“The combination of task management, calendar sync, actionable features, and widgets makes it easy to plan and execute my day without friction. While some features like WhatsApp integration being paid and the absence of voice or AI assistant support leave a bit of room for improvement, the core functionality is strong and well implemented.“

### "Why Any.do has been my go-to for over a decade. "

August 12, 2026

5.0

Overall, Any.do is the easiest, feature-rich, and progressive app available. The free tier is still loaded with features, the paid tier is super inexpensive, and you can do nearly anything you want to make it the way you love using it. You won't be sorry.

Pros

I have been using Any.do for years. I've tried others but they never compare. Any.do constantly add great features people want and use. They have a clean look, they are easy to use and you can match up with so many other apps or programs you already use making it extremely versatile w/out loosing the ease of use. Best option by far, you will never feel like your missing out.

Cons

There isn't anything I dislike. For me, when you start adding different systems like Kanban (which you can) or pomodoro (which is also available) many people do a poor job on the interface and it gets confusing to use. Not Any.do, they add features you will use but keep it productive.

### "The Only App That Actually Keeps My Whole Day from Falling Apart"

September 5, 2026

5.0

The clean layout and the way it brings my calendar and to-do list together in one spot is an absolute lifesaver. Most productivity apps feel either way too basic or so bloated that you spend more time setting them up than actually getting work done. Any.do hits the sweet spot. My favorite feature by far is the daily planning review ("Any.do Moment"). Taking two minutes every morning to walk through tasks, decide what’s realistic, and commit to a schedule clears out all the morning overwhelm and mental clutter. Adding subtasks, notes, and color tags is quick and smooth, and the recurring reminders ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Whether I’m juggling household chores, family schedules, or work projects, it gives me a clear roadmap for the day instead of a chaotic running list.

Pros

It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and reliable. Any.do bridges the gap between a simple grocery list and an all-in-one daily manager better than anything else out there.

Cons

A few great features—like customizable color tags, location-based reminders, and more advanced recurring options—are locked behind the premium plan. For people testing it out, having a couple more of those tools unlocked in the free tier would make onboarding even better. Additionally, the widget can occasionally take a quick moment to refresh and sync when checking off a task on mobile.

Switched from

[Todoist](https://www.capterra.com/p/149339/Todoist-for-Business/)

Todoist quickly became too overwhelming and frustrating to keep up with. When I first started using it, I created way too many projects, and cleaning them out later turned into a massive, tedious chore rather than a quick fix. Because the interface wasn't nearly as intuitive or user-friendly for my daily routine, I simply forgot to check or use it most days. Any.do is so much cleaner, easier to navigate, and straightforward, which actually keeps me organized instead of burnt out.

### "Suggestion to improve calendar entries "

June 20, 2026

3.0

Okay, I like that it syncs across calendars, I appreciate the color coding for each day. I also think the reoccurring tasks are easily accessible and it tells you how many have not been completed

Pros

I can see the calendar clearly. The fact that it syncs across all my calendars makes it easier to see all of my meetings all at once.

Cons

When I add a new event to my calendar and I’m adjusting/adding the start date and time, if the end date is randomly set to before my newly entered start date, the app crosses out the end and changes the date/time as I continue to add my dates/times, it a lot takes longer to add the event to my calendar. If you could remove the automatic feature for crossing out the time, this wouldn’t be as annoying. I’m close to changing apps due to this issue, thanks, so…. Consider allowing a user to type in/add this dates and times they want (no crossing out) for an event, and when they’re done have a little pop-up window with the actual time and dates first start and that they want and asked to confirm it. That way it’s easier to read and the user can double check. Or have an option in the settings where they could choose one or the other styles.

### "Any.do: A Sleek Daily Planner That Excels in Simplicity but Falls Short on Complexity"

September 4, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do can be summed up as smooth, simple, and effective for personal organization, but limited when it comes to complex team projects.

Pros

The biggest strengths of Any.do are its clean, intuitive interface, smart daily planning features, and excellent cross‑platform consistency, making it easy to stay organized whether you’re on mobile, desktop, or even a smartwatch. It’s especially praised for its “Plan My Day” ritual, natural‑language input, and seamless integration of tasks, reminders, and calendar events.

