It has been my go to app to keep me organized for several years. Pros I have been using this product for several years now and find it the most helpful at keeping me organized. I am someone that if I don't write it down, it is not remembered! I like that it will give alerts when something is due. I do have the subscription and find it worth the money to help me in my daily life. Cons I would like to see more personalization within the app. The current choices are rather basic. Some fun themes to make the app even more inviting. I know that it is geared to work place use so this may not be a good suggestion. However, I work from home for a family business which I use this for as well as keeping my personal matters on task. So for users like me, it would be fun to have more personalization. December 18, 2025 5.0 Any.do is the longest I've ever used a task management app. It's just very easy to use, has so many features and integrations and it truly makes tasks easier to accomplish for people on the spectrum like me. Pros It's got a sleak design, it's very easy to use, the ability to create subtasks, calendar integrations, and most importantly- the heaps of features in the free version. Cons I can't think of any cons or limitations at the moment. If there's a suggestion, I'd love to be able to collaborate with others as an accountability tool. Review Source Roger P. July 23, 2025 4.0 Overall, I love the convenience and the user-friendly interface. I find it's extremely easy to use, and I love that I can access the features that I need without having to pay for the premium version. Pros I love the desktop notifications. I have ADHD, and it really helps me stay on track with all of the locations I need to call and email throughout the day at work. I also use it to remind me of things like taking my 10-minute rest period, or taking a restroom break, or drink water, or stretch. Cons It will bug pretty frequently, where the desktop notifications (the reason I use it in the first place) will stop showing up, or sometimes the recurring reminders will get out of sync, so when I try to list my To-Do for the day, things are out of order, and I have no way of fixing it myself. August 30, 2025 4.0 I love it, I am very picky with calendar apps and I hated the google calendar one specifically... it was super confusing and annoying, but when I came across any.do, I was super content. I am a student with so many extracurriculars so organizing with this app has been helpful. The alarms when scheduling are great, and I love that the calendar events and things to do are separate. Pros I love the structure and the graphics of Any.do, it's simple, useful and pretty. It's also easy to organize and everything is straight forward and structured to how I like it personally. Cons Nothing much that I have ran into so far. I really do enjoy the app, maybe the payment options are a bit annoying but every app must make their money somehow. My employees understand it quickly, and it helps keep everyone on the same page without confusion. Highly recommended for small businesses and hospitality teams that need simple, effective task management. Cons Least thing I like: I would like the tags to be more readable at a glance. Currently, you have to click into each task to see the tag, and it would be more practical if tags were visible without opening them. With Any.do, it was easy from the start and i've been using it for over 5 years. Now i use for my personal tasks and also my work. My calendar is synced, chatgpt is synced, so now i feel like i have everything centralized here so my life it's a lot easier to handle. Pros It's easy to use and it's compatible with all my devices, making my life easier. Also, the UI it's super friendly, intuitive and easy to use. Cons I really can't think of anything. I have used it for several years now, and it is my go-to on my laptop and my phone. Pros I like being able to create multiple lists. It is also very helpful that it connects to my google calendar. Cons I wish I could share lists without a subscription. This is not too difficult of a thing to overcome, but it would be nice. Pros I like the agility using the app, how fast I can setup a new task on myself or through out my team. It is really intuitive and it helps focusing in what is really important, work. I believe that the value for money is on point, other programs like Jira cost a lot more and it takes ages to feel confortable using the program. Cons I still dont get around a way to finish a task and get it out of the pipe line without having to archive it manually or so. I like the design and the agility of its developers, working on continual service improvement. As a writer, I like tools which are not between me and my tasks, but are invisible in a good way ... Pros Any.Do has a simple and stunning functional design which is easy to handle. I use it on a daily basis as well on the computer via web and on the mobile phone to manage my day by day tasks. The price of an abo is very fair and makes it easy to decide to continue using it year by year. Cons What could be better is a more usable note function with markdown to add more personal notes to a task. As well it seems, that the chosen settings on the web version are getting lost time by time. Being a student, I have way too many tasks to complete in a day, so listing them helps me to see what tasks are left and helps me plan stuff accordingly. Cons I would like the design of the application to be improved a bit. One of the things is that old tasks are piled up all together, and sometimes it gets messy as there are some tasks to be done daily, and if I don't mark it on a previous day, it all piles up on the next day. App is so intuitive and easy to integrate in your ongoing projects, or even better - if you're starting from scratch. Pros Truly intuitive, helpful and all in all amazing app that helped our company to organize and be more productive. Integration was pretty easy and it improved our time management massively. Everyone can manage their own acc so no one can mess up with your own plan, even if you have some tasks that are related to joined projects. You can also customize your reminders as you please so you'll never miss your task or appointment. Very affordable and I would definitely recommend it to any company or even just for joined team project management. Cons There's nothing so far I don't like or would change. App and interface is user friendly and customizable so there's nothing that I don't like about it. It has a great mobile and web design and is very responsive.
