### "Good enough, and very possible to enhance all the cons away."

December 14, 2025

4.0

I am using Any.do because my spouse uses it. We needed to have shared tasks app. It doesn't do everything that I would like. I was coming from managing personal tasks with Jira, Google Tasks, and IFTTT. For the simplicity of a shared list I have given up all my customizations.

Pros

The shared lists feature for families is great. Being able to manage my tasks separately from the shared list is a bonus. I appreciate how it's similar to many more complex project management technologies, but simplier.

Cons

It would be great if this integrated with IFTTT and not just Zapier. That's sorta ok, but not everyone wants that product. On the mobile app, tapping back is sometimes confusing and I don't know where am I actually going to end up. Will I go back to the last screen I was at, or will I exit the app completely? Also on the mobile app... it's confusing where am I going to start when I first launch the app. Will it be on myDay, my Lists? Not intuitive to figure this out. Importing tasks from Jira or Google Tasks was hard, and a lot of manual work. You need to setup an automatic archive. We have many recurring tasks that we have to customize everytime to set it as Recurring, and create a new one as soon as the current one is checked. This is a LOT of taps to set every single recurring task. Can you make a "template" that the user can customize?

### "Excellent Productivity Tool for Small Business Teams"

December 10, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Any.Do is extremely positive. My job requires me to work on a lot of different projects and business units simultaneously, and the dashboard feature of Any.Do is easily the best user interface that I have ever encountered to keep all of these workstreams and related tasks in order. I used to have to maintain all my tasks on a clunky spreadsheet that took me a lot of time to upkeep and I would miss really small tasks. With Any.Do, I record every small task and get them all done too. In addition, I think this task creates a habit of greater productivity. If you regularly refer back to Any.Do throughout your day, you can squeeze in a bunch of little tasks even in a busy schedule. I used to not know what project or task to start in if I only had 15 minutes between meetings. Now I refer to my Any.Do dashboard and can see a few minor tasks that I can get done in that 15 minutes which I used to save for the end of the day or after hours. Overall, this tool has increased my productivity by a lot.

Pros

AnyDo is definitely one of the best productivity tools for small businesses and startups. When multitasking and "wearing a lot of hats" is the name of the game, this tool allows you to organize your different workstreams in one consolidated place as well as assign tasks to other members of your team. It is also very affordable, easy to learn to use, and works on both mobile as well as browser. Can't recommend this enough for small business teams.

Cons

There's very little to complain about as it relates to Any.Do. Perhaps the only feature that might be nice would be integration with meeting notes apps like Otter or Fireflies.

### "If you're looking for a to-do app that's intuitive, has the best and most comfortable UI and doesn't impose itself on you while doing its job. "

I literally go through my day with it both for work and personal use. I love how it also inspires me to organize my activities starting first thing in the morning.

Pros

It is always there when you need it. I have been a user for so many years and the app just keeps getting better.

Cons

Can't really say I disliked anything. I have used a ton of such to-do apps and I always come back to Any.do.

### "The gift that keeps on giving"

March 11, 2026

This app has been with me since i was a teen, i've written many a great accomplishments to do on there and having them there in one place for me to look back on is priceless

Pros

I love the free functionality, and the simple design. The endurance of this app, that it is still running after all these years etc

Cons

Not a fan of the daily reminder (What are you going to do today?), if there was a way to turn that off it would be one less notification distracting me

### "Got my life in order, with ease"

May 8, 2026

5.0

Easy to use, straightforward, freemium version still very strong. It's also a geek's wonderland with all the possibilities of integration. It's my day-to-day reference, I open this app on a daily basis.

Pros

As a person with ADHD, any.do has been helping me actually getting things DONE, for 6 straight years ! Its simplicity had me in the first place, with the possibility to order your tasks by time (today, tomorrow, soon, one day) or give them a specific date with a reminder popping up on the due date. YOu can also integrate it with many other apps and services like Google calendar and many others thanks to Zapier automations. Thanks to the team behind the app for helping me manage my life and not forget about 70% of it :)

Cons

The free version is limited with some things, like the number of tags you can use. And since it's a monthly subscription I'm not a big fan of that.

