We don't use terms as "historical", "retrospective", "past" or synonyms anywhere. We are sorry we weren't able to accommodate your following request: "This is not what I wanted, I want a report now and showing previous data". We obey Terms and Conditions when resolving a claims, please refer to Refund policy: "Claims which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored."
