proceso agradable.

Pros

Switched from

Queria marcar Google Tasks pero no identifica la companía. No me gustaba la falta de Widgets, las categorías se volcaban en fila (saturación visual), si ordenaba las tareas por fechas se me eliminaban las sub-tareas.

### "10 years + with Any.do Excellence "

June 10, 2026

5.0

Overall, Any.do has given me a system to help me manage myself as I manage projects, business, and volunteer organizational responsibilities. It's second nature for me to drop my thoughts and actions into Any.do which helps me prevent forgetting responsibilities and better helps me prioritize. My clients tell me I'm confident and professional; part of that confidence comes from having great systems and tools such as Any.do

Pros

The ease of use and task management are two of the reasons I've been using Any.do for over 10 years now. I have a neurodivergent brain with lots of thoughts running through my head. Any.do has helped me have a Safe space for my thoughts and taks to go without rushing to get everything done at once for fear of forgetting. I LOVE the scheduling feature becuase it allows me to schedule tasks to pop up when I need the reminder the most. Sure there are calendars but I use that for events. The scheduling of tasks and snoozing of taks helps me manage multiple thoughts and projects. Its one of the longest apps I've stuck with.

Cons

I don't have features I don't like. I did try the premium version for a while. It's been a few years but I don't recall why I didn’t stick with it. With the updated futures, I'd be willing to try it again.

### "Happy with Any.do"

June 4, 2026

5.0

For the most part I have liked using Any.do.i like being able to check off things and to be able to have reminders throughout the day to get things done on my list.

Pros

I feel like it's worth paying for. It helps me keep track of the daily things I need to do. I like that I can readjust my list as my day goes on.

Cons

Sometimes I accidentally swipe away things on my list or my phone deletes notifications to do things and it's not easy to get them to come back up to keep track of what I need to do. I figured out I can go to history on my phone and find the things to open and click on snooze to get them to come back but it's not an easy to get them to show up.

### "The cross-platform task and calendar app that finally stuck"

July 5, 2026

5.0

Excellent. I’ve stuck with it since 2021 after cycling through dozens of task and calendar tools, and nothing else has held up the way it has. It’s the best choice for anyone who wants reliable cross-platform syncing, a clean modern interface, and a genuinely useful free tier without a painful setup process. It quietly does exactly what I need every day.

Pros

I’ve been using Any.do since 2021, and before I landed on it I tried just about everything out there. More than 25 different task and calendar apps across my Windows, Mac, and Android devices. I care a lot about how I manage my tasks and calendar, and I wanted something with a modern, immersive interface. Nothing else came close. The cross-platform experience is the best part. Everything stays in sync across all my devices without me having to think about it. The custom footer on mobile for reminders is easily one of my favorite touches, it’s just really well done. The interface itself is the cleanest and nicest I’ve used in this category. The free version also gives you more than almost anything else out there, which is rare. And it syncs all my accounts, calendars, custom calendars, and tasks straight onto the calendar view, so everything I need lives in one place.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. A lot of apps lock a basic but crucial feature like reminders behind a paywall, or if they’re free, they make you spend hours setting things up and tuning them before the app is even usable. And even after all that, you often have to dig back into a specific page every time you just want to see your to-dos. Any.do skips all of that and simply works out of the box. After trying more than 25 tools, this is the one that stuck, so any nitpicks feel minor compared to how much it gets right.

Switched from

[Taskade](https://www.capterra.com/p/170932/Taskade/)[Todoist](https://www.capterra.com/p/149339/Todoist-for-Business/)[Jira](https://www.capterra.com/p/19319/JIRA/)[Trello](https://www.capterra.com/p/211559/Trello/)[TickTick](https://www.capterra.com/p/170641/TickTick/)

wanted one place that handled both my tasks and my calendar without a lot of fuss, and none of the tools I tried pulled it off the way Any.do does. The cross-platform syncing works flawlessly across my Windows, Mac, and Android devices, the interface is far cleaner and more modern, and the free version gives you more than most paid options. On top of that, it pulls all my accounts, calendars, and tasks into one calendar view, so I stopped juggling separate apps. It just worked the way I wanted right from the start.

### "Simple, Intuitive and Effective Task Management Tool"

July 29, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been positive. Its biggest strength is ease of use. The application is clean, responsive, and does not make basic task management unnecessarily complicated. I find it particularly useful for managing daily tasks, reminders, follow-ups, and recurring activities. Task creation and organization are straightforward, and the interface makes it easy to see what needs attention. For project collaboration, it works well for relatively simple requirements, although organizations with complex workflows may require more advanced project management capabilities. Template customization is useful for creating repeatable processes, while reporting could be more comprehensive for users who need detailed management-level insights. Customer support and the overall usability of the platform have been satisfactory. Overall, Any.do offers a good balance between simplicity and functionality and is a solid choice for individuals and teams looking for an easy-to-use task management solution.