### "AnyDo my trusted organizer"

July 7, 2025

5.0

Before Any.Do, my life was a whirlwind of to-dos, scattered reminders, and a constant feeling of disorganization. I tried several productivity apps, but none came close to the simplicity and effectiveness of Any.Do. What impressed me most was its intuitive interface. From the start, I knew how to add tasks, set priorities, and schedule reminders. You don't need an instruction manual; it's really easy to use! The drag-and-drop feature for reorganizing tasks is wonderful, and the ability to add notes and subtasks allows me to manage complex projects with ease.

Pros

Any.Do is an exceptional app that has transformed the way I manage my time and tasks. Its ease of use, clean design, and powerful features make it a must-have tool for anyone looking to improve their productivity. I highly recommend it!

Cons

Any.Do has become an indispensable tool for my daily organization. Its simplicity and effectiveness are unmatched. The ability to create lists, subtasks, and set custom reminders is exceptional, keeping everything perfectly synchronized across my devices. The intuitive interface allows for seamless management of my tasks, significantly improving my productivity and reducing stress. However, if I had to suggest an improvement, it would be the inclusion of more minimalist widgets. While the current ones are functional, more discreet widgets with less visual information would improve the overall aesthetic of my home screen. Despite this small suggestion, Any.Do is a highly recommended app for anyone looking to optimize their time and organization. Its positive impact on my daily life is undeniable.

### "Any.do in the everyday life test"

July 7, 2025

5.0

Pros

Cons

I switched from Todoist to Any.do because Any.do offers me better cross-platform synchronisation and is more intuitive to use. I particularly appreciate the simple task editing with drag & drop and the practical bulk edit function, which makes my task management much more efficient. Any.do also motivates me with its clear structure and useful productivity tools that help me organise my day better. The reminders and notifications are reliable and customisable, which is something I sometimes lacked with Todoist. Overall, I feel more productive and better supported in planning and tracking my tasks with Any.do.

### "Made My Busy Life So Much Easier"

October 31, 2025

5.0

My overall experience has been really good. This app has made my life so much easier. I can plan my day, see everything at a glance, and stay organized without any stress. The interface is clean and fun to use. I love how easy it is to drag and move tasks around the board. Unlike other apps, it doesn’t feel cluttered, which makes planning so much more enjoyable. The only thing I miss is a way to track daily habits and maybe add a bit of gamification to keep things engaging. That would make it absolutely perfect.

Pros

I’ve tried Miro, Notion, and Monday.com, but none of them really worked for me. As a mom, an MBS student, and someone with a full-time job, I need one place to manage all my tasks, reminders, and schedules. What I love about this app is its clear calendar view where I can integrate all my calendars and add tasks easily. The interface is clean, simple, and fun to use. Even my kids can understand it. They’ve started adding their own tasks with dates and reminders, which makes it even better. If my kids can use it, I’m all in.

Cons

I know the app is still growing, and overall I really enjoy using it. The only thing I don’t like is that, in the free plan, I can’t add details to subtasks. Sometimes my subtasks have multiple layers, and it would be great if I could expand or add notes to them. If that becomes possible in the future, it would make task management even smoother.

Switched from

I wasn’t able to use their templates, and there was no calendar view. They do offer it, but even after paying $10, I faced a technical issue that I was never able to resolve.

### "Great planner with minor glitches"

July 16, 2025

4.0

However, the occasional sync hiccups, limited free features, and minor interface clutter can be frustrating at times. Despite these drawbacks, the app remains a powerful tool for productivity. It’s not perfect, but it’s impressively close—and well worth using if you’re serious about staying organised

Pros

Any.do is hands-down the most seamless and intuitive productivity app I’ve ever used. Its real-time sync across mobile, desktop, tablet, and web ensures my tasks and calendar are always up to date, no matter where I am. The location-based and recurring reminders are incredibly smart, helping me stay on top of everything without lifting a finger. I love the collaborative features—shared lists and assigned tasks make teamwork effortless. The widget is sleek yet powerful, keeping my agenda front and center. Voice entry is a brilliant touch, and the drag-and-drop interface makes organizing tasks a breeze. With calendar integration across Google, Outlook, and Facebook, plus support for sub-tasks, notes, and file attachments, it’s truly an all-in-one life organizer. The daily planner is a standout feature that keeps me focused and productive every single day.

