Cons

Due to the system’s complexity, it is not always intuitively to use. Additionally, continuous development is largely customer-driven, which leads to some innovations not being consistently implemented across all areas of the system.

Wir nutzen das System bereits seit 2015. Was damals mit einem kleinen Einsatz begann, ist inzwischen zu einer unternehmensweiten Lösung mit zahlreichen aktiven Bausteinen gewachsen. Die regelmäßigen Updates mit sinnvollen Verbesserungen sowie der sehr gute Support tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Erfahrungen durchweg positiv sind.

Pros

Das System ermöglicht es, Projekte von der Antragstellung bis zur Rechnungslegung vollständig abzubilden. Alle für den Projektablauf notwendigen Bausteine sind integriert, sodass auch die gesamte Projektdokumentation strukturiert und lückenlos hinterlegt werden kann. Das Ticketsystem unterstützt eine themenbasierte Kommunikation und eignet sich hervorragend für den Austausch sowohl mit internen als auch mit externen Beteiligten

Cons

Das die App den Kalender nicht spiegelt. Es wäre schön wenn die Termin auch über das Handy im Kalender zu sehen wären bzw. auch darüber erstellt werden können.

Handle the iron riangle of project mangement (scope, time, costs), daily processes via Tickets and Kanban and Idea/ Project Portfoliomanagement.

Pros

Projektron BCS offers a great customer benefit and supports our teams with a lot of features. It supports agile Methodologies with Scrum and Kanban, traditional Methodologies with Resource-,Time-, Risk- and Quality Management and allows us to combine both Methodologies for hybrid project management based on product development with compliance requirements and embedded systems. We can choose for each team and project the needed features and simultaneously synchronize these teams and projects via Multiteam-, Multiprojekt- and Portfoliomanagement. Supplementary features for HR (Management of applications and skills), Controlling (capture meatrial and labor costs) and Sales (billing and proposal preparation) supports equally daily routines and projects. Since we work with sensitive data we welcome the ISO 27001 certification of Projektron BCS to ensure complete information security. Every three months comes a major release with new features.

Cons

Projektron BCS is a very powerful tool with many features, so that the user can be overwhelmed in the beginning. The tool options allow to define default views for specific user groups. Since the feature development is customer-driven they have a lot of features and ideas in the pipeline which can result in some waiting time for a specific feature (complaining on a high comfort level).

\- the great complexity means that the software is not always easy to use - the continuous development by the manufacturer is strongly driven by the customers so that not all innovations are implemented uniformly as standard everywhere in the system

I like the ease of setup and that there is a quick reacting german support.

Cons

The functionality is very overwhelming in the beginning. Without training it can't be used practically. The license/role/rights is not very transparent for many functions.

BCS ist für uns die beste Entscheidung gewesen. Ich würde diese immer wieder treffen. BCS hat uns geholfen uns deutlich professioneller zu organisieren. Trotz der ganzen "Jira"-Hysterie.

Pros

BCS ist in Punkto Projektmanagement und Projektabwicklung sehr gut durchdacht und einfach nur richtig! Es macht einfach Spaß sich mit BCS gut zu organisieren und seine Firma und seine Prozesse damit aufzubauen. Wir nutzen BCS weit über das eigentliche Projektmanagement hinaus auch für alle internen Verwaltungsaufgaben und auch im Bereich des Bewerbermanagements.

Cons

a) In gewissen Bereichen wünscht man sich noch mehr Funktionalität. b) Wiederkehrende Aufgaben könnten noch besser durch Navigationshilfen unterstützt werden.

Wir haben damals (2009) eine vollständige Marktuntersuchung vorgenommen und alle alternativen Anbieter im Detail miteinander verglichen. Wir haben uns für das Produkt mit dem für uns besten Lösungsansatz entschieden. Die frühere Organisation über Emails konnte durch den Einsatz von BCS endlich überwunden werden.

Projektron BCS hat viele Funktionen für die Unternehmensführung. BCS isgt unser ERP-Tool. Die Usability ist gut und die Software ist sehr anpassbar. Davon sollte auch Gebrauch gemacht werden.

