As we upgraded our ERP they were able to support and upgrade the website with us. They were able to support our unique business needs which kept our business running and growing in the digital world. Pros They were experts in our ERP and able to work with our many customizations and unique needs. We have had an e-commerce website with them for 5 plus years and some of the functionality they custom developed for us is now standard. They were very forward thinking. Pros The best is the people. They care about my clients. They are collaborative and willing to work with the team and not just keep sending us to their website help everytime we have a question. They are present and involved and willing to train and as a backup indicate that they have documentation on their website. Many ISVs I have worked with everytime you ask a question they send you to a link on their website and appear to not want to talk with you or answer questions. Dynamics eShop is refreshing to work with. Cons Nothing missing at this time. The product is pretty robust out of the box. With its extensions granting me multiple positive externalities, I have reached my goals in promoting my products to my target audience.