Cons

Using Any.do has been a mostly positive experience. Its cross-platform syncing and intuitive design make it incredibly convenient for managing tasks, events, and reminders on the go. The ability to collaborate with others, integrate multiple calendars, and use voice commands adds a layer of efficiency that’s hard to beat. The daily planner and smart reminders genuinely help keep life organised.

### "The Task Manager I've Always Wanted"

November 12, 2025

4.0

Overall, excellent experience. Implementing Any.do was a huge asset for our team and allowed us to manage a huge number of projects among busy team members across different time zones and keep moving forward every single day. I'm a huge fan and recommend Any.do anytime I get the chance to do so.

Pros

I love the way it integrates with my work flow from my phone. Our team is small and, since we are all moms along side being professionals, Any.do has features that make adding tasks quick and easy with out a lot of extra steps. I love that I can connect with ChatGPT to manage our time and use the speech feature to quickly add and change tasks. Once the app was set up the way we liked it, teaching our team to use it was super fast and within the day we were all using it confidently. I love that its just the features I need without any of the extra steps that come with every other task management system I've used. You can easily change and update tasks, and everything seems to take just one tap. It never takes more time to add a task than I have patience for.

Cons

It did take a little experimenting to get all the features working that I wanted, but once I found the right plan and figured out how to get everything connected to ChatGPT and Google, Any.do worked like a charm.

Too many extra steps. It ended up taking more time to add and update our tasks than some tasks would take to complete. Collaboration in our company is totally remote, so its crucial the whole team knows what has been done, but adding and managing the tasks takes so much time with other products. Any.do has saved us a HUGE amount of time.

### "Lifelong User"

November 20, 2025

5.0

Amazing. I use it every day. I have a list where I can VERY quickly add tasks to at when the need or thought arises. Then I have the My Day list where I can drag or add tasks to, so that the rest of my larger list doesn't distract or overwhelm me from what I have to to today.

Pros

I tell everyone who mentions forgetting anything about Any.do. I don't forget, and it is why. #1 reason I like it is because of how easy and QUICK you can add a task for yourself. I remember things at time when it's difficult to jot things down, but it's no thing with any.do. I have my employees use it too, and I also use it to assign tasks to them. I really don't use it for scheduling tasks, but I see the value in it, and it's super simple to do by simply writing/saying a date in your task. The simplicity is paired with optional pipeline boards, which I love. I tried Clickup for a while, which is nice, but I got overwhelmed with all the features. This keeps it simple yet powerful. Great value. I'll be a lifelong user.

Cons

I don't like the Zapier limitations (e.g. you can create tasks but not remove them with automations). The only other thing I would change is to make an overhead list menu so you can switch between lists/boards even faster.

### "An indispensable app in modern life"

November 18, 2025

5.0

Modern life today is full of commitments and activities for everyone: meetings, calls, reminders of activities, endless appointments and endless recommendations for books, courses, series, movies – so much that the mind sometimes forgets. Organizing everything in any.do allows the user to manage everything, be present in everything, and above all, allows the client and user to execute all activities with mastery and accuracy. Having an application reminding us of our commitments and serving as an assistant or even a concierge is fundamental for the perfect completion of activities. That's why any.do exists, an application made to keep up with the speed of modern life, allowing the user to remember their commitments and never miss one again.

Pros

I really like Any.do; it was the first task management app I ever used, back when I was 18 years old. It's a complete, very functional, and fluid app with a modern design that always accompanies me and reminds me of the tasks I have and need to complete. I'm grateful and happy that Any.do exists; the app blends integration with operability and high performance, making my life and work even more productive and special.

Cons

The only reservation I have about any.do is regarding task sharing and the integration of people into a given task; this could be improved and continuously refined. Aside from that, everything flows perfectly as expected.

### "Any.do is a Really Great Resource"

November 30, 2025

5.0

I've had this app on and off for years now and I've been paying for it for a while but I honestly don't think I've ever really utilized it to its full potential. I think that if I was truly to utilize everything Any.do has to offer that I would end up really accomplishing a lot and therefore that's now my plan. I am going to start integrating it a lot more into my day to day life to try to keep me on task.

