Pros I love the product but I often have questions that the video tutorials do not help with. and I rarely get a call back. When emailing I usually takes several days and then the answer is incomplete. Cons Customer support. I have used the product for a couple + years and still cannot use it to its fullest. I learn by just trying different things over and over. tutorials just scratch the surface. Saving options should be easier e.g when adding a profile note I often have to close the window to prompt a save then reopen it for to continue work. Saving a change in meal plan involves clicking a new date. Saving a custom recipe means closing it.
