Die Oberfläche ist gut gestaltet und gut bedienbar. Man kann vieles gut und leicht individuell anpassen. Cons Wie jedes System braucht man Zeit für die Einarbeitung. Vor allem bei der Administration ist es herausfordernd die richtige Datei auf dem Server zu finden. Hier hilft die Admin Schulung aber gut weiter. The software is not only powerful and intuitive but also flexible enough to adapt to the needs of a growing sustainability business. Pros As a software developer in a sustainability startup, I’ve worked with many project management tools, but Projektron BCS really stands out. The interface is extremely user-friendly and requires little onboarding. The task and resource management features have streamlined our processes significantly, making it much easier to track progress and allocate resources for our green initiatives. Cons There’s not much to dislike about Projektron BCS. The only initial challenge we had was setting up some custom workflows, but their customer support was fantastic and helped us make the necessary adjustments quickly. Ohne so ein System verliert man bei größeren Projekten schnell den Überblick. Pros Aus Sicht eines Webentwicklers gefällt mir an Projektron BCS vor allem die sehr strukturierte Projekt- und Aufgabenverwaltung. Gerade bei größeren Projekten mit vielen Tickets, Teilaufgaben und Abhängigkeiten behält man damit gut den Überblick. BCS isgt unser ERP-Tool. Die Usability ist gut und die Software ist sehr anpassbar. Davon sollte auch Gebrauch gemacht werden. Pros Als mittelständisches Unternehmen legen wir bei der Neuser GmbH besonderen Wert auf Effizienz und Transparenz in unseren Projekten. Projektron BCS unterstützt uns hierbei. Was mich besonders überzeugt, ist die klare Struktur der Software und ihre durchdachte Bedienbarkeit. Trotz des umfangreichen Funktionsumfangs findet man sich schnell zurecht. Viele Abläufe lassen sich intuitiv und ohne lange Einarbeitungszeit durchführen. Die Usability von BCS ist im Vergleich zu anderen Tools, die wir vorher hatten recht gelungen. Cons Der umfangreiche Leistungsumfang der ERP-Software ist grundsätzlich ein großer Mehrwert, kann zu Beginn stellenweise komplex wirken. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit einem Projektron-Berater konnten wir die Vielzahl an Funktionen gezielt auf die für uns relevanten Module reduzieren und die Software durch eine schlanke Konfiguration sehr gut an unsere Anforderungen anpassen. Aus CTO-Sicht ist es kein „modernes Trend-Tool“, sondern ein klassisches Arbeitstier – im positiven wie im negativen Sinne. BCS sorgt für Ordnung und Transparenz. Man sieht ziemlich klar, wo Zeit hingeht, welche Projekte sauber laufen und wo es knirscht. Das ist manchmal unbequem, aber extrem wertvoll für Steuerung und Entscheidungen. Das Tool zwingt einen dazu, strukturiert zu arbeiten. Wer das akzeptiert und die nötige Disziplin mitbringt, bekommt ein sehr verlässliches System. Und mit den aktuellen UI-Überarbeitungen fühlt sich die tägliche Arbeit damit endlich auch deutlich angenehmer an als noch vor ein paar Jahren. Pros Projektron BCS ist extrem stabil und deckt fachlich sehr viel ab. Projektplanung, Zeiterfassung, Ressourcen, Controlling – alles greift sauber ineinander. Wenn man das System einmal ordentlich aufgesetzt hat, bekommt man sehr verlässliche Zahlen und eine Transparenz, die man so nicht bei vielen Tools findet. Was sich in letzter Zeit deutlich verbessert hat, ist die Oberfläche. Die GUI wirkt aufgeräumter, lesbarer und weniger „altbacken“ als früher. Gerade für neue Mitarbeitende ist der Einstieg dadurch spürbar angenehmer geworden. Man merkt, dass am Produkt noch aktiv gearbeitet wird – das ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Cons Die größte Stärke ist gleichzeitig auch die größte Schwäche: die Funktionsdichte. BCS ist nicht selbsterklärend und verzeiht keine unklaren Prozesse. Wenn Rollen, Workflows oder Verantwortlichkeiten nicht sauber definiert sind, fühlt sich das Tool schnell schwer und kompliziert an. Auch mit den UI-Verbesserungen bleibt es eher funktional als intuitiv. Für sehr agile, schnell wechselnde Setups ist es teilweise zu starr. Einführung, Customizing und Schulung kosten Zeit – das sollte man realistisch einplanen. Projektron BCS ist ein stabiles, leistungsfähiges Tool, das sich gut für strukturierte Projektarbeit eignet. Als Software Developer schätze ich besonders die verbesserte UX, die sinnvollen Updates und die Zuverlässigkeit im täglichen Einsatz. Es unterstützt sauberes Projektmanagement, ohne unnötig im Weg zu stehen. Pros Ich nutze Projektron BCS seit über einem Jahr für Task- und Ressourcen-Management in unserem Entwicklerteam. Besonders die aktuellen GUI-Updates haben das Tool deutlich nach vorne gebracht: moderner Look, klarere Struktur und insgesamt eine spürbar bessere UX. Aufgaben lassen sich schneller erfassen, priorisieren und filtern. Auch die Ressourcenplanung ist übersichtlicher geworden und hilft uns, Engpässe früh zu erkennen. Die Sparten Produktion, IT, Vertrieb, Verwaltung und Patientenversorgung sind über mehrere Unternehmen verteilt, wobei Projektron BCS Holding-übergreifend das führende System für unsere Projekte ist. Zunächst hatten wir nach einem Projektmanagementtool und Ticketsystem für unsere IT-Sparte gesucht. Mit der Zeit haben wir Projektron BCS so stark schätzen gelernt, dass wir es nun im Vertrieb, für die Softwareentwicklung und holdingübergreifend für die Zeiterfassung und internen Tätigkeiten/Tickets nutzen und für die interne Kommunikation stark von E-Mails verabschieden konnten. Pros \- Deutscher Anbieter mit deutschem Support (echte Menschen). - Anbieter legt viel Wert auf Datensicherheit und ist intrinsisch daran, interessiert ein sicheres Produkt zu liefern. - On-Premises auch zukünftig garantiert. - Mittlerweile sogar eine tolle Oberfläche. - Konstante Produktentwicklung (jedes Quartal ein Major-Release). - Allgemein große Funktionsbreite: Prototypenentwicklung, Zeiterfassung, Spesen, CRM mit Angeboten, Rechnungen, Ticketing, persönliche Arbeitsorganisation/Kanbans, Scrum-Softwareentwicklung... Cons Wir würden sehr gern auch unser Warenwirtschaftssystem in BCS integrieren und wollten uns auch für die Entwicklung dafür beteiligen. Leider passt das nicht zur Projektron strategischer Roadmap.. Tolles Team, toller Support (bei der Ersteinrichtung), tolles Produkt. Pros Wir sind sehr dankbar, mit Projektron BCS seit Jahren eine (kostenfreie) professionelle Lösung den Studenten zur Verfügung stellen zu können. Projektmanagement-Theorie, lässt sich so mit praxisnahen UseCases realitätsnah lernen. In einigen Iterationen haben die Studenten den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus dargestellt mit BCS abgewickelt (Angebot, Tickets, Buchungen, PM). Die tolle Oberfläche kommt bei den Studenten um ein vielfaches besser an, als MS Project und OpenSource-Lösungen, die wir in der Vergangenheit im Programm hatten. Cons Nichts auszusetzen. Ich freue mich, mich mit dieser Bewertung über die langjährige Kooperation zu bedanken und etwas zurückgeben zu können.