Pros

It's very intuitive to add things to your task list and I love the integration that it offers. It's also just super easy to read and there's so many great features that they keep adding to. It helps me keep up with my schedule and now that I saw that it's got a calendar function I know I'm going to utilize that a lot more too.

Cons

I think sometimes it's aggravating when it decides to automatically apply reminders or alarms based on what you're typing because sometimes I don't want it to alert but it seems like it's trying to help me out in a way. I appreciate that it's trying to keep me on task but there's sometimes that I'm not actually trying to set up the alert. There's probably a setting that I can adjust but I'm still really getting into it so I'm not positive on that but I have a feeling is something I can change.

### "Second Brain"

November 30, 2025

5.0

I began using Any.do free version shortly after they launched. I found it to be a very valuable service from the get-go and have been a paying user now for 4-5 years now as I have built my reminder ecosystem up around this app. It is something I access 20-30 times per day to schedule tasks, complete tasks and reassess my plans for the week and month.

Pros

I call Any.Do my second brain. As soon as I have a thought of something I need to do, I pull up Any.do and add a task, set a reminder time, and rest easy. Any.do helps me stay on track with both single reminders and recurring tasks. The simplest are just daily reminders to meditate, stop and do some quick exercises throughout the day, annual reminders to send birthday cards, pay certain bills, and so on.

Cons

The only set back I have is when my reminders go off and the pop-up comes up while I am typing I sometimes mark it complete and have to go into the app to double check. If the pop-ups could be moved to the top of the screen it would avoid accidently hitting the complete button, since the keyboard is at the bottom of the screen.

### "The best secretary"

January 7, 2026

5.0

The app is very convenient for me, every morning it updates my day, marks it. My best secretary. The other thing that I find great is that things are preserved even when their time has passed, and that's possible. Like a diary with reminders for the future and the past.

Pros

I liked the idea of the reminder that comes back when rehearsals are updated. And in general, I think this is the most practical and effective reminder app. I've been using it for years. There is no other substitute for it, no app compares to it.

Cons

when there are reminders, it should be every day/week and not every two weeks like today. And maybe open the coloring pages for free.

### "The Best Task Manager I've Ever Used — A Game-Changer for Productivity"

March 31, 2026

5.0

I've been using Any.do for over a year now and it has genuinely become an indispensable part of my daily workflow. Before Any.do, I struggled to stay on top of my personal and professional to-do lists — tasks slipped through the cracks and deadlines were missed. Since adopting Any.do, I've seen a noticeable improvement in my productivity and peace of mind. The app strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and functionality: it's easy enough for beginners to pick up immediately, yet powerful enough for seasoned productivity enthusiasts. I've recommended it to my entire team and they've all had similarly positive experiences. If you're looking for a reliable, well-designed task manager that actually helps you get things done, Any.do is absolutely worth it.

Pros

Any.do has completely transformed how I manage my tasks and projects. The interface is clean, intuitive, and beautifully designed — it genuinely makes you want to stay organized. The cross-platform sync is flawless: I switch between my phone, tablet, and desktop without missing a beat. The recurring tasks feature is a huge time-saver, and the integration with Google Calendar keeps everything in one place. I especially love the "My Day" daily planning feature — it takes just a few minutes each morning and sets me up for a productive day. The team collaboration tools are excellent for small project coordination, and the reminders (including location-based ones) are reliable and smart. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions. Excellent value for the price.

Cons

The free plan is somewhat limited compared to the premium tier, which means you'll likely need to upgrade to unlock the full potential of the app. Occasionally the app can be a little slow to load on older devices. A few more advanced project management features — like Gantt charts or more detailed reporting — would be welcome for power users, but honestly these are minor nitpicks for what is otherwise a superb productivity tool.

### "Best App for productivity & actually completing your to do list!"

February 3, 2026

5.0

Overall, it’s an amazing app to use. The app is not only very easy to use but the task management customization and scheduling on the dashboard keep me on track to complete my to do list. I have not had to call customer support for anything yet which is a good problem to have. I would say this is a great value add for anyone looking to be more productive.

