The user-friendly interface, with simple yet engaging navigation, adds value to this app. It's also easy to learn all the features; even children and adults can easily use it. Thanks to a regular schedule, I can allocate time to increase productivity, save money, and prepare for future activities. Pros Any.do makes it easy to schedule myself and my team, making it incredibly helpful for time management. It even integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar, which is beyond my expectations. This is a very useful feature for those who actively manage their schedules. Cons Sometimes I lose notifications if my device is in DND mode, I wish any.do had the ability to bypass it so that notifications can still be received when DND mode is turned on. I am currently testing how it handles larger content projects, but as a personal planner, it has been flawless so far. I use it every single day. I really appreciate its clean, minimalist design – it keeps me focused without distractions. I previously tried other apps like Todoist, but Any.do’s simplicity works much better for me. Pros I really like the cross-device synchronization. I use Any.do both on my iPhone and MacBook, and everything stays perfectly in sync. My favorite feature is the “Moment” function – it helps me plan each day in a very intuitive way. Sometimes the "load from yesterday" function for "my day" doesn't seem consistent (though has gotten better). It's helped me a bunch and it's very helpful for reminders of recurring tasks as the alerts in the phone are intrusive in a helpful way. Pros I really like how the reminders pop up on your phone. It's really helped remind me to pay bills and do important things I could forget. I do appreciate the ability to organize tasks by tags which does help. Cons I don't like how there's no information on completion of subtasks when they are completed. Todoist uses a fraction method which would help. I also don't like that it does not have a way of ranking task priority. I find the today feature not very helpful because tasks not done that day do not carry over. I also believe over time, the moment has become less usefull bc there is no way of making sure that includes only urgent tasks. Instead, it includes all possible tasks which has of late made it unusable for me. A personal favourite feature of mine is the 7 day view, allowing for seamless organisation of the coming days and prioritisation of tasks, as well as scheduling of upcoming tasks. Also I was able to import and manage everything on every device let it be ios or android or windows or mac, multiple platform support is awesome. While tracking a few items manually is manageable, once the number of tasks exceeds 5–10, Any.do becomes essential. It allows effective scheduling with priority-based task management. Completing tasks on a daily basis builds confidence in managing, scheduling, and systematically following through on our work. Cons Nothing particularly special. However, the interface evolves so rapidly, with frequent additions of new features, that it becomes difficult to fully master. In a way, this turns out to be a blessing in disguise. They love the look and feel of it too, it's phenomenal for value for money, love how it can integrate with calendars. Pros The look and feel, the ease of using the platform and the simplicity of the features, i love the task management and the different projects i can start and build into! Asana used to be my favorite but then I burn out and i had PTSD with is haha, so now Any.do is so simple and amazing. Cons Honestly, nothing! I have a big fan of the app. It has been so difficult to find a simple and not over-engineered to-do app. This is so beautiful that it combines accessibility on my macbook and iphone.
