### "Effortless Organisation That Fits Seamlessly Into Daily Life"

April 8, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been really positive. It’s a clean, intuitive app that makes staying organised feel simple rather than overwhelming. The recent WhatsApp integration is especially impressive — being able to create tasks with voice, manage multiple items, and tick things off on the go makes it incredibly practical for real life. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making productivity more accessible and user-friendly. What stands out most is how easily it fits into my daily routine across devices, helping me stay on track without friction. While I naturally gravitate toward tools that also support deeper reflection and intention, Any.do does an excellent job of covering the practical side of life in a way that feels effortless and reliable. It’s a tool I consistently come back to, and one I’d happily recommend to anyone wanting a smarter, simpler way to stay organised.

Pros

Honestly, I love Any.do — it just fits into my life so easily. The new WhatsApp features are wild 🤯 I can literally talk my tasks in, organise them, snooze them, tick them off… all without even opening the app. It feels like they’ve really thought about how people actually use task lists in real life. Plus it works smoothly across all my devices, which is a huge win. Definitely one of the best productivity apps I’ve used.

Cons

I find that the growing number of features — especially integrations like WhatsApp — can become a little overwhelming rather than simplifying things. Instead of creating calm and clarity, it risks adding more noise and fragmentation, particularly when tasks are coming in from multiple places. It’s a strong productivity tool, but it doesn’t naturally support presence, reflection, or a more intentional way of working, which can make it feel slightly disconnected from a more grounded, mindful approach to daily life.

### "Overall Performance "

April 23, 2026

5.0

The overall experience of Any.do software is generally positive, with users appreciating its intuitive interface and ease of use. Many users find the "My Day" feature and seamless integration with calendars to be particularly beneficial, allowing for a focused plan to manage daily tasks. The app's cross-device syncing is also well-received, making it convenient to manage tasks anywhere. However, some users note that certain features, such as location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks, are locked behind a paid premium subscription, which can be limiting for free users. Overall, Any.do is praised for its simplicity and effectiveness in keeping tasks organized without overwhelming users

Pros

The pros of Any.do software include: User-Friendly Interface: Any.do features a bright and colorful interface that is beginner-friendly, making it easy to navigate and use. Task Management: It allows users to organize tasks, set reminders, and manage schedules in one place, enhancing productivity. Cross-Device Syncing: Any.do syncs across multiple devices, ensuring that users can access their tasks and schedules from anywhere. Integration with Other Tools: It integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, providing a comprehensive schedule view. Voice Commands: Users can quickly add tasks using voice commands, making it ideal for hands-free productivity. These features make Any.do a solid choice for personal and small team use, although it may lack some advanced project management capabilities compared to other tools

Cons

Limited customization: The free version offers limited customization options for task organization. Premium subscription lock: Many powerful features like location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks are locked behind a paid premium subscription. Basic collaboration features: The basic collaboration features are not as robust as those found in other project management tools. Sync delays: Some users experience occasional delays in syncing tasks across devices. Basic task management: While Any.do is great for organizing daily tasks, it may not be as effective for complex project management needs. These cons highlight the limitations of Any. Do's free version and suggest that users may need to consider upgrading to a premium plan for full access to all features.

### "Any.do is exactly how a note-taking app should be."

May 8, 2026

5.0

I find it very practical because it shows me how to plan my day specifically when I open my notifications at a certain time in the morning. By simply swiping left and right, I can easily focus on my tasks without any distractions. The main feature that sets this apart from other reminders is definitely this: 1. It only shows me the things I shouldn't forget. 2. I love that even if I do forget something, it brings it back up to me again.

Pros

One of my favorite features as a user is how it removes all the clutter, allowing me to focus solely on the task at hand.

Cons

I don't like the fact that notifications and information regarding Space are constantly visible within the application, even though I don't use it and have no intention of using it.

### "A Simple but Powerful Tool That Actually Keeps Me Organized"

March 13, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been very positive. It’s one of the few productivity tools that manages to stay powerful while remaining extremely simple to use. The design is clean, the performance is reliable, and it genuinely helps keep tasks organized without feeling overwhelming. For individuals who want a straightforward and effective way to manage daily responsibilities, it’s an excellent option. It has become part of my daily routine, and it has noticeably improved how I plan and prioritize my work and personal tasks.