Pros

What I like most about Any.do is its clean and intuitive interface. It is very easy to create tasks, set priorities, add reminders, and organize daily activities without spending much time learning the system. The cross-device experience is convenient, and the ability to manage both personal and work-related tasks in one place is particularly useful. From a value-for-money perspective, Any.do provides a good set of productivity features for users who want straightforward task management without the complexity of a full-scale project management platform. The templates and customization options also make it easier to set up recurring workflows and organize different types of activities.

Cons

The main limitation is that some of the more useful features are available only in the paid plans. While Any.do works very well for individual task management and relatively simple team workflows, its project collaboration, advanced reporting, analytics, and customization capabilities are not as extensive as those offered by more specialized project management platforms. For larger teams or complex projects involving detailed reporting, dependencies, resource planning, or advanced workflow automation, additional functionality would be useful.

### "Best assistant for professionals "

June 11, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been very positive. It has helped me stay organized, manage deadlines, and keep track of both personal and work-related responsibilities in a convenient and reliable way. The app is easy to learn, performs consistently well, and offers useful features that improve productivity without adding unnecessary complexity. While there are a few limitations in the free version and some advanced features that could be expanded, the overall user experience remains smooth and efficient. I would recommend Any.do to anyone looking for a straightforward and effective task management app that helps simplify daily planning and improve organization.

Pros

What I like most about Any.do is how simple and intuitive it is to organize my tasks and daily schedule. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it quick to add tasks, set reminders, and prioritize important items without feeling overwhelmed. I especially appreciate the ability to sync tasks across multiple devices, which allows me to stay organized whether I'm on my phone, tablet, or computer. The calendar integration is also very useful because it combines my appointments and to-do lists in one place, helping me manage my time more effectively. Overall, Any.do strikes a great balance between functionality and ease of use, making it a practical productivity tool for both personal and professional tasks.

Cons

The main drawback I've experienced with Any.do is that some of the more advanced productivity features are locked behind the premium subscription. While the free version covers basic task management well, features such as enhanced recurring reminders, advanced planning tools, and certain customization options require an upgrade.

### "My long-time to-do app without replacements."

June 11, 2026

5.0

I have been using the Any.do app for years now. As a perfectionist, I have also tried almost all the popular and even non-popular to-do apps on the Play Store to find the best one, but I haven’t found anything that could perfectly replace Any.do yet. This is actually how I started using Any.do in the first place—after experimenting with so many apps and finally landing on one that seemed to check all my boxes. Years later, I still haven’t found a replacement. No other apps come close to Any.do, in my opinion. When I first started using the app, I only had some basic requirements. But after using it, everything changed. It completely changed my expectations of what a to-do app should be, for the better. And now, I feel like I’m stuck with Any.do forever. The app syncs perfectly and lets me use it from my work phone, my work PC - no matter which device I use, which is a huge plus. It’s so good that I can’t imagine life without it now. It helps me get the best out of myself and be the most productive version of myself. I would recommend Any.do to everyone. Once you start using it, you won’t settle for something ordinary, and you won’t go back either. The paid version is absolutely worth the money, and even the free version is so feature-rich that it’s better than thousands of popular apps on the Play Store. My final verdict: Give it a try. You’ll become a more productive version of yourself that you didn’t even know existed. You’ll love it—and you won’t go back.

Pros

I love the "Moment" feature the most. There is no other app that offers this functionality, and this was the standout feature that convinced me to try out Any.do. Rather than navigating through and rearranging my daily tasks one by one in my previous to-do app, I can do all of this in the easiest way with Any.do. Now, every day at my exact wake-up time, I am reminded of all my activities for the day via a push notification. From the same notification, I’m able to reschedule or reprioritize my activities based on any recent developments. I no longer need to go through all the activities one by one and spend a significant amount of time combing through and manually modifying each entry. I can now do all of this with a single click and from a single notification. So, within just a few seconds of waking up, I’m already briefed on all my activities for the day. I can plan and prepare for the day in less than 30 seconds after waking up, and this is an immediate productivity booster for me. I cannot imagine my life without this feature now.

