It is far better than the usual IT solutions that adapt to business user requirements after the fact. Pros Kippy is designed with user value in mind: it is clearly built to remove the downsides and complexities of other similar systems. It is simple to use yet comprehensive: the way of setting weights to different objectives is unique and seamless. The platform can be navigated from one page so you are not at loss as to how to find various functionalities. It also fits visuals (charts, color coding, etc) in one view so you don't have to go back and forth to see the full picture. Another great plus is the appraisal module that allows linking strategy and objective cascading with the appraisal of individuals performance. It permits flexible configurations based on requisite customizations. A great connected resource is KPI MegaLibrary as a comprehensive catalog of every possible KPI, so it helps to consult when selecting KPIs. Not to mention that Kippy is associated with several partners in the strategic planning consultancy business who can be recruited to advise on proper strategy formulation and cascading.