Cons

The main drawbacks of Any.do are its limited advanced project management features, weaker desktop experience compared to mobile, and reliance on paid plans for integrations and customization. While excellent for personal use and small teams, it struggles with complex workflows.

### "Any Do The Place to Get Stuff Done "

September 29, 2026

5.0

Any.do is best suited for professionals and personal users seeking an intuitive, visually polished daily planner that seamlessly merges calendar events and to-do lists. However, those needing complex project hierarchies or robust feature sets on a free plan may find dedicated task managers more practical.

Pros

A guided daily planning feature that prompts you each morning to review, prioritize, or reschedule pending tasks so nothing slips through the cracks. Seamlessly merges your to-do lists with external calendars (like Google Calendar or Outlook) into a single timeline. Accurately parses dates and times as you type or speak (e.g., "Call Alex tomorrow at 2 PM") to automatically set reminders without manual tweaking. Simple, tactile swipe gestures—like swiping across a task to strike it through make managing items fast and satisfying. Reliably syncs across iOS, Android, web browsers, desktop apps, and wearables.

Cons

Maybe the aesthetic of it, I wish it were more appealing to look at some fun cute colors or cute labels for our tasks.

### "One of the best reminder apps out there! "

September 4, 2026

5.0

Great. Had it for several years. So long, I lost count lol. I recommend this app to everyone. Especially for people who are forgetful as this really does help with how it shows notifications on your screen.

Pros

Love Anydo! It's really not like other reminder apps. Love how it shows notifications which for a working busy mom, the reminders in your face or screen lol is so great. I've tried so many, I always go back to anydo. I recommend it to everyone.

Cons

I wish I can change placement of reminders showing on my screen and set my own snooze times presets. Also would love more theme color options, especially purple 💜. Another wish is I hope one day they offer family plans. Not much cons as it really is a good app. Just wish I had those options and I'd love it even more 😊.

### "Easiest Task Management App"

August 13, 2026

5.0

I've been using Any.do for years and I recommend it to anyone I know who is struggling with time management and task management

Pros

This is my only app that I use for task management and lists. It easily tracks my tasks, sends me timely reminders and updates for my phone and my desktop so that I am always on task and aware of what I'm working on. I can separate out projects with subtasks so that I am able to track and stay focused on my lists.

Cons

I wish it integrated more with email and Alexa. It used to integrate with Alexa but that changed and I miss that feature.

Very positive, i had access to the most necessary functions and I loved that i can use mutiple devices

Pros

Simplicity, first thigns first. It doesnt overwhelm me, i used todoist and click up, but its not making it easier. Actually more complex. Thats why i like anydo's UI.

Cons

That MCP and other integrations are behind a paywall. Even a limited amount of usage for free trial users would be good.

Pros

It is clean mini.ilostic design, clutter free application, i had tried many others like todoist, microsoft to do, ticktick, all were very heavy, difficult to use, now fro. Past many days I am using it without any problem.

### "Totally worth it "

June 20, 2026

5.0

Pros

Value for Money The app offers a strong set of features for the price. Even the basic plan provides enough tools for individuals and small teams, while premium options add useful upgrades without feeling overpriced. Customer Support Customer support is responsive and helpful. Most questions are handled quickly through chat or email, and the help resources make common issues easy to solve. Ease of Use The interface is clean and intuitive. New users can get started without much training, and navigation between features feels smooth. Task Management Task creation, tracking, deadlines, and progress monitoring work well. It helps keep projects organized and makes it easier to stay on schedule. Project Collaboration Collaboration features are effective for teams. Shared workspaces, comments, updates, and notifications support communication and teamwork. Template Customization Templates are flexible and save time. Users can adjust layouts and workflows to match different project needs instead of starting from scratch. File Sharing File sharing is simple and reliable. Uploading, organizing, and accessing documents is straightforward, making team coordination easier. Final Thoughts Overall, this app delivers a good balance of usability, collaboration, and productivity features, making it a solid option for both personal and team projects.

Cons

One improvement suggestion: Tasks that are not completed should not automatically be added to the next day’s tasks, because it makes daily progress unclear. Instead, the app should show an accurate progress graph or visual tracker. For example, if 2 tasks were not completed yesterday, they should appear in red as incomplete tasks, rather than being merged into the next day’s task list. This would help students clearly understand their pending work, track consistency, and manage time more effectively. A separate section for unfinished tasks with visual indicators (red marks/graph) would make the app more useful and student-friendly.

