I am truly overwhelmed by the possibilities this product offers. It is simple yet genius at the same time, with all the features I was looking for. With the possibility of integration on top of its own capabilities, you have everything you need to master your tasks.

Pros

It has a variety of neat and very handy functionalities, can be linked with other task-managing tools, and is genuinely effective at solving your task management needs.

Cons

You can only subscribe to a yearly plan. I would love to have a option of paying on a monthly basis.

I have used this for a while now and it serves the need better than any other free app. I would certainly recommend this for someone looking to get or stay organized.

Pros

I like the ability to snooze tasks so they will pop up again later in the day. I use it for personal and business tasks and it has saved me more than once reminding me of something I forgot.

Cons

I really liked it when it worked with Alexa, but it is what it is. Also would like color coding or something for different categories life personal and business.

For the most part I have liked using Any.do.i like being able to check off things and to be able to have reminders throughout the day to get things done on my list.

Pros

I feel like it's worth paying for. It helps me keep track of the daily things I need to do. I like that I can readjust my list as my day goes on.

Cons

Sometimes I accidentally swipe away things on my list or my phone deletes notifications to do things and it's not easy to get them to come back up to keep track of what I need to do. I figured out I can go to history on my phone and find the things to open and click on snooze to get them to come back but it's not an easy to get them to show up.

Use it daily. Very good tool for Task Management. What I like most is the crossing out experience, as it sends the task to the bottom and greys it out.

Pros

A great tool for Task Management. It is cleanly designed and easy to use, with fluid task movement and management features.

Cons

Can autopopulate dates sometimes, which is not always helpful. Also when you drag tasks around the interface, while mostly fluid and a beautiful experience, sometimes there can be lag or freezing.

A great all-around collaboration app! This app really came in handy when it came time to settle my dad’s estate with my siblings (who live all over the country). We each got to participate in carrying out his final wishes.

Cons

Being constantly asked to upgrade. While I am a big fan of buying the premium version of an app, if I don’t feel I need the extra features, I don’t like getting constantly reminded to upgrade.

Pros

Easy to use, can be use be many people in the same time and also on many diveceses, but not to easy to share with other applications

Cons

Can t manage with claude or chat gpt or to share on google drive , so this is a limit for the company for how to use any do with many other application

9/10, would be perfect if not for the prementioned issues. It works for what i want(for the free option).

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and has been a huge help in mamagment for personal and school. The taskbar and task pabelling are my most used features.

Cons

I wish there was a way to make a task list that doesn't need an end date/grocery list with subtasks avaliable but that's mg only gripe. It's also slighlty pricey.

I use Any.do every day... Usually multiole times a day. It has saved my bacon so many times throughout the year.

Pros

I love thevtask management & reminder features. The ability to separate tasks/reminders out by categories (personal, work, etc.) has been so useful for me. I also appreciate the monthly updates, additions, & fixes.

Cons

I wish it had better integration with Windows based PCs, but im sure that is due Microsoft's unwillingness to cooperate.

Absolutely Love Any.do. Title user interface is smooth and the product is very user friendly. As a professional, father, husband, pastor, and coach, I needed a way to stay on top of the many task in my life. Any.do has helped not only me, but we have a family paid plan and all stay connected on what’s pending in our lives. We highly recommend it. The Scotts-

I love the user interface, the project blocking and timers. I also love the organization of the app. It’s truly a smooth system.

Cons

Cost of pro plan, but I understand you all have increasing expenses as we all do. I would like to see a way to share information from family member to family together in one shared version in a free version. We don’t need much, but have to pay for that 1 feature. We would love to see a free option include limited shared family list that are edited in live time. Thanks

Pros

You can accomplish the work in the simplest and most seamless way, and you can easily connect it to all devices, which increases productivity.

Cons

Habits cannot be easily tracked using this method, and it lacks features such as a timer, etc. Try adding more features and enabling free access to the important part to increase usage.