Pros

What I like most about Any.do is how simple and intuitive the interface is. It takes almost no time to understand how everything works, which makes it easy to start using it immediately. The task management system is clean and efficient, and features like reminders, recurring tasks, and daily planning make it very practical for both personal and professional use. I also appreciate how well it syncs across devices, so I can add tasks on my phone and see them instantly on my computer. The daily planning feature is especially helpful because it encourages you to review your priorities instead of just letting tasks pile up. Overall, it offers great value for money compared to many other productivity apps.

Cons

While Any.do is excellent for personal task management, some of the more advanced project management features are still somewhat limited compared to larger platforms. For teams managing complex projects, the collaboration tools could be a bit more robust. I would also like to see more customization options for organizing tasks and workflows.

### "Definitely Recommend"

April 28, 2026

Any.Do has helped me keep track of my multiple projects and responsibilities, both at work and at home.

Pros

I've used Any.Do for the last few years, and I've always appreciated the ease of use with this platform. The organization is really helpful, particularly in regard to the templates for easy starting points, the ability for color-coding, the checklists and easy drag and drop options for adjustments in planning - it's all really great. I strongly prefer Any.Do to other platforms I've used in the past, especially with the cost effectiveness of the platform for what you get out of it.

Cons

I really wish I could have multiple workspaces for my variety of workloads and workspaces, as I have more than one job that I juggle that could benefit from multiple breakdowns.

### "Simple, powerful task management that actually works 🦊"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Any.do made organizing my work and daily tasks much easier. I have been using it for almost 6 years now and it has become part of my daily routine. It is very easy to use, clean and fast. I use it every day to manage tasks, track projects and plan routines. The widget is amazing because it keeps everything visible so I do not forget things. It offers great value for money and works smoothly across devices. Overall it is one of the most practical productivity tools I have used.

Pros

Excellent task management and very easy to use. Great for project tracking and organizing work. Templates are useful for repeating workflows and routines. Collaboration works well when sharing tasks with others. Sync between devices is smooth and reliable, and the overall value for money is very good.

Cons

Customer support is generally good, but sometimes responses can take a bit of time. More customization options for templates or widgets could make the experience even better, but overall it is still a very solid tool.

### "Simple, Handy App That Keeps Me On Track"

March 10, 2026

5.0

I’ve played around with loads of productivity apps over the years and I’m really enjoying using Any.do. It’s simple, handy, and helps me keep track of my work and day-to-day bits so nothing gets missed. The WhatsApp integration is fantastic because reminders come straight through where I already check messages, so I don't miss appointments. For the price it’s great value and just makes staying organised a lot easyer.

Pros

I’ve been using Any.do and I’ve found it really handy for keeping on top of my work and day-to-day bits. It’s dead easy to use and helps me keep track of what needs doing so nothing slips through the cracks. The WhatsApp reminders are proper useful because they pop up where I already check messages, so I dont miss appointments. For the price it’s great value and just makes staying organised a lot easyer. 👍

Cons

I do think it could do with a bit more functionality. Being able to edit notes more properly, like making text bold or using different colours inside the information, would make it easier to highlight important stuff and organise notes better. 👍 I haven't needed to use any customer support yet, but I will request help if I need it.

I switched from iPhone Notes to Any.do mainly because of the WhatsApp integration and the clean, simple interface. It’s really easy to use and keeps everything organised in one place. I also wanted something with a bit more functionality than basic notes, especially for tracking tasks and reminders. It looks great on a big screen in Google Chrome, and works well across my tablet and my iPhone, which makes it simple for me to check things and stay on top of my day wherever I am.

### "Best To-do list tool I have ever used."

I use it every day. I particularly like the Today feature that allows you to automatically copy from day before and also add tasks from other categories.

Pros

Very simple to use. Avoids complicated structures that hamper similar products. Well worth subscription cost.

