Excellent software. User-friendly, clean and gets the job done. It is a great tool all around and definitely one made with freelance professionals in mind.

Pros

The software is extremely easy to use and syncs across all platforms. It is intuitive and very useful. I cannot believe there is a free version because it has so much to offer even if one does purchase a subscription.

Cons

Nothing, it is a great product. It does most of what its competitors do but for less money and hassle, everything ready to use with a few clicks.

I really like the AnyDo app for keeping me on track, productive, and organized. I love that you can schedule tasks, advance tasks, keep all my lists in one place that is easy to view. This app is very intuitive and easy to use. I’ve been using the free version of the app for years and it’s been all I need to keep several lists in one place and stay organized.

Pros

Easily keep track of all lists in one place. It’s pretty simple and intuitive to use. Ii like that you can schedule tasks with alerts.

Cons

Occasionally I have trouble setting the time for a task. I think the cost is too high. Just tired of monthly subscriptions in general.

I’ve tried a lot of productivity and organization apps over the years, but this is easily one of the best planners I’ve ever used. The layout is clean, intuitive, and incredibly easy to navigate, while still being powerful enough to manage busy schedules, goals, reminders, and daily tasks all in one place. It genuinely makes planning feel less stressful and more enjoyable. Whether you’re trying to stay organized with work, personal life, fitness goals, or daily routines, this app helps keep everything structured and clear. Download and give it a try — it’s truly a magnificent application that can completely transform the way you plan and stay productive every single day.

Pros

It’s easy to use. Also very concise bit cluttered. I have ADHD and helps me manage my day for the first time in years.

Cons

The interface could do with a little tweaking. I can’t get the WhatsApp integration to work even after watching numerous videos. Even how to from the app itself.

It is amazing specially with regard to getting alerts which i was lacking in my professional career throughout.

Pros

This helps in setting reminders, managing day to day tasks and tracking. Easy to use and cost effective.

Cons

Still in learning phase. A note somehwere which shows end to end things will be really helpful. So far good.

Downloaded the app awhile back, but didn't start using until recently. I thought it would be like any other "organizing your life" app and as it turns out it's my favorite app of all time and keeps my life path right on track! ♥️

Pros

Any.do has been great for task management, collaboration, and keeping projects on track without feeling complicated. Definitely good value for the money and very easy to use. My only suggestion would be a more visually pleasing interface, maybe with better color-coordinated functionality to make organizing feel a little more intuitive and alive.

That's hard to say honestly! It operates beautifully and seamlessly, but as I said a more visually pleasing interface would be nice as well as color coordinated functionality

I find it very practical because it shows me how to plan my day specifically when I open my notifications at a certain time in the morning. By simply swiping left and right, I can easily focus on my tasks without any distractions. The main feature that sets this apart from other reminders is definitely this: 1. It only shows me the things I shouldn't forget. 2. I love that even if I do forget something, it brings it back up to me again.

Pros

One of my favorite features as a user is how it removes all the clutter, allowing me to focus solely on the task at hand.

Cons

I don't like the fact that notifications and information regarding Space are constantly visible within the application, even though I don't use it and have no intention of using it.

Easy to use, straightforward, freemium version still very strong. It's also a geek's wonderland with all the possibilities of integration. It's my day-to-day reference, I open this app on a daily basis.

Pros

As a person with ADHD, any.do has been helping me actually getting things DONE, for 6 straight years ! Its simplicity had me in the first place, with the possibility to order your tasks by time (today, tomorrow, soon, one day) or give them a specific date with a reminder popping up on the due date. YOu can also integrate it with many other apps and services like Google calendar and many others thanks to Zapier automations. Thanks to the team behind the app for helping me manage my life and not forget about 70% of it :)

Cons

The free version is limited with some things, like the number of tags you can use. And since it's a monthly subscription I'm not a big fan of that.

I think it's the app is not that bad considering the fact that even it's free tier gives you a lot of functionality

Pros

What I like about this app is the fact that it is easy to use, the interface is not complicated compared to other apps

Cons

I think the premium is expensive especially those of us from third world countries where it's not easy to make money

pretty good. i like it a bit more than the typical google calendar because of all the additional features.

Pros

it connects to google calendar so i dont have to create it from scratch. Also the tasks are movable so i can drag them to organize.

Cons

Not a fan of how many features are premium. Also I would like for there to be more interactive elements like links that could be saved so that i could add a direct link to wordle or my email or something
