Easy to learn how to use and love the background customization! Pros I needed a tool that could manage both my tasks and calendar and this tool does it! I was only finding tools that could do one or the other but Any.do integrates both needs seamlessly. I've been a proud physical planner person since I was small but this tool finally let me make the jump to digital planning. I love how I can access from various devices, integrate my Google calendar and have different spaces for different projects. As a business owner, mom of two girls, pets, home, etc. I have many lists. The simplicity of this app to add something quick to your list before you forget makes life a little easier. Pros I love the simplicity of this app, I have been using it for years. You can organize tasks into folders or just have one spot for everything. You can create a bulk list, a check off list that’ll cross off items as they are purchased, you can organize into folders, plus more with an easy layout. There’s so many apps out there that think more is better forcing you to take 20 steps to add one thing to your list and most of the options you never use because it’s too complicated. This is an app version of that grocery list, magnetic pad, on the side of your fridge - easy !! Highly recommend. Cons The only thing I can’t figure out is it seems to come with a default shopping list where in this folder it organizes items into lists then sublists. You can put beauty items then it adds a sub list for all the beauty items, grocery and it has a sub list for all the grocery items.. It just needs two or three improvements to be the best todo app in the market. Pros I mainly enjoy the Any.Do Moment; that’s why I chose it in the first place. I also appreciate the fact that it’s multi-platform. It’s very easy to arrange tasks. Excellent value for money. Cons I think there should be an optional 2FA feature for security. It’s very important for me. On the Mac version, when adding an event to the calendar, you can’t set reminders the way you can on Android, even though that’s extremely important. I’m a bit lost between “Any.do Moments” and “My Day”; it’s confusing, and I don’t know how to use both, whether I’m supposed to, or which one is better. I would also like some kind of tutorials on how to use the app effectively depending on different user profiles—especially how to make the best use of “Moments” and “My Day.” In the Android version, in the calendar accessed from the menu on the right via the burger menu, I find that displaying the calendar options quickly becomes messy when you have many calendars. The UI/UX isn’t great for that. Sometimes it also syncs poorly between Mac and Android. It would be great to be able to scan a receipt with AI to fill in the shopping list without having to enter everything manually. It is a simple tool for long term use, best suited for daily personal tasks (I do not recommend this for complex projects & those needing collaboration with others) I am using the free tier, so far it is still worth using. The dev team did a great job. It feels so good to check off tasks that are done, they are literally crossed off in the app So you can see all the tests you've achieved by the end of the day. I have recommended this app to many others who are list people. Pros I'm a list person and this is my favorite app for my to-do lists. I like that I can schedule reminders for each task according to when I need to be reminded - today, in 2 days or next week. There's also a someday list where I can keep lists of recommended books, movies and other important information. Cons Sometimes in the morning reminders pop up that I didn't handle the day before I get a chance to go through the list using the "moment" option and I have to clear them first. I don't need for working as a team sharing deadlines and tasks at the moment, since I use it for personal matter, but seems promising to do so. The pricing for the premium version seems quite fair, but the free version is enough for me at the moment. It's also comfortable tô navigate through the group of lists, so everything can be neat and found easily. Pros At first glance the interface is already simple to use and also easy to learn the features the app has. Cons I can't seem to find a way to delet task, they appear as done or to do later. But couldn't find the option to delete them... I'm actually very happy with all the tasks it has made me complete, as a result of how it holds me accountable. Overall, it is affordable and it gives great value for money. Pros I absolutely adore any.do. I have been using it since I started high school and I am in college now. The pros are that even without upgrading, you still have access to the lists, and personalizing them. You can also get reminded about them and if you don't complete a task, then it'll remain visible and you can add it again. I truly like using the app to plan because I love to-do lists. This one in particular is also great because it's super clear and I found that it didn't overwhelm me like other ones did. Additionally, it's super pretty and you can edit your background too. Also, it says good morning with a quote and it may not be as important to many, but that little gesture makes my day much better. Moreover, I get to connect my chatgpt and my calendar, so it makes the integration of everything very simply. Finally(not really), I have collaborated with some of my group members when I was in high school, so it was a great space for easy collaboration. Cons I don't really have any because I've never needed to use the app in any way that has caused me dissatisfaction. I have tried many organization apps but generally never stick with them and go back to written calendars. But I have stuck with anydo for over 3 months and will continue to use it for my Master's school. Pros I love the way you can switch from calendar to weekly to daily. It helps you see a personalized schedule based on the format you want! The dashboard is also very versatile and easy for template customization/personalization of your schedule. I also like being able to see what you have crossed off so that you can see your productivity. Cons I wish that the upcoming week tasks didn't show all of your previous tasks on top of what you have scheduled for the week. I also find the sorting of tasks into different lists could be improbed and perhaps show up as different colours on the calendar. I wish it was part of onboarding journey 2) I would like to see reminders in WhatsApp, Text, automated calls, announcement on a Google Home speaker. These are said to be available but in paid version. I wish there was some limited use available in free version to try them out. I add all my daily tasks here, and at the end of the day I can easily check what I’ve completed. If I forget something, the reminders help me stay on track. Pros I really like the calendar feature and the daily morning reminder that says “Plan your day.” It helps me stay organized. I also like how tasks are separated into personal and work categories, and the option to create custom lists makes task management easier. Cons I don’t find the All Tasks option very meaningful, as it shows all tasks together. If needed, tasks can simply be assigned a specific date instead.