Cons

### "Game changer for my agency!"

February 18, 2026

5.0

It was easy to get up and running, I was able to start using it to send my team relevant tasks, comment quickly without having to rely on a second platform for that, and the dashboard helps me have a complete view of everything going on in every project. And as i mentioned previously, the power of being able to share a project view with our clients in their portal, makes it easy for us, since we don't have to manage two task lists for every client like we had to do with other platforms.

Pros

Good task management platform for my team and the feature to share it with external users is great for my clients. Overall the best solution for my agency. And the cost is totally worth it compared to other solutions.

Cons

The news and tips section seems a bit annoying at times, but is something we can clearly look over, but it would be better if it wasn't too much of a placeholder.

### "When Essential Features Are Paywalled, Even a Great App Feels Risky"

January 27, 2026

4.0

I'm big on task management tools (digital and non-digital) and I'm surprised that I didn't try Any.do out sonner. For now I have the Free Plan, but I can see me going for the Premium Plan one once I have the routine of using the Free Plan one down. Either that or having the Recurring Tasks/ Tags and Labels blocked will keep me from finding long-term use for this app (and I wouldn't upgrade an app that I haven't been using).

Pros

I use the free plan, for my day to day tasks its perfect. Love the My Day feature and being able to reset it at a customizable time. For now I have 3 lists (Simple tasks, Complex tasks and Supermarket). This way it the learning curve was easy. After working with it for a few months/ 1 year I imagine to have it more customized to me. It helps to have it integrated with Google Calendar (I chose to only have 2 of my calendars in any do, to simplify). Considering I use the free plan this is a perfect value for my money.

Cons

Some small features that would make a big difference in usability are blocked. The main ones are related with automation like: - Not being able to customize the repetition of tasks (just daily, weekly, monthly or yearly are available); - Not being able to have more than 1 Tag. I understand blocking Whatsapp, custom themes, AI powered features and I would even understand blocking the Google Calendar integration. I believe that Recurring Tasks and Tags are basic features of any task management tool. Makes me wonder if I should change apps, if you block such simple features what's stopping you from one day blocking the number of lists per user, or the number of tasks per list. For future improvements I would love for the Google Calendar integration to be a two way street, meaning that when I create a task there could be a checkbox "Add to Google Calendar" and it would automatically appear in the Google Calendar app (as an all day task or in the day task depending on the task being added) Also as a UI/UX developer I can see a lot of improvements in the transitions from page to page. - Why do I need to have a list or view (My Day, Next 7 Days, etc.) open to Settings? - I keep clicking on the square symbol expecting a standart 3-Dot behavior (My Account, Settings, Help, etc. ) and its the news... Is that so important? - If in the Home page My Day, Next 7 Days, All Tasks and Calendar are side by side in a bar, it's expected that once I open one of those views I could then swipe right and left to toggle between them.

### "The One App That Keeps My Life Together"

November 24, 2025

5.0

Any.do is honestly the app I depend on the most. I use it every single day because it helps my mind stay organized and grounded. It gives me a clear structure of everything I need to get done, which makes me feel productive instead of overwhelmed. What I love most is how intuitive it is—you can capture tasks in seconds, plan your day with clarity, and visually manage everything from small reminders to long-term projects. It syncs across devices, connects beautifully with Google Calendar, and keeps all your events and tasks in one place so nothing slips through the cracks. For me, it’s the most genuinely useful app I’ve ever used, and I recommend it to everyone who wants to feel more in control of their time and their life.

Pros

It’s incredibly accessible and easy to use. I recommend it to my friends all the time because it’s honestly the simplest way to visualize your tasks, slotting them by time, day, and priority. And the best part is how smoothly it connects with Google Calendar. Having all your events and commitments in one place makes planning your month, week, and day way easier. You can fully personalize your views, switch between layouts, and adjust everything to your rhythm. It’s flexible, intuitive, and helps you stay on top of everything without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn’t update right away, or it takes a bit too long to sync between your phone and your computer. It could also improve the way you move a task from one day to another (Sometimes the time resets and you have to re-enter it all over again, which can be a little frustrating.)