Pros

Als mittelständisches Unternehmen legen wir bei der Neuser GmbH besonderen Wert auf Effizienz und Transparenz in unseren Projekten. Projektron BCS unterstützt uns hierbei. Was mich besonders überzeugt, ist die klare Struktur der Software und ihre durchdachte Bedienbarkeit. Trotz des umfangreichen Funktionsumfangs findet man sich schnell zurecht. Viele Abläufe lassen sich intuitiv und ohne lange Einarbeitungszeit durchführen. Die Usability von BCS ist im Vergleich zu anderen Tools, die wir vorher hatten recht gelungen.

Cons

Der umfangreiche Leistungsumfang der ERP-Software ist grundsätzlich ein großer Mehrwert, kann zu Beginn stellenweise komplex wirken. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit einem Projektron-Berater konnten wir die Vielzahl an Funktionen gezielt auf die für uns relevanten Module reduzieren und die Software durch eine schlanke Konfiguration sehr gut an unsere Anforderungen anpassen.

Wir nutzen Projektron BCS nun seit einiger Zeit und ich möchte es nicht mehr missen. Vor allem aus der Controlling-Perspektive ist das Tool Gold wert. Ich kann zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehen, wie profitabel einzelne Projekte sind, wo wir Budgetüberschreitungen riskieren und wie die Auslastung meines Teams in den nächsten Wochen aussieht. Ein sehr professionelles Werkzeug für Unternehmen, die wachsen wollen.

Pros

Alles in einem Tool (Ticket-System, CRM, PM, HR). Sehr granulare Rechteverwaltung möglich. Hervorragende Unterstützung von hybridem Projektmanagement (Mix aus klassisch und agil). Top Support-Team.

Cons

Durch den enormen Funktionsumfang kann man sich am Anfang etwas erschlagen fühlen. Ein gutes Onboarding ist Pflicht.

Ich nutze es als User und Administrator. Ich selbst empfinde das System sehr gelungen und mir gefällt es gut, dass sich das System ständig weiterentwickelt.

Pros

Es ist leicht zu bedienen und intuitiv. Die Oberfläche ist gut gestaltet und gut bedienbar. Man kann vieles gut und leicht individuell anpassen.

Cons

Wie jedes System braucht man Zeit für die Einarbeitung. Vor allem bei der Administration ist es herausfordernd die richtige Datei auf dem Server zu finden. Hier hilft die Admin Schulung aber gut weiter.

Übersichtlichkeit, Anwendungsfreundlichkeit, Mix an super Funktionalitäten, regelmäßige Umsetzung von Kundenanforderung sowie Preis-Leistung

Cons

Bisher gefällt mir am wenigsten die doch relevativ aufwendige Updatefunktionalität (TomCat, BCS, DB Postgres etc.). Da kommt aber wohl ja bald eine Anwenderfreundlichere Lösung.

Durch die vielen Möglichkeiten haben und werden wir die Funktionen und Nutzung von Projektron stets schrittweise ausbauen.

Pros

Projektron kombiniert verschiedene Funktionen in einer zentralen Plattform und ermöglicht dank standortübergreifendem Web-Zugriff einen nahtlosen interdisziplinären Austausch über alle Projektphasen und Organisationsbereiche hinweg.

Cons

Eine Schulung ist essenziell, um sich in Projektron zurechtzufinden. Aufgrund der Vielzahl an Funktionen und der teils komplexen, verschachtelten Struktur ist die Software nicht für jeden sofort intuitiv bedienbar.

Die Erfahrung mit dem System sind gut, in unserer Firma bringt das System viel mehr controlling und reporting herein. Der Projektron-Support war auch okay, bei hohem aufkommen haben die antworten auf die Tickets etwas gedauert.

Pros

Alle geschäftlichen Prozess sind mit Projektron BCS abzubilden. Das System gibt ein sehr guten Überblick über das gesamte Unternehmen.

Cons

Da Projektron BCS viele Funktionen bietet, ist es leider nicht sofort intuitiv zu bedienen. Für neue Nutzer ist der Einstieg zwar etwas einfacher, doch die Einführung von BCS in einem Unternehmen und die damit verbundene Änderung bestehender Prozesse erhöht die Komplexität und stellt für die Nutzer eine zusätzliche Herausforderung dar.