Pros

Being able to rearrange items within my list is a very nice feature. Once an item is crossed off, I can still go back to see that it was completed and if it’s a reoccurring item, I can uncheck it saving a ton of time to bring it back into a to-do list without having to re-enter that information.

Cons

I would like to be able to use it on the go to see my lists on my Apple Watch Ultra. Would also like for it sync across all my Apple devices. It may have the capability to do so. If it does, I just need to figure out an easy way to make that work.

### "A great app to stay organized every day"

November 3, 2025

5.0

My experience has been great. Every update brings something useful and makes the app smoother to use. It’s reliable, well designed, and makes organizing my tasks much easier. It’s become part of my daily routine.

Pros

I’ve been using Any.do for quite a few years and it really helps me keep my day organized. I like how easy it is to create tasks and reminders. Everything stays clear and simple. It’s perfect for keeping track of what I need to do each day, and even for monthly reminders. It honestly keeps me sane when things get busy.

Cons

Sometimes the sync between devices takes a few seconds longer than I’d like, and after some updates I need a moment to get used to small design changes. But that’s pretty minor.. overall it works really well.

### "Any.do from my Personal + Work experience"

October 26, 2025

5.0

Based on my year of using it, here's what I think: The good stuff: If you're working multiple jobs and messing around with coding or similar hobbies on the side, this is probably your best bet for task management. It works through WhatsApp, and both the mobile app and browser experience are solid. These are real wins. The downside? It's not quite AI-native yet, at least not how I need it to be. I've stopped writing detailed tasks manually. Instead, I use different AI tools to expand and flesh out my task details, but Any.do's been pretty slow catching up with where AI's headed.

Pros

I've been using Any.do for about a year now. It's my go-to task manager. Helps me keep track of both personal and work stuff, especially when I'm juggling different projects.

Cons

Any.do doesn't have an MCP, so it's not really talking to my AI tools the way I want. If they had an official MCP, it'd make things way easier for me.

Other tools felt too complicated and weren't really built for mixing personal life with work stuff. But Any.do makes it easy to handle both at once. I can throw in a million-dollar task or remember to grab onions from the store; it works either way.

### "USE EVERY DAY"

April 27, 2026

5.0

I use it almost every work day. Much better than keeping track of tasks on paper which can get damaged, lost, and takes us space on your desk and wastes valuable time. You have all tasks you have done and are planning to do all in one place. You can even use it for every day tasks in your life, not just work. Grocery lists, Workouts, Chores, etc.

Pros

Any.do is very user-friendly. You don't have to spend a long time to learn the system. The design is very aesthetic and pleasing to the eye. It's easy to calendar and organize tasks as needed. I use it every day for work. It's a great place to plan your days and keep track of future and past tasks.

Cons

I would prefer more customization and being able to mess around with colors and making important tasks stand out more.

### "The best free Calendar App with Cross platform with Widgets"

October 19, 2025

5.0

I have been using Any.do as a todo list on my phone and now i plan to use it cross platform calendar to track my daily tasks, get organized, and DO more.

Pros

I like that Any.do has a Windows App and Android cross platform. Though it needs a Launch on Start for its Software. I love its calendar option is free as opposed to other similar options.

Cons

The calendar events are all the same color, but i understand you need some way to get paid users. I can live with it, and if time proves it useful ill pay for the colors.

Reason for choosing Any.do

Because of the Calendar feature not being paid

Their calendar feature by hour is paid. And this is like the whole reason I wanted a cross platform calendar time and task management system

### "Incredibly reassuring and calming"

October 21, 2025

5.0

Very satisfying and calming. I used to get tense and stressed and things used to get away from me. These days whenever I feel overwhelmed I just open any do

Pros

Very intuitive. I'd been playing around with it for a few years and decided to go premium to force me to use it properly.Best thing ever. I am setting up a large division within a company and I have what seems like a thousand tasks to manage. At this stage with limited staff and everyone pulling together, Any. Do is proving to be a secure method of communicating and making sure scheduled tasks are completed on time. Great value for money and the AI features and integrations are incredible. Task organisation is now so simple.

Cons

Maybe too many options and facilities. It took quite a while to work out what I'd actually use rather than trying to use everything
