Pros

Dynamics eShop provided 100% integration of our website with our Navision ERP. The team understood our complex requirements and implemented the solution seamlessly. Our B2B site has the functionality and user experience of an advanced B2C site, incorporating all the features we need to grow our online business.

DES is truly the expert in the Microsoft to NOP field. As we upgraded our ERP they were able to support and upgrade the website with us. They were able to support our unique business needs which kept our business running and growing in the digital world.

Pros

They were experts in our ERP and able to work with our many customizations and unique needs. We have had an e-commerce website with them for 5 plus years and some of the functionality they custom developed for us is now standard. They were very forward thinking.

Cons

Though we are B2B our website has a B2C feel. DES grew and supported us in this area.

Dynamics eShop provides a robust B2B self-service portal for customers to browse our product catalog, access customer-specific pricing, view real-time stock availability, create and save shopping carts, place orders, view invoices, and much more.

Pros

\- Tight integration with ERP provides real-time access to customer, inventory, pricing, and order data- Customer-specific catalog groups for product display, sales restrictions, and pricing- Built-in CMS and SEO data fields- Out-of-the-box store features and configuration- User-specific roles, access, and restrictions- Flexible payment options, including credit terms- Manage repeat, routine, and bulk ordering- Responsive UI for a unified browsing experience across multi-browsers and devices- Active nopCommerce plug-in marketplace for expanded store features and functionality

Cons

Native search has limited features and configurable business rules OOB and requires customization, a third-party plug-in, or enterprise search integration. Note: we are currently on v4.2 and plan to explore new search features added to more recent Dynamics eShop product releases.

Enjoy working with the team and feel they are invested in the client and care.

Pros

The best is the people. They care about my clients. They are collaborative and willing to work with the team and not just keep sending us to their website help everytime we have a question. They are present and involved and willing to train and as a backup indicate that they have documentation on their website. Many ISVs I have worked with everytime you ask a question they send you to a link on their website and appear to not want to talk with you or answer questions. Dynamics eShop is refreshing to work with.

Cons

Nothing missing at this time. The product is pretty robust out of the box.

In my business of statistical services and e-learning in statistics and econometrics, I had a serious problem until I decided to use Dynamics eShop. This software has lifted my limitations in automating my operations. It allowed me to reach the goal of having a larger customer base than before thanks to its automated monitoring power (graphical and statistical visualization of operations) and other options available on its scales. With its extensions granting me multiple positive externalities, I have reached my goals in promoting my products to my target audience.

Pros

Easy, convenient and very good to use for achieving e-commerce goals

Cons

Apart from its cost, which can be relatively expensive for a beginner in e-commerce, I have not yet had any other inconveniences in using this program.

Simple, easy to use software meets the business requirements and maintenance. The fact that if I wanted a change it can be completed in a few days.
