I am happy with kippy best tool to manage KPIs for my business. AI suggested KPI comes handy whenever we are setting it up. And reports are perfect.

Pros

All insights in one place, Entire team's KPIs are in one place, More importantly business reports are available.

Nothing, Kippy does everything related to my business. Nothing to say anything bad about my experience.

Very pleasant surprise to discover all the functionalities that Kippy has as a very powerful Strategy Management tool if you know how to take advantage of the software. Quick response from technical support.

Pros

I like that it is practical, powerful and its variety of artificial intelligence analysis

Cons

that does not integrate the major strategic themes of the strategy into the objectives. And the base Excel template to upload the information was not updated correctly in Kippy. that I cannot download (to backup) my results information month after month.

It took a while for me to learn to set up this software but the time spent is really worth it. The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is committed for excellence so I have big hope for this Kippy software. I'm a reseller in Malaysia so will certainly work with the kippy team.

Pros

The simplicity, this software is not too complicated as it's fully focussed on capturing results needed by the business owners. Microapps is a credit because many a times workers are out in the field so it's much easier to do data entry with simple interface on using their mobile phones. Bravo!

Cons

Nothing for now. I suggest the Kippy team will keep improving this software for ease of use for everyone.

fantastic and easy to implement and to watch. the color coding.

Pros

1- amazing support from the company 2-I have tried to quantify the KPI for our team but it is not as easy as this software 3- visual connection to the performance of each team 4- Easy strategic goal monitoring 5- Monthly, quarterly KPI

Cons

i wanted to print a visual seen on the KIPPY in any format to post it on the company . exporting to excel
