Pros: It is so simple for employees to share messages on social media, Twitter sharing can even be automated. This allows us to quickly get out different articles, news updates, and press releases and reach a broader audience. Employees can also share what they feel is important to them, and not feel obligated to share what they don't want to. You can schedule out posts on your social media or simply click to share. Our employee engagement has improved greatly!

Cons: I wish you could automate more than just Twitter posts. It'd be nice to automate Facebook, Instagram, and more.

Overall: Quickly being able to share social posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook has made it so that our employees are so much more likely to spread the word about our company. It also allows employees to maintain company standards and expectations.

Pros: The ability to manage posts across various social media networks is key here. We can easily as a company coordinate marketing efforts in a smooth interface. We love the ability to reward employees based on interaction and create competitions based on engagement.

Cons: The level of access the software has with person social media accounts is sometimes too much. It would be nice to be able to limit some access on some accounts better.

Overall: Ease of use, and ability to coordinate marketing efforts company wide.