BCS ist ein sehr großes, vielfältiges Produkt, dessen Funktionen ich sicher noch nicht alle entdeckt habe. Es unterstützt den Alltag effizient und arbeitet verlässlich. Man erkennt die qualitative Hochwertigkeit beim Arbeiten mit BCS.

Pros

BCS deckt zahlreiche Funktionen ab, die den Arbeitstag erheblich unterstützen. Die Zeitbuchungen, Projektbuchungen oder auch die Angebotserstellungen sind gut durchdacht, reagieren immer flüssig. Die Kontaktverwaltung ermöglicht das Hinterlegen zahlreicher Kundeninformationen.

Cons

Mir fehlen gerade in der Kundenverwaltung Filteroptionen, da Organisation und Ansprechpartner auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen einsortiert sind. Außerdem ist es nicht immer einfach, zu erkennen, auf welche Art die verschiedenen Lizenzen und deren Berechtigungen ineinanderspielen. Hier greift gefühlt ein "Zahnradprinzip", mit dem Rechte vergeben werden. Da trifft Erwartung an eine Lizenz immer auf das "Zahnrad" einer weiteren Lizenz und man stößt so an ungewollte Grenzen. Hier wäre mehr Transparenz hilfreich.

BCS ist ein äußerst umfangreiches und vielseitiges Produkt, von dem ich sicherlich noch nicht alle Funktionen erkundet habe. Es erleichtert den Alltag effektiv und bietet zuverlässige Leistung. Die hohe Qualität von BCS wird deutlich, sobald man damit arbeitet.

Pros

BCS umfasst eine Vielzahl von Funktionen, die den Arbeitstag maßgeblich erleichtern. Die Zeitbuchungen, Projektbuchungen und Angebotserstellungen sind sorgfältig gestaltet und reagieren stets reibungslos. Die Kontaktverwaltung ermöglicht zudem das Speichern umfangreicher Kundeninformationen.

Cons

In der Kundenverwaltung vermisse ich Filteroptionen für Organisationen und Ansprechpartner sowie eine klare Darstellung der Lizenzberechtigungen, um unerwünschte Einschränkungen zu vermeiden. Mehr Transparenz wäre hier hilfreich. sind schon so abgeändert, dass du sie direkt nutzen könntest

Pros

Die Projekt-Übersichtlichkeit aller Objekte über den Projektinfo-Baum - auch über Jahre hinweg, und die in meinem eigenen Bereich (Meilensteine). Und die dahinterstehende Datenbank mit externen Unternehmen/Personen und internen Personen ist klasse.

Cons

Aufgrund der Vielseitigkeit ist die Bedienung/Planung der Objekte teilweise aufwendiger.

Neben einigen kleineren, wenig intuitiven Funktionen lässt sich eine große Vielfalt an Abläufen einfügen und ich bin mir sicher, das wir profitieren werden. Die rückwirkende Betrachtung von Projekten wird gefördert und zukünftige Prognosen positiv beeinflussen. Außerdem ist es leicht, die produktive Zeit und diverse Zeiträuber-Projekte zu erkennen.

Pros

Die Gantt-Diagramme sind sehr gut anpassbar und es lassen sich vielfältige Beziehungen darstellen.

Cons

Die Feldbreite der Zeitplanung hängt direkt vom gewählten Zeitraum ab und kann nicht manuell verändert werden. Die Terminberechnung im Strukturplan ist teilweise umständlich und die Fehlermeldungen sind teilweise nicht hilfreich/aussagekräftig.

Sehr umfassende Software, die ich in der Projektmanagement-Lehrefür Studierende einsetze, da sie einen äußerst großen Funktionsumfang hat, der neben dem Projekt-/Programm-/Portfolio-Management auch die weitere Unternehmenssteuerung unterstützt. Die Software unterstützt diverse Standards im Projektmanagement und kann dementsprechend angepaßt werden. Die vielfältigen Assistenten, u.a. für die Projektplanung, sind für ungeübte Nutzer sehr hilfreich. Eine sehr gute Hilfefunktion! Für mich ist auch der zuverlässige Support wertvoll.

Cons

Die Vielzahl an Funktionen kann für ungeübte Nutzer zunächst verwirren, jedoch läßt sich dies sehr gut über Zugriffsrechte und Modulauswahl steuern.
