Any.do has helped me tremendously. I work full time, volunteer at my church, and have two kids under 3, so I am able to function way better.

Pros

Any.do has helped me keep my tasks in line and keep ky schedule organized. I really like the fact that I can categorize my tasks according to the urgency.

Cons

The reminders are only available with the paid version, which is understandable, but I wish it would be available for the free as well.

Great overall would recommend to my friends and coworkers and even for the younger family members it works.

Pros

The any cave man can use it functionality.Plus the way you can use it on multiple devices and multiple accounts.

Cons

The selection of different note templates were limited and I would enjoy a few more options would be cool

I haven't been using Any.do for that long, but my experience with it thus far has been absolutely wonderful!!!

Pros

I really like that I don’t have to keep everything in my head because it takes care of that for me! It helps me stay organized and on top of things!

Cons

Honestly, I haven't stumbled upon anything I don't like about Any.do. It's been great so far, and I'm really happy with it!

I have found it to be an invaluable app for keeping me organised. I'm a bowls club secretary so have to keep track of losts of different jobs.

Pros

I love the way it allows me to set up categories - these keep me organised. The notes feature is great for any additional information I need to enter.

Cons

A few times i have lost information just typed in. I think it's because i didn't tap save and then save again. That was annoying.

Worth keeping alongside other apps and using together in collaboration to make tasks and reminders more effective

Pros

Ease of use and project collaboration, task management and value for money are all east to use and readily available

Cons

The settings for repeat alarm isnt fully customizable. Doesnt collaborate with other apps well unless you go theough Zappos

I like it, but It could be much better. Seriously, user experience could be better if UI gets improvements.

Pros

Receiving my reminder on Whatsapp is great and having the opportunity to snooze, check a task as done or create tasks via whatsapp is very useful.

Cons

The UI could improve a lot, giving different options to visualize tasks (not just a list)when creating tasks it should give the change to set reminders like the day before or 1 hour before the tasks are due, be in sync with other calendars. Having a list of features rated by user could give more ways to improve the app.

Been using it for more than 10 years on every mobile I've been using, can't work without it till now

Pros

Follow-up, easier task listing, remining witg attractive reminders, template customization, helps in projects follow ups

Cons

None so far, I'm using almost every part of it but it can be useful if there is an add to schedule whatsapp messages

Overall,my experience with any.do had been very positive. it is one of the simplest yet most effective productiivity apps i have used. The reminder system is reliable, the design feels more modern and clean, and it helps me manage daily schedules, follow-up and important tasks more efficiently =. It works well for both personal organization and professional workflow managements

Pros

Any.do is very easy to use and helps me organize reminders, follow ups and daily tasks efficiently. The interface is clean, simple, practical for both personal and business productivity. I especially like how fast it is to clean tasks and stay organized throughout the day.

Cons

i think any.do could improve its direct ai integrations with the platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini instead of relying mainly on third party automation tools such as Zapier. More built-in smart workflow features and deeper customization options would make the experience even better for the advance users.

Pros

I have been using Any.do for several years and love how I can separate tasks in to projects and prioritize with complete flexibility. After using a Franklin Planner for many years, this is the best tool I've found to replace that functionality. Each day I start with Any.do to prioritize my day and I keep it open all day and add future tasks so I don't lose track of them. Highly recommend Any.do for daily use.

Cons

Over the years they have continued to develop and add functionality and as of now, I can't think of anything I feel is missing.
