Pros I believe since Any.do has started Im a customer. My best experience with organization of tasks is based here. The Whatsapp integration is amazing, make easier for quick reminders in between conversartions. Also with Google Calendar integration, I believe that for the dollar, this is the best solution. I can divide tasks inside my panel, so either professional, personal or family related activities, it helps a lot. Personal work, Household chores, family reminders, work reminders, even for major projects. I managed an entire house restoration project in this app and would have been lost without it. Pros It allows for flexibility (you can create different lists with their own tasks and subtasks). Then the recurring function to have certain reminders pop up daily or multiple times a week but only on days that you need them on. Cons There is currently a bug where I have difficulty using Any.Do on my personal computer. The login is faulty, and then once I do get in I have to readjust all of my individual lists to be sorted by time (Today, Tomorrow, Upcoming, Someday). This is my biggest issue at the moment. To fix this, there should be a feature that -with one click- adjusts all lists the way you want them, instead of having to go through each list individually. Review Source Alisha R. Pros Easy to add tasks, manage tasks, and categorize them. Plus, there's the option to add other softwares to add more tasks and to plan better. Cons Getting around the app to add more tasks or review the ones in categories is difficult. Adding, for example, a task that is repeatable is not very intuitive. I use it to keep track of payment deadlines, create list of shopping and day to day task or even if I have to schedule something, the ontegration with your calendars is also helpfull as it syncs with it, being able to postpone by just tapping twice the screen is another thing I like about the pop up feature it has and if the option provided is not what I wanted, I can easely create a custom date and time. Pros I LOVE the pop up notification in Android, i was looking for an task application that could do this and since I found Any.do, I have not been able to leave or found any other that works like it. Pros I've been using Any.do for a while, and my favourite thing is how it helps with tasks in every aspect of my day-to-day life. I am a student, a writer, an EFL teacher, and for about two years now I've been going to the gym and Any.do helps me with ALL of those. It can remind me of appointments that went into my daily routine, it helps in preventing unforeseen events from being disruptive since I can manage and adjust my tasks, schedules and calendar easily, and I haven't missed a day in the gym ever since I learned I can just insert my sets as subtasks and always be prepared for my next session, as well as know what I did in the previous ones. And speaking of learning, it's not hard at all to get the hang of how the Any.do works. The functions themselves are intuitive, the app helps to locate yourself when you're first using it, there's a website, a phone app and a desktop app so you can choose what fits your routine and objectives best, or use them all in sync so your plans always keep up with your rythm. There's a free plan and for a while that has been enough for me, but soon enough I plan on moving to the premium plan which seems totally worth the price for the features it offers: 4 dollars a month for Whatsapp and Location-based reminders are more than enough to justify it, but you also get some extras in the mix. There are higher tiers that might be useful for those with a busier life, too. Also, I totally trust the app with my data; not ever have I felt unsafe with it. Cons To be fair, while the phone app interface is super cool and clean, the desktop UI could be improved. Other than that, I never encountered any serious issues such as bugs, glitches and the like.
