I don't recommend this program to anyone looking for reminders. It's a chore listing app, nothing more.

Pros

Sorry, not much to like. Took three tries to download, then time to look up online to figure out how to configure.

Cons

1\. no help inside the app. 2. counterintuitive UI, poorly chosen colors. 3. despite being touted as a reminder program, no reminders pop up. You have to be in the app constantly to see reminders. 4. online help is useless; basically describes the user interface, not functionality. Had to hunt and peck and guess.

this app is awsome and I find what I need thx for everything. day by day everything is organised. My lifeis much easier now.

Cons

Crossing off a task once it's done is a nice idea, but completed tasks should be sortable by date or categorizable—or perhaps they already are, and I just haven't discovered how yet

I keep busy wid many tasks, personal, official. And even my doc has her own calendar…obviously i run that. I needed an app that brings all these at 1 place..yet doesnt takes away too much cognitive load. This was an obvious choice

Well, as a developer i thot build something of my own…but again and again…this app looks the best choice for the price it is at

Really good, i use ot regularly. But as i wrote before i would like the ability for more interactivity.

Pros

Easy to use, there when you need it. I like the monthly pay reminders. Would like a better to do daily list.

Cons

I would like an easier more accessible daily list when i go shopping for the day. I would love for it to pop up as i wake up in the morning, what do you want to do today Roberto?

My experience with Any.do has been excellent. It is reliable, user-friendly, and helps me improve my productivity. The reminders, task lists, and planning tools make it easy to manage my schedule. I would highly recommend Any.do to anyone looking for an efficient task management solution.

Pros

Any.do is very easy to use and helps me stay organized every day. The interface is clean, tasks are simple to create, and reminders help me never miss important work. I also like the synchronization across devices and the ability to manage personal and professional tasks in one place.

Cons

I have had a very positive experience overall. Some advanced customization features could be expanded, but the app works smoothly and meets my daily task management needs very well.

Been using Any.do for maybe a decade now as primary task list app, and I've never felt the need to search for an alternative or that anything is really missing. Great app!

Pros

User interface, task management, ease to use and pretty intuitive. Also had good customer support experience whenever I needed it.

Cons

There are occasional bugs such as moving items in lists /sublists that sometimes don't work or snap back to place. Also the recurring task settings window is a bit complicated to understand and use.

I've been using Any.do for a while now and it’s a really solid daily driver. It's perfect if you just want a clean and simple space to manage your daily life, work tasks and maybe a shared grocery list with your partner. It doesn't require hours of setting up. It’s definitely built more for execution than deep planning. If you are trying to manage massive projects with lots of moving parts and metadata, it’s going to feel limiting. But if you're just looking for a polished, good looking app to keep your day on track and you don't mind paying for the premium version, it gets the job done beautifully.

Pros

To be honest the best thing about Any.do is how it looks and feels. It’s not cluttered like most task managers out there. The "Any.do Moment" feature is a game-changer for me. It's this little morning routine that pops up and forces you to sort through your day before everything gets crazy. I also love that they actually combined the calendar and the to-do list in a way that makes sense. You don't have to jump between two different apps just to see when you're free. Adding tasks is super quick because the app understands natural language, so if you type "Call Adrian tomorrow at 5" it just schedules it perfectly. The mobile widgets are also incredibly smooth.

Cons

My biggest issue is that once your projects grow, Any.do starts to feel too basic. So if you love building complex systems with deep subtasks, tags or custom templates (like you can do in Notion), you’re going to hit a wall here very quickly. It just doesn't have that depth. Also the pricing is getting hard to justify. A lot of basic features that should be in my opinion free, like simple color tags or recurring reminders, are locked behind the premium subscription. Another annoying thing is the desktop app. While the mobile version is lightning fast the desktop app can feel pretty heavy and lags a bit when you're trying to share files or sync shared lists with someone else.

I switched because Todoist, while powerful started to feel like a giant over time. I needed a tool that seamlessly integrates my daily tasks with a nce calendar layout without having to bounce between two different apps. Any.do felt much more visual and intuitive for daily execution.

Great it keeps me organized on time and helps with my side tracked thinking and procrastinating. Great app

Pros

It helps me keep my to do list on track and organization is amazing. I love the reminders because I get side tracked easily and it helps me not to.

Cons

I have to pay for it I'm broke and already have to many bills. But that's really the only con I have.