### "Great for organizing your day but power-users will hit a wall pretty fast"

June 22, 2026

5.0

I've been using Any.do for a while now and it’s a really solid daily driver. It's perfect if you just want a clean and simple space to manage your daily life, work tasks and maybe a shared grocery list with your partner. It doesn't require hours of setting up. It’s definitely built more for execution than deep planning. If you are trying to manage massive projects with lots of moving parts and metadata, it’s going to feel limiting. But if you're just looking for a polished, good looking app to keep your day on track and you don't mind paying for the premium version, it gets the job done beautifully.

Pros

To be honest the best thing about Any.do is how it looks and feels. It’s not cluttered like most task managers out there. The "Any.do Moment" feature is a game-changer for me. It's this little morning routine that pops up and forces you to sort through your day before everything gets crazy. I also love that they actually combined the calendar and the to-do list in a way that makes sense. You don't have to jump between two different apps just to see when you're free. Adding tasks is super quick because the app understands natural language, so if you type "Call Adrian tomorrow at 5" it just schedules it perfectly. The mobile widgets are also incredibly smooth.

Cons

My biggest issue is that once your projects grow, Any.do starts to feel too basic. So if you love building complex systems with deep subtasks, tags or custom templates (like you can do in Notion), you’re going to hit a wall here very quickly. It just doesn't have that depth. Also the pricing is getting hard to justify. A lot of basic features that should be in my opinion free, like simple color tags or recurring reminders, are locked behind the premium subscription. Another annoying thing is the desktop app. While the mobile version is lightning fast the desktop app can feel pretty heavy and lags a bit when you're trying to share files or sync shared lists with someone else.

Switched from

[Todoist](https://www.capterra.com/p/149339/Todoist-for-Business/)

I switched because Todoist, while powerful started to feel like a giant over time. I needed a tool that seamlessly integrates my daily tasks with a nce calendar layout without having to bounce between two different apps. Any.do felt much more visual and intuitive for daily execution.

Any.do is a reliable, efficient task execution tool. It doesn’t try to be everything—and that’s why it works. If your goal/ my goals are to stay organized and actually complete tasks, then Any.do it your one stop shop

Pros

Any.do is a well-structured task management platform that balances simplicity with practical functionality. It’s designed for users who want fast task capture, clean organization, and reliable cross-device syncing without unnecessary complexity.

Cons

If there was one, but only to be picky since there are other variations of these stacks achieving the same goal. It would be the Limited advanced workflow automation compared to tools like Notion or ClickUp

### "Simple, powerful task management that actually works 🦊"

March 13, 2026

5.0

Any.do made organizing my work and daily tasks much easier. I have been using it for almost 6 years now and it has become part of my daily routine. It is very easy to use, clean and fast. I use it every day to manage tasks, track projects and plan routines. The widget is amazing because it keeps everything visible so I do not forget things. It offers great value for money and works smoothly across devices. Overall it is one of the most practical productivity tools I have used.

Pros

Excellent task management and very easy to use. Great for project tracking and organizing work. Templates are useful for repeating workflows and routines. Collaboration works well when sharing tasks with others. Sync between devices is smooth and reliable, and the overall value for money is very good.

Cons

Customer support is generally good, but sometimes responses can take a bit of time. More customization options for templates or widgets could make the experience even better, but overall it is still a very solid tool.

### "Review about Any.do"

June 13, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been very positive. The application is easy to use, visually appealing, and highly effective for managing personal and professional tasks. It helps me stay organized, track deadlines, and improve productivity without requiring a steep learning curve. I would recommend Any.do to anyone looking for a reliable task management solution.

Pros

Ease of use and Task Management Any.do offers an excellent user experience with its clean and intuitive interface. Creating, organizing, and tracking tasks is very simple, even for new users. The task management features help me stay productive, manage deadlines effectively, and keep my daily activities well organized. The synchronization across devices is smooth and reliable, making it easy to access tasks anytime and anywhere.

Cons

One aspect I liked the least is that reminder notifications can sometimes appear even when there are no active tasks requiring immediate attention. This reduces the effectiveness of important reminders. More customization options for notification frequency and reminder behavior would improve the overall user experience and make the app even more efficient.