Cons

So far, I could not find any real drawbacks with this app. It checks all the boxes perfectly. However, I can suggest one minor improvement in the UI. For all tasks, the icons displayed beside them—for example, the box showing the scheduled date, the icon for subtasks, the icon for repetitive tasks, or indicators for links in the description—are placed differently depending on the task length. If the task name is short, the icons appear right after the name; if it’s long, they shift to the far right edge of the screen. The problem is that for shorter task names, these icons appear immediately after the text, and since each task has different icons, they end up being placed irregularly across the screen. This can sometimes give a slightly cluttered or chaotic feel, with icons scattered here and there. One improvement I would suggest is to align all these icons to the right edge of the screen at all times, regardless of whether the task names are short or long. This would create a cleaner and more consistent UI experience, in my opinion. That said, this is just a minor UI improvement, and everything else is awesome. I would give it a 5 out of 5 if this UI tweak is implemented. But even if it’s not, I’d still rate it 4.99 out of 5.

Any.do was everything I wanted at one place. The Moments feature, the ability to add recurring tasks, sub-tasks, color coding based on priority, syncing with PCs - everything helped me choose Any.do over all others.

### "My secret to extreme productivity"

August 5, 2026

5.0

It's my go-to app for reminders, notes, and tasks outside of my regular calendar/email. It's a compass of what to focus on next and helps me stay productive in those short in-between times. I just pop open Any.Do and find the next task, or the next short/simple one to knock out quickly.

Pros

Love the ease of use and flexibility. I can throw something on my list in seconds from browser or phone and set it for today, tomorrow, next week, or specific date; and/or I can add more complicated to-dos with notes and sub-tasks. I love the 'someday' feature to quickly get something out of my brain and onto the list but not have it pop up repeatedly when I'm not ready. The categories are great - when I'm deep into a single type of work or project, I can easily work through those specific tasks without the clutter of everything else.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a lot of clicks to re-organize, change the reminder or due date, and then re-save. The UI does not do well with long notes so there's a limit to what I can track/do directly within any.do.

### "Good but not enough"

May 19, 2026

4.0

I like it, but It could be much better. Seriously, user experience could be better if UI gets improvements.

Pros

Receiving my reminder on Whatsapp is great and having the opportunity to snooze, check a task as done or create tasks via whatsapp is very useful.

Cons

The UI could improve a lot, giving different options to visualize tasks (not just a list)when creating tasks it should give the change to set reminders like the day before or 1 hour before the tasks are due, be in sync with other calendars. Having a list of features rated by user could give more ways to improve the app.

### "Best Productive App I've Ever Used"

May 2, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with the app has been very positive. It’s simple, reliable, and genuinely helps me stay organized and productive every day. The combination of task management, calendar sync, actionable features, and widgets makes it easy to plan and execute my day without friction. While some features like WhatsApp integration being paid and the absence of voice or AI assistant support leave a bit of room for improvement, the core functionality is strong and well implemented. With a few enhancements in smart assistance and integrations, this app could easily become a complete productivity solution.

Pros

This app is one of the most practical and well thought out task managers I’ve used. The home screen widgets are clean and genuinely useful, and the calendar sync works smoothly with my device, which makes managing events much easier. What I really like is how tasks become actionable, like calling or messaging someone directly from the app, which saves time and keeps everything in one place. It’s great for planning my day every morning, and the ability to add tags and notes helps keep everything organized and clear. The WhatsApp integration is another big plus, making it easy to connect and stay on top of tasks with helpful push notifications. Overall, it’s simple, efficient, and does exactly what a productivity app should do.

Cons

WhatsApp integration is currently available only as a paid feature. It would be more valuable to enhance the platform by introducing a voice assistant and AI assistant, or by integrating with tools like Gemini or ChatGPT.

### "Overall Performance "

April 23, 2026

5.0

The overall experience of Any.do software is generally positive, with users appreciating its intuitive interface and ease of use. Many users find the "My Day" feature and seamless integration with calendars to be particularly beneficial, allowing for a focused plan to manage daily tasks. The app's cross-device syncing is also well-received, making it convenient to manage tasks anywhere. However, some users note that certain features, such as location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks, are locked behind a paid premium subscription, which can be limiting for free users. Overall, Any.do is praised for its simplicity and effectiveness in keeping tasks organized without overwhelming users

