It's a great way to keep tabs on what you need to br reminded about, whether it's an important meeting or tasks you need to do. Cons NO BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT,. Pros It's easy to use, the user experience is really good ✨ Task management are great, I love the notification that comes every day. Costumer support is welcoming and fast. Features are still supringsing me with their smooth integration with Any.do. Template costumization is on point, very good feature. I have used a lot of similar apps and Any.do is my personal favorite! 🔥🪩 Great value for money as well for those who choose premium, but there's a lot to get for free. Fast reporting 👌🏼🤙🏼 Cons Nothing that bothers me really. The only thing that comes to mind is a notification to use something that was ok the premium plan that I thought was free but thats on me. I use the free option that is a great value. Cons nothing comes to mind that bugs me about Any.do. I do not use the upgraded program since I am very happy with what I have so why pay more. The good thing is it syncs with Google Calender across all devices, it gives you reminders, the UI is super clean. I use plan my day feature the most. It behaves like a everything app from keeping grocery list to note taking to reminders and also keep a track of long time goals. It is extremely helpful in keeping track of my busy workload Pros Any.do has a few features which I find essential: the ability to create tasks and subtasks, the ability to schedule tasks, and the organisation of tasks into today, tomorrow, upcoming, and someday is very helpful. Very simple to use. Cons The lack of sharing with other users without a paid subscription is a drawback. When I input a date into the title, Any.do will automatically turn that into a due date even if I don't want it to do that. I’ve been using the free version of the app for years and it’s been all I need to keep several lists in one place and stay organized. Pros Easily keep track of all lists in one place. It’s pretty simple and intuitive to use. Ii like that you can schedule tasks with alerts. Cons Occasionally I have trouble setting the time for a task. I think the cost is too high. I've collected years of project ideas, movies to see, I've planned holidays, planned events, I even created a cyclone prep list for when Alfred hit. Every day I use it to plan my day and week ahead. I've tried using the Microsoft tools because we use them for work, so I thought it would be easier to have everything on the same platform. Any.Do is so perfect for what I need that I couldn't use anything else. Pros It has just the right amount of features to do everything I need and still be simple to use. I love the mix of scheduling options because I can plan my life, but also capture ideas for "Someday". It's my planner diary and ideas diary all in one. Cons I miss Moment on my phone. I think it was called moment? Where you had a dot for each item which had a date attached and would work through the list each morning and plan your day. It was so user friendly, and fun. I'd like that functionality back. I think it's why I don't use it on my phone as much anymore. On the computer I mainly use the 'Next 7 days' and shuffle items around there. I know how to use 'My day' but I don't need the extra step. I can already see my Today list on the 'Next 7 days' view. The 'My Day' view is clunky and I've tried it, but don't use it. I don't use Anydo for planning or execution, but mores to be the "top of the funnel" where all my action items go for further refinement and planning Pros I love that there's an extension or app for anywhere I work .. whthere it is my iphone, google chrome, my macbook, or windows desktop. I can always easily add something to my list! Cons I wish it were more easy to visually discern which list I'm on - for example to have my work list have a red background and personal list have a blue background. It's easy to add items to the wrong list when moving quickly. Also, it is not possible to move tasks accidentally added to a shared group list to a personal list which is slightly annoying. I have tried other to do list apps over the years in different work environments but absolutely nothing has compared to the simplicity, depth, and peace of mind that Any.Do brings. Pros The user interface is absolutely clean and easy on the eyes. When you have a hectic day, you want your to do list and your to do list app to bring you ease when you look at it and this app, by FAR, accomplishes this. Cons The distinction between tasks set for "Today" and "My Day" aren't as intuitive to understand, however there's no need to use the "My Day" feature so it's optional.