### "Simple, Handy App That Keeps Me On Track"

March 10, 2026

5.0

I’ve played around with loads of productivity apps over the years and I’m really enjoying using Any.do. It’s simple, handy, and helps me keep track of my work and day-to-day bits so nothing gets missed. The WhatsApp integration is fantastic because reminders come straight through where I already check messages, so I don't miss appointments. For the price it’s great value and just makes staying organised a lot easyer.

Pros

I’ve been using Any.do and I’ve found it really handy for keeping on top of my work and day-to-day bits. It’s dead easy to use and helps me keep track of what needs doing so nothing slips through the cracks. The WhatsApp reminders are proper useful because they pop up where I already check messages, so I dont miss appointments. For the price it’s great value and just makes staying organised a lot easyer. 👍

Cons

I do think it could do with a bit more functionality. Being able to edit notes more properly, like making text bold or using different colours inside the information, would make it easier to highlight important stuff and organise notes better. 👍 I haven't needed to use any customer support yet, but I will request help if I need it.

I also wanted something with a bit more functionality than basic notes, especially for tracking tasks and reminders. It looks great on a big screen in Google Chrome, and works well across my tablet and my iPhone, which makes it simple for me to check things and stay on top of my day wherever I am.

Pros

Any.do is a clean, intuitive, and reliable productivity app that makes task management simple. I especially like its seamless calendar integration, smart reminders, and cross-device sync, which help me stay organized and productive. ### "Simple, Intuitive and Effective Task Management Tool"

July 29, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been positive. Its biggest strength is ease of use. The application is clean, responsive, and does not make basic task management unnecessarily complicated. I find it particularly useful for managing daily tasks, reminders, follow-ups, and recurring activities. Task creation and organization are straightforward, and the interface makes it easy to see what needs attention. For project collaboration, it works well for relatively simple requirements, although organizations with complex workflows may require more advanced project management capabilities. Template customization is useful for creating repeatable processes, while reporting could be more comprehensive for users who need detailed management-level insights. Customer support and the overall usability of the platform have been satisfactory. Overall, Any.do offers a good balance between simplicity and functionality and is a solid choice for individuals and teams looking for an easy-to-use task management solution.

Pros

What I like most about Any.do is its clean and intuitive interface. It is very easy to create tasks, set priorities, add reminders, and organize daily activities without spending much time learning the system. The cross-device experience is convenient, and the ability to manage both personal and work-related tasks in one place is particularly useful. From a value-for-money perspective, Any.do provides a good set of productivity features for users who want straightforward task management without the complexity of a full-scale project management platform. The templates and customization options also make it easier to set up recurring workflows and organize different types of activities.

Cons

The main limitation is that some of the more useful features are available only in the paid plans. While Any.do works very well for individual task management and relatively simple team workflows, its project collaboration, advanced reporting, analytics, and customization capabilities are not as extensive as those offered by more specialized project management platforms. For larger teams or complex projects involving detailed reporting, dependencies, resource planning, or advanced workflow automation, additional functionality would be useful.

I have been using Any.do for more than five years — first as a concierge at my hotel, and now as my personal scheduler and task manager. Over time, it has become an indispensable part of my daily routine, making life simpler, more organized, and far more productive. The way it combines task management, a calendar, and a daily planner into one cross‑platform productivity app is nothing short of brilliant. ny.do has grown with me — from managing guest requests at my hotel to orchestrating my personal and professional commitments today.

Pros

The interface is intuitive, elegant, and clutter‑free. Even during my busiest concierge days, I could quickly add, edit, or check tasks without breaking stride. Offers premium features at a fair price. Cross‑platform sync ensures I get maximum utility across devices. The learning curve is minimal — it feels natural from day one.

Pros

The ease of use and task management are two of the reasons I've been using Any.do for over 10 years now. I have a neurodivergent brain with lots of thoughts running through my head. Any.do has helped me have a Safe space for my thoughts and taks to go without rushing to get everything done at once for fear of forgetting. I LOVE the scheduling feature becuase it allows me to schedule tasks to pop up when I need the reminder the most. Sure there are calendars but I use that for events. The scheduling of tasks and snoozing of taks helps me manage multiple thoughts and projects. Its one of the longest apps I've stuck with.

