Aus CTO-Sicht ist es kein „modernes Trend-Tool“, sondern ein klassisches Arbeitstier – im positiven wie im negativen Sinne. BCS sorgt für Ordnung und Transparenz. Man sieht ziemlich klar, wo Zeit hingeht, welche Projekte sauber laufen und wo es knirscht. Das ist manchmal unbequem, aber extrem wertvoll für Steuerung und Entscheidungen. Das Tool zwingt einen dazu, strukturiert zu arbeiten. Wer das akzeptiert und die nötige Disziplin mitbringt, bekommt ein sehr verlässliches System.