Pros

The pros of Any.do software include: User-Friendly Interface: Any.do features a bright and colorful interface that is beginner-friendly, making it easy to navigate and use. Task Management: It allows users to organize tasks, set reminders, and manage schedules in one place, enhancing productivity. Cross-Device Syncing: Any.do syncs across multiple devices, ensuring that users can access their tasks and schedules from anywhere. Integration with Other Tools: It integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, providing a comprehensive schedule view. Voice Commands: Users can quickly add tasks using voice commands, making it ideal for hands-free productivity. These features make Any.do a solid choice for personal and small team use, although it may lack some advanced project management capabilities compared to other tools

Cons

Limited customization: The free version offers limited customization options for task organization. Premium subscription lock: Many powerful features like location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks are locked behind a paid premium subscription. Basic collaboration features: The basic collaboration features are not as robust as those found in other project management tools. Sync delays: Some users experience occasional delays in syncing tasks across devices. Basic task management: While Any.do is great for organizing daily tasks, it may not be as effective for complex project management needs. These cons highlight the limitations of Any. Do's free version and suggest that users may need to consider upgrading to a premium plan for full access to all features.

### "Any.do: The School Bell Every Freelancer Needs"

June 16, 2026

5.0

I often work on nearly twenty projects at the same time and apply skills or knowledge gained from one project to many others. To make this possible, I need not only a system for connecting knowledge but also a simple way to record progress step by step, like climbing a staircase. Any.do is a perfect fit for that purpose because it helps me keep moving forward while tracking each small achievement along the way.

Pros

What I liked most about Any.do is that it acts like a school bell for my freelance work. It helps me stay focused, move from one task to the next, and avoid losing track of important deadlines. The simple interface makes it easy to organize both work and personal activities without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

As a freelancer, a day can pass very quickly if I don't make steady progress on my work. That's why I break every project into small subtasks that can be completed within an hour and mark them as finished when done. Without this kind of task breakdown and completion tracking, it becomes much harder for me to stay productive and keep projects moving forward.

June 6, 2026

5.0

Absolutely amazing! I am yet to experience the customer service as a now premium member but wow, I am blown away that this is the one app I have been using everyday. Thank you Any.Do!

Pros

I have been using this app for a good two years and I used the free version to make sure I would definitely commit and be productive. I love it because I love how I can set the recurring reminders with the premium version which really helps to achieve tasks on time. I use it for shopping lists, home and work tasks and I feel it helps be prioritise tasks to make not just the most of my day but my whole year and life in general. Thank you Any.Do!

Cons

Luckily I have not got anything negative to say but I feel as if they need a plan where two people can access the same list. Not as a team but just an option that is not as expensive as the team membership.

### "Effortless Organisation That Fits Seamlessly Into Daily Life"

April 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been really positive. It’s a clean, intuitive app that makes staying organised feel simple rather than overwhelming. The recent WhatsApp integration is especially impressive — being able to create tasks with voice, manage multiple items, and tick things off on the go makes it incredibly practical for real life. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making productivity more accessible and user-friendly. What stands out most is how easily it fits into my daily routine across devices, helping me stay on track without friction. While I naturally gravitate toward tools that also support deeper reflection and intention, Any.do does an excellent job of covering the practical side of life in a way that feels effortless and reliable. It’s a tool I consistently come back to, and one I’d happily recommend to anyone wanting a smarter, simpler way to stay organised.

Pros

Honestly, I love Any.do — it just fits into my life so easily. The new WhatsApp features are wild 🤯 I can literally talk my tasks in, organise them, snooze them, tick them off… all without even opening the app. It feels like they’ve really thought about how people actually use task lists in real life. Plus it works smoothly across all my devices, which is a huge win. Definitely one of the best productivity apps I’ve used.

Cons

I find that the growing number of features — especially integrations like WhatsApp — can become a little overwhelming rather than simplifying things. Instead of creating calm and clarity, it risks adding more noise and fragmentation, particularly when tasks are coming in from multiple places. It’s a strong productivity tool, but it doesn’t naturally support presence, reflection, or a more intentional way of working, which can make it feel slightly disconnected from a more grounded, mindful approach to daily life.

My overall experience with Any.do has been excellent. It has become part of my daily routine for managing tasks, reminders, and personal goals. The app is reliable, easy to use, and helps me stay focused on what matters most. I appreciate the team's continuous improvements and attention to user experience. It's a productivity app I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful way to stay organized.

Pros

Any.do has one of the cleanest and most intuitive interfaces I've used for task management. Creating tasks, setting reminders, and organizing my daily schedule is quick and effortless. I especially appreciate the cross-device synchronization, recurring reminders, calendar integration, and the ability to keep both personal and work tasks in one place. The app helps me stay organized without feeling overwhelming.