### "the best ED task menagment platform"

November 27, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been overwhelmingly positive. It’s the perfect tool for someone who values simplicity, ease of use, and a daily ritual of planning. It’s helped me move away from messy paper lists and forgotten reminders. It provides just enough structure to keep me organized without over-complicating my day with endless features I don't need. If you need a reliable, beautifully designed app to manage your daily tasks, errands, and personal agenda, I highly recommend giving Any.do a try. It strikes an excellent balance between powerful functionality and beautiful simplicity.

Pros

The single best feature of Any.do is its incredibly clean and intuitive interface. It’s minimal, easy to navigate, and makes getting tasks out of my head and into the app nearly instantaneous. It excels at simplicity when you need it most—especially when I’m at the store and just need a quick checklist. A close second is the "Plan My Day" feature. Every morning, the app prompts me to review upcoming tasks and decide what to tackle today. This daily ritual of mindfulness and prioritization is a game-changer for my productivity. It prevents me from feeling overwhelmed by my entire backlog and helps me focus solely on immediate priorities. The seamless syncing across devices is also top-notch. I can add a task on my desktop, check it off on my phone during my commute, and access it on my tablet later. It just works, every time.

Cons

While the core functionality is strong, there are a few drawbacks. My biggest frustration is that advanced project management features are limited or non-existent. If you need robust Kanban boards, complex sub-task dependencies, or time tracking within a single app, Any.do isn't built for that. It’s a stellar to-do list manager, but it struggles when you try to use it as a full-blown project management suite. Another minor con is that some useful features, like integrating your calendar seamlessly or advanced recurring tasks options, are locked behind the Premium paywall. The free version is great for basic lists, but you have to commit financially to unlock its full potential.

### "Quick, efficient, with little hassle"

March 18, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been widely positive. I'd searched for a to-do list app which met my needs for some time, had tried countless, and had avoided just as many. Thankfully, Any.do is the only one I've stuck with so far!

Pros

Any.do us quick and efficient, and it allows me to take solid stock of what is left to do on my list each day. I'm yet to have anything fall off and remain forgotten, and the fact that anything from previous days are simply moved forward to the current day is perfect for when anything might be left on the pile from the day prior.

Cons

Thankfully, there have been little issues I've faced. It would be great to be able to connect multiple Gmail accounts so that the various tasks I have across my various roles can all be streamlined, but it's a relatively minor issue. Unfortunately, I have also seen issues with the app claiming I'm offline when I'm not, though I'm hopeful this may be a glitch which will be resolved soon.

Almost all of them hid the most basic features between a paywall or subscription, which, as a freelancer who cannot really afford many high-priced apps - especially when these apps are necessary to actually make a living wage - Any.do has been a wonderful breath of fresh air. The interface is far better, and the overall experience has been far greater.

### "Amazing Tool"

December 21, 2025

5.0

This is truly amazing! This change has greatly reduced the burden on my calendar and has made my day-to-day planning much more manageable. I now have more time to focus on my priorities and enjoy my daily tasks without feeling overwhelmed.

Pros

Great toThis tool is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward, making it accessible for users of all skill levels. The visual layouts are not only aesthetically pleasing but also thoughtfully designed to effectively engage users, enhancing the overall experience.ol. Easy to use. The visual layouts are engaging

Cons

There are several limitations to consider when transferring tasks from Boards to Personal. These restrictions may include differences in task formatting, lack of certain features available in Boards, and potential challenges in maintaining deadlines and priorities. Additionally, it’s important to ensure that all relevant information and context is carried over accurately, as this can impact the effectiveness of the task management process.

### "Great For Those With ADHD Who Have Tried Everything"

I continue to come back to this app. I have found over time that when I need more complex project management. I need to just use those tools and where possible. Sync them over to any.do using tools like Zapier etc. In the end it's an excellent app for the majority of life's daily, weekly tasks and lists.

Pros

Easy to learn and easy to use. You get a lot of bonuses for little to no cost. As someone with ADHD. I've tried dozens of apps. I continue to come back to Any.do because it just makes management easy. It's tie in with chat gpt allows me to quickly create long lists of tasks using natural language. That can quickly get sent over to the Any.do app for notifications and management.

