Pros

While using this app I noticed that it has premium feature, which are great value for the money and honestly tracking tasks never fealt easier, also collaborating with my partner is great and it makes our lives easier, simple to setup, simple to use!

Cons

To be honest, it could be a bit cheaper but overall I didnt notice much bad sides, maybe to include native integration with more chat apps?

It's potentially brilliant but needs a bit of tidying up to be a smooth experience. Having found my way round the glitches, I find it the most helpful app in terms of being able to dump all tasks and projects large and small to avoid forgetting anything. Once they are in, then I can organise them into categories and urgency so that I can see what requires my attention each day.

Pros

The visual presentation is simple and uncluttered. It is easy to add tasks. Plenty of functionality in the free version with additional customisation in the premium version. I have tried many productivity tools and this one is the most user-friendly. It's the only one that saves me from ADHD overwhelm.

Cons

Navigation could be better. I click on Focus and expect to see my day laid out but instead there's a page telling me why focus is good. there are 2 buttons that only lead to an upgrade prompt, nothing useful. Probably these annoying things go away if you upgrade. However, I nearly gave up using this because I had to click all over the place to find my way to a visual of Today. It shouldn't be that difficult considering the purpose of this tool is to simplify things. The buttons for Priority and Category are not clear. Sometimes it puts things in a different category than I have selected.

Overall, my experience with Any.do has been really positive. It’s a clean, intuitive app that makes staying organised feel simple rather than overwhelming. The recent WhatsApp integration is especially impressive — being able to create tasks with voice, manage multiple items, and tick things off on the go makes it incredibly practical for real life. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making productivity more accessible and user-friendly. What stands out most is how easily it fits into my daily routine across devices, helping me stay on track without friction. While I naturally gravitate toward tools that also support deeper reflection and intention, Any.do does an excellent job of covering the practical side of life in a way that feels effortless and reliable. It’s a tool I consistently come back to, and one I’d happily recommend to anyone wanting a smarter, simpler way to stay organised.

Pros

Honestly, I love Any.do — it just fits into my life so easily. The new WhatsApp features are wild 🤯 I can literally talk my tasks in, organise them, snooze them, tick them off… all without even opening the app. It feels like they’ve really thought about how people actually use task lists in real life. Plus it works smoothly across all my devices, which is a huge win. Definitely one of the best productivity apps I’ve used.

Cons

I find that the growing number of features — especially integrations like WhatsApp — can become a little overwhelming rather than simplifying things. Instead of creating calm and clarity, it risks adding more noise and fragmentation, particularly when tasks are coming in from multiple places. It’s a strong productivity tool, but it doesn’t naturally support presence, reflection, or a more intentional way of working, which can make it feel slightly disconnected from a more grounded, mindful approach to daily life.

I love Any.do, I've been using it for four years now for school and it has worked perfectly as a school planner.

Pros

it's a free service that lets me see my tasks on multiple different layouts, including on a 7 day spread so I can spread out my tasks throughout the week.

Cons

I would love to be able to have a fourteen day spread or something to see tasks further in the future.

Overall, I love this app and it has greatly helped me stay organized and on top of things. I never forget things that need to get done, now that I have this to look at daily.

Pros

It helps me keep track of my daily & monthly tasks in an organized & easy to follow way. It's free for most things you would need, which is great too. I also love that you can check things off, and choose to keep those checked items visible, or archive them. I use it for my personal life, but it would work great for simple project management as well. It's also great to be able to personalize your background with a ton of images to choose from.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that you can only see daily tasks for up to 7 days at a time. I wish it scrolled further than that, because I sometimes keep track of my daily tasks for up to 2 weeks at a time.

It's been a really nice app to organize my thoughts and subsequent future actions. I've been using it for about a week now and it's already helped me redirect down-time towards my goals. I like that it has different categories of goals, too. That way I can remember the long term stuff without any sort of implied pressure to achieve it ASAP. Overall enjoyable app. Would recommend.

Pros

Overall I really like it. I'm not asking it to change my entire life, and it's not designed as if it needs to. But it's a great app to organize all the little things I need to get done when I hate the chance. I like the reminder alarms that remind me to check my to do list at times when I might otherwise sit idly on the couch.

Cons

Color coding is in the paid subscription model. Guys, I can't even make the task red or green without paying for it? I'm a grad student and can't afford gas in my car.

superb app overall does what it has been designed for Great Aestetique Cross Platoform i used it from iphone to make to windows to android flawlessly

Pros

Very Good app I use It To Plan My das daily since 4 years ago really simple multiplatofrme cinnect between my phone and laptop flawlessly

Cons

the bad thing is that i can make like an automated task like for space repetition when i study i have to manually put tasks everytime

Pros

I love the apps User experience, it is very handy and convenient. I use it to create many types of lists and to share them with my Tommie to do grocery shopping eg.

Cons

I don't like that I cannot use it in different devices at the same time it happens to be a premium feature.

Good I can say so far I have been able to remember certain important activities of the day because of the app

Pros

Reminds me of things I need to do in a day and helps me organize my day. This helps me a lot seriously

Cons

Still trying to understand how to cross off activities on my to do list. Like I don’t understand why the app doesn’t remind me to check things off the list in a day if I have accomplished them

Bad. There should be money refund policy available for subscribers. All key features showcased are in initial phases and not developed yet to deliver value to paid subscribers

Pros

Integration with Reminders & Notes. I have bought paid subscriptions, and not at all satisfied with unlocked tools.

Cons

All features in any.do - paid version are already available on other native apps of google/apple calendar. Integration of multiple Calendars is not a unique feature. Over & above, the whatsapp integration is hyped. It requires additional payment to zappier, as the basic zaps available on zap are good for no use for sending reminders.