Cons

Overall, my experience has been very positive. One area that could be improved is offering more advanced features in the free version and providing additional customization options for power users, such as more flexible task views, automation, and reporting. Occasionally, I'd also like to see faster rollout of new productivity features.

### "Simple, Fast, and Very Useful"

June 16, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been very positive. It is simple, fast, and well organized, while still offering many useful features that help me manage my tasks more easily.

Pros

I like that Any.do is minimalistic but complete. It is fast, easy to use, and includes many useful features that make my daily life easier.

Cons

I really like Any.do overall. The only thing I miss is a complete case study or full example, not just small pieces. Even a simple example, like planning a kitchen project, would help users follow the full process and discover all the features.

Any.do is a reliable, efficient task execution tool. It doesn’t try to be everything—and that’s why it works. If your goal/ my goals are to stay organized and actually complete tasks, then Any.do it your one stop shop

Pros

Any.do is a well-structured task management platform that balances simplicity with practical functionality. It’s designed for users who want fast task capture, clean organization, and reliable cross-device syncing without unnecessary complexity.

Cons

If there was one, but only to be picky since there are other variations of these stacks achieving the same goal. It would be the Limited advanced workflow automation compared to tools like Notion or ClickUp

### "Right In The Sweet Spot"

August 11, 2026

4.0

I've used a lot of task apps and organizational apps. Some are very basic and some are really complex. This one falls right in the middle in that sweet spot. You can add what you want but don't end up spending a bunch of time organizing your list or day.

Pros

I like all the features available for your task lists like sub tasks, scheduling tasks, reminders, tags, being able to add notes or pictures. You can just type something in the quick add bar and just add it to your list or you can add as much detailed stuff as you want like the due date, reminder time, category, etc. It is also nice that it works great with the free version. You do not need to purchase premium unless there is something in it specifically that you want like being able to add pictures to your tasks.

Cons

The main thing i don't care for is that there isn't any customization really for the page layouts or themes. I like to personalize things and make them me. It's more relaxing that way. I think being able to change the page layouts could make it easier to use. I do think the subscription is expensive for what little you get but it isn't needed at all.

### "More than a "To Do List""

March 24, 2026

5.0

When I started using Any.do more than 10 years ago, I didn’t expect it would become part of my routine for so long. The clean and user‑friendly platform has always been useful, accessible, and reliable. Any.do is one of the most stable and trustworthy apps I’ve ever used, and it’s helpful not only for my work but also for managing household tasks and even tracking habits and hobbies.

Pros

I really like the clean layout, the ease of use and access, the customization options, and the synchronization across multiple platforms. It's very handy as a reminder and also for tracking long term projects. The free version is quite complete, but the paid version opens up more possibilities that are worth the cost. Being able to collaborate with other people also helps a lot with task organization. I can not evaluate customer support because I never needed support, as I’ve been using for over 10 years, and it has always worked perfectly.

Cons

I understand that developing and maintaining a good product comes at a cost, and premium features are worth it, but if it were completely free and still ad‑free, it would be perfect. ;-)

### "Simple, powerful task management that actually works 🦊"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Any.do made organizing my work and daily tasks much easier. I have been using it for almost 6 years now and it has become part of my daily routine. It is very easy to use, clean and fast. I use it every day to manage tasks, track projects and plan routines. The widget is amazing because it keeps everything visible so I do not forget things. It offers great value for money and works smoothly across devices. Overall it is one of the most practical productivity tools I have used.

Pros

Excellent task management and very easy to use. Great for project tracking and organizing work. Templates are useful for repeating workflows and routines. Collaboration works well when sharing tasks with others. Sync between devices is smooth and reliable, and the overall value for money is very good.

Cons

Customer support is generally good, but sometimes responses can take a bit of time. More customization options for templates or widgets could make the experience even better, but overall it is still a very solid tool.

### "Invaluable, Affordable, and Worth Every Penny!"

May 18, 2026

5.0

Here's a rewritten version of your review: I have had a truly great experience with this product! It has quickly become an invaluable tool that I find myself relying on every single day. The best part? It won't break the budget — offering fantastic value for the price. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable solution!

Pros

I have been using Any.do for several years and love how I can separate tasks in to projects and prioritize with complete flexibility. After using a Franklin Planner for many years, this is the best tool I've found to replace that functionality. Each day I start with Any.do to prioritize my day and I keep it open all day and add future tasks so I don't lose track of them. Highly recommend Any.do for daily use.

Cons

Over the years they have continued to develop and add functionality and as of now, I can't think of anything I feel is missing.