Cons

Could use fewer clicks for changing dates and times. Having auto-suggestions might help. I often turn to other tools for larger projects that require more fields for extensive organization, classification and prioritization. However, it's a catch 22. If it has broader options. It would make it less clean, easy to use and intuitive.

I’ve been on Any.do for about 10 years now. Hands down the best app for this kind of thing. I’ve used it on my own, in collaboration with work and friends and would highly recommend to someone trying to get all their tasks in order.

Pros

Having different folders for different aspects of my life has been a HUGE help. I can really compartmentalize my to do list to the specific project at hand.

### "Any.do: The GOAT to-do app."

December 7, 2025

5.0

I've been an any.do user since 2018. I tried many todo apps before any.do. In fact, I tried some more after any.do before realizing that I'm locked in with any.do for life lool! Any.do is simple to use and intuitive, that's why I love it. I was a paid subscriber for like 2 yrs before cancelling my plan because I realized I didn't use the paid features enough, but I'll always advocate for this app. No matter what device/browser I use, it's on my home screen or lives as a pinned tab. 7yrs and still going strong, I've probably added and completed thousands of tasks!

Pros

\- My day feature - Subtasks - Notes - Still being able to view my completed tasks archive - The overall feel with animations and flow of the app

Cons

\- I wish links added to task title would auto-convert to links. Sometimes I have to add a link in the notes in order for it to be clickable. - Wish I could add more tags on a free account. - Wish there was android tablet orientation support, that would be nice.

### "Managing my week made easier with Any.do"

December 18, 2025

5.0

Overall, this app has helped me manage my schedule, to-do list, and keep track of all of the many details of my day. Having the option to use it as a web browser, app, or widget on my phone has helped me to have many places to track and manage my daily tasks. With my current busy schedule having an easy place to drop a to-do list has been a major game changer and a daily life saver.

Pros

It is an easy way to keep all of my tasks in one location. I have it as a widget on my phone which helps me to quickly set a reminder of a task I need to complete or an Item I need to add to my schedule. Additionally, having it on both my phone and computer helps me to add to-do's quickly regardless of which device I am working on.

Cons

I have been using Any.do for several years now, and while I have avoided buying their paid subscription, I haven't been able to find a better app to set reminders for daily/routine tasks. It's an absolute life saver in terms of reminding you about various tasks at the right time.

Pros

1\. Any.do is an absolutely cool planner with amazing reminder options 2. The ability to snooze items to the next few minutes, hours, or days without much effort 3. Their UI is extremely user-friendly 4. Their recurring reminder feature is extremely useful 5. Being able to set up a reminder to call someone while connecting it to your contacts 6. Ability to schedule tasks with minimal clicks

Cons

1\. Your reminder lies in your tasks for today for days on end if you snooze it beyond a certain number of times and you stop getting reminders for those tasks unless you have a paid subscription and get the daily wrap up every morning. 2. You won't be able to use it to full potential till you get the paid subscription. But that said, the free account features too are extremely useful.

### "Easy to learn high value app"

December 20, 2025

5.0

It's been amazing. So far i'm really impressed with what the team has been able to create, and hopefully we see more apps like this in the future

Pros

I'm very impressed by the features that they have on here. The ability to move the tasks, and also the ability to sync up easily is really great. There's virtually no time to learn. It's very impressive how quickly you can learn how to use this app. The customer support seems like it will be on point and based on the amount of money i'm going to save with this app. It's definitely going to help me schedule a lot of better details. And you know, the templates are pretty amazing, too. The reminders are fast to set up

Cons

I haven't had any issues with the application.Actually, it's surprising how fluid it works. It seems like it's been well optimized and will work for a long time

### "This app blows my freakin mind!!!!"

December 5, 2025

5.0

Incredible. It does everything I need it to do. It makes sorting tasks and planning so much easier, and helps me get a grasp and feel more in control of everything going on in my very busy life. It syncs to all my apple devices, has siri commands, connects to all my calendars with multiple calendar layouts, widgets on my homescreen, has lists AND grocery lists, it even has focus mode which is INCREDIBLE!!! AND to top it all off it's a great price and allows family sharing. Literally a dream of an app.

