Pros: The best thing about Upmail is, without any doubt, its templates. Its excellent and fine design allows you to create attractive proposals to attract customers, even if you have a small hotel
Cons: In this product I have not found any negative points so far.

Pros: We use upmail to increase sales and marketing through their email tracking. The proposal templates are excellent as they help us to catch the eyes of new clients then allow us to track the effectiveness of said proposals.
Cons: At this point, there is nothing that we dislike about this software and I hope it stays that way.

Overall: Overall This product is good enough of sending the emails to the mass contacts but yet there is a restrictions of number of contacts for sending email.
Pros: The tools offers you the access to create templates that includes pictures and text. It has quite features like you may add hyperlinks on text and pictures. It offers you the reports of number of clicks and seen on email.
Cons: I wouldn't hesitate to say that this tool has a potential but yet need lots of things to be improved, you get bugs most of the time on your templates which gets solved by their customer support team, they offer very less options of text formatting. These are quite significant drawback.

Overall: we can track send and follow up on things normally missed.
Pros: We us it to see how they are interacting with our emails, which content is most effective, and what our next move should be. We can track it and get reminders so we dont forget.
Cons: it took us a little bit to get a full grasp on how it works but once we figured it out we were off and running without any issues