Cons

I don't have features I don't like. I did try the premium version for a while. It's been a few years but I don't recall why I didn’t stick with it. With the updated futures, I'd be willing to try it again.

### "A Clean, Reliable, and Powerful Productivity Companion"

July 30, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Any.do has been excellent. It has become part of my daily routine for managing tasks, reminders, and personal goals. The app is reliable, easy to use, and helps me stay focused on what matters most. I appreciate the team's continuous improvements and attention to user experience. It's a productivity app I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful way to stay organized.

Pros

Any.do has one of the cleanest and most intuitive interfaces I've used for task management. Creating tasks, setting reminders, and organizing my daily schedule is quick and effortless. I especially appreciate the cross-device synchronization, recurring reminders, calendar integration, and the ability to keep both personal and work tasks in one place. The app helps me stay organized without feeling overwhelming.

Cons

Overall, my experience has been very positive. One area that could be improved is offering more advanced features in the free version and providing additional customization options for power users, such as more flexible task views, automation, and reporting. Occasionally, I'd also like to see faster rollout of new productivity features.

### "Overall Performance "

April 23, 2026

5.0

The overall experience of Any.do software is generally positive, with users appreciating its intuitive interface and ease of use. Many users find the "My Day" feature and seamless integration with calendars to be particularly beneficial, allowing for a focused plan to manage daily tasks. The app's cross-device syncing is also well-received, making it convenient to manage tasks anywhere. However, some users note that certain features, such as location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks, are locked behind a paid premium subscription, which can be limiting for free users. Overall, Any.do is praised for its simplicity and effectiveness in keeping tasks organized without overwhelming users

Pros

The pros of Any.do software include: User-Friendly Interface: Any.do features a bright and colorful interface that is beginner-friendly, making it easy to navigate and use. Task Management: It allows users to organize tasks, set reminders, and manage schedules in one place, enhancing productivity. Cross-Device Syncing: Any.do syncs across multiple devices, ensuring that users can access their tasks and schedules from anywhere. Integration with Other Tools: It integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, providing a comprehensive schedule view. Voice Commands: Users can quickly add tasks using voice commands, making it ideal for hands-free productivity. These features make Any.do a solid choice for personal and small team use, although it may lack some advanced project management capabilities compared to other tools

Cons

Limited customization: The free version offers limited customization options for task organization. Premium subscription lock: Many powerful features like location-based reminders and advanced recurring tasks are locked behind a paid premium subscription. Basic collaboration features: The basic collaboration features are not as robust as those found in other project management tools. Sync delays: Some users experience occasional delays in syncing tasks across devices. Basic task management: While Any.do is great for organizing daily tasks, it may not be as effective for complex project management needs. These cons highlight the limitations of Any. Do's free version and suggest that users may need to consider upgrading to a premium plan for full access to all features.

### "Easy to use and love the reminders in premium option! "

June 6, 2026

5.0

Absolutely amazing! I am yet to experience the customer service as a now premium member but wow, I am blown away that this is the one app I have been using everyday. Thank you Any.Do!

Pros

I have been using this app for a good two years and I used the free version to make sure I would definitely commit and be productive. I love it because I love how I can set the recurring reminders with the premium version which really helps to achieve tasks on time. I use it for shopping lists, home and work tasks and I feel it helps be prioritise tasks to make not just the most of my day but my whole year and life in general. Thank you Any.Do!

Cons

Luckily I have not got anything negative to say but I feel as if they need a plan where two people can access the same list. Not as a team but just an option that is not as expensive as the team membership.

Ive asked to the Anydo AI some hard questions abuout the system and it replied me pretty well so, i cant complain abut the customer support! Also the project collaborating of this system is rly nice! it helps me to never forgte my to do daily tasks! Also the option to share files and add them in the tasks if very usuful!

Pros

I think that the task management is one of he things that i liked the most. Also together with the ease way of use, i can create tasks and manage them in avery easy way. Also the option to just send a message from whatsapp to create new tasks.

Cons

I couldnt find any thing that i disliked in there. I would say that the template coustumization is "simple" anda thats pretty fine and ok. But maybe would be a bit better to add some better design for the calendar. but yet its an amazing system that also got a good value for money.