Pros

This app is a game changer for me. The iphone widgets are life changing. I have ADHD and keeping track of what I have to do in a day is a huge challenge. I've tried SO many productivity apps, but this one is a WINNER!!!! The fact that I can have my tasks and calendar front and center every time I open my phone and that I get so many to pick from is HUGE!!

Cons

The UI navigation is slightly confusing and still taking me time to get used to. I live in my daily agenda, and finally moved over from the app Structured, which I loved particularly because of it's way of framing time visually that mirrors the mental model of time passing and shows you the space between tasks, and feels much more easy to use. The closest I have to that on Any.do is the calendar agenda, which is closer because of its list view feel, but it isn't proportionally represented, and I find it so helpful to see how much time I have between tasks or where my breaks are and the app doesn't show that. The day view- while it feels more proportionate to time- feels like google calendar (yeeeeuchhhh) and is annoying to create events and quickly change their duration and also all those grid lines are just cognitive overload. In a nutshell I'd just love a better day view that combines tasks and events in a better timeline format Family plan is also super cool but expensive :(

I needed more features like calendar view, lists. TickTick was way too complex, Structured not enough, any any.do is perfect for daily mobile use

### "100% to-do app done really well."

November 24, 2025

5.0

I use this constantly and helps me be a responsible person by managing what is important first. I love it that has seamless integration across multi platforms.

Pros

It's the To-do list that works really well. It excels because it's a no frills app that does what it advertises. cross-platform. tidy on your phone and applet plus big-deck on your computer screen. Very very helpful to my everyday life. Paying to have the recurring feature is so worth it. Very convenient to use for those once a year important stuff like car registration, battery change, anniversaries etc.

Cons

I wish there was a way to sort the tasks in different ways on the daily view. AI is already prevalent, why not capture the key words and tag them so we can sort it in ascending order?

Reason for choosing Any.do

Both seem to be about equal in my experience. I'm not sure why I stuck with Any.do. I think probably because the way it always loads with my browser whenever I open my PC it just became my goto app.

### "Great To Do Task Management"

March 28, 2026

5.0

Overall I have been using it for more than 5 years and love the simplest interface. You can add a new task which by default appears at top and you can strike out and can also see closed tasks.

Pros

Easy to strike out the tasks which I have done. Easy to make a parent group and see all parent tasks together.

Cons

If I put a reminder for a future date, i should get an option to remind me ahead of time as well. e.g. Remind me for my wife's birthday gift on 22nd June, but remind me to buy it on 20th June. Similarly auto debit happens for Google Premium from credit card on 5th of Jan 2027. You may want to disable the credit card or remove subscription by 1st of jan 2027.

### "Amazing To Do app and calendar"

December 11, 2025

5.0

Excellent experience, in fact, we are sticking with Any.do for long time. Already using it for more than a year.

Pros

We are using Any.do for some time now, after trying most of app such as Notion, Todoist and even Microsoft To Do. Any.do is a fantastic app for staying organized and managing daily tasks. The clean interface, reminders, and easy sync across devices make it really convenient. We love how it helps us plan our day and keep track of everything in one place. We liked the calendar feature which syncs Google calendar. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to boost productivity!

Cons

One notable drawback of Any.do is the lack of a comprehensive dashboard view on the mobile app, where we cannot see both our main lists and nested subtasks at a glance without drilling down into each one individually.

### "Task Management Made Easy!"

December 10, 2025

4.0

It's easy to use, and I love the different ways I can organize my tasks. I love the 7-day view because I can keep my eyes on the whole week, allowing me to plan my week more balanced and giving me peace of mind when the day is done.

Pros

I love the synchronicity between devices. It helps me keep track of my daily tasks at the office or on the go.

Cons

Sometimes I need to add a task about a particular day, but not for "on the day" I have to work around how I list the task so that it doesn't get sent to the wrong day and I lose it. (i.e., planning an event for Sunday orr Christmas shopping goes to Sunday or Dec 25 respectively rather than defaulting to today, when I actually want to do that task.)

Switched from

[Todoist](https://www.capterra.com/p/149339/Todoist-for-Business/)

I originally switched because of my ability to share tasks with other users on my team. But the user friendliness and organizational abilities is what kept me.
