It has been improving since we are mostly virtual now due to COVID. Pros The fact that it is integrated with our MLS is great. I also like that you can modify and add pages to tailor to your own needs. Cons Pulling information from different MLS's does not always import correctly. April 15, 2020 5.0 This software has given me the benefit of time. I have to pull several CMA's weekly for both buyers and sellers, and these use to take A LOT of time out of my day. With the implementation of this software, I am able to quickly do a straightforward CMA for my Personality Type C clients that rely less on word of mouth and prefer data. Pros I love that it is straightforward and very easy for me to use. I use it all the time for my CMA's for GAMLS. It allows me to give property valuations in less then 10 minutes... which in a business like mine, time is MONEY. Cons The only thing I dislike about this software is that it is attached to only GAMLS. In Georgia, many of us are also required to use FMLS, so some of the CMA's are not as accurate because they do not all of the time also include the recent sales or current listings for ALL properties sold. May 23, 2022 2.0 see above Pros The simple layout and ease of use.... if it got current MLS status of each property. I have had to call many time to have an U/C property show as U/C on their reports. For example today, the cloud CMA shows 5 ACTIVE and 1 PND. on the MLS there are actually 3 ACT and 3 PND. The customer support does what they can but 20+ min on the phone to get it fixed 1/2 of the time does not work for us. Wish it would work as I would use it as my primary tool. Cons as noted above. I can complete detailed CMAS in minutes. There are custom branding and page options to help tailor the report to your clients. It it such a great tool that every Realtor should be using. There is even a lead capture system included with your membership. 10/10 recommend. Cons The plan upgrades are a bit pricey along with additional page layouts/templates. Cons honestly too much to list, doesn't save net proceeds to it repeats itself. cant use % in proceeds, limits how much you can summarize on net proceeds. canceled Old business card and forgot to change it on their site to my new. they said they emailed me but I never saw it it went to spam. they deleted my account and wiped out all my CMA's. would let me update the card had to start a whole new account. They are the absolute worst since sale" December 7, 2022 1.0 Pros Good presentation clients always appreciated it and it looked professional Cons Customer service is absolute worst. Multiple calls and emails to simply renew my account. " I have never seen this before, you will need to create a new account to renew" They cancelled my account after I manually gave them my credit card over the phone lost all templates designed over last 6 years. You would be an idiot to use these guys since new \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] took over. The absolute worse. Wasted hours simply trying to pay them. Pros It doesn't work constantly so hard to say what I like. Cons There are constant bugs which take weeks if not months to fix, or are never resolved. I have had issues with the live presentation link which distorted images and made the presentation feature unusable, issues with personal reviews pulled from review sites and changed the property address location to areas I did not serve (this took three months to fix, so had to create a manual page) and currently the MLS data being pulled is not accurate. Properties that closed weeks ago are showing pending and at the wrong closing price when imported into a CMA report (pdf and live). The response from the tech support line is to create a ticket to repair, which results in delays in correcting and constant call from me to them to actually address the issue. The supervisors are never available to take complaints and no one EVER returns a call. Review Source CS Carmela S. Customer service is horrible and they do not have the training to support their clients. Its like talking to a wall. I would definitely take this into consideration prior to paying the yearly fee. If it does not work when you need it, Then it really is a useless program Pros It has nice features and gives a nice polished product. Cons The system is glitchy and stops working randomly. Customers service reps are no help and have no desire to solve the problem. More times than not when you need to do a CMA it doesn't work. You only need a program like this when you need it. You should be able to count on it and you can not. They take 24-48 hours for a ticket wasting agents time and interrupting work flow. Review Source KK Kellie K. I had to wait on the phone for tremendous amounts of time. This was all in an effort to resolve the issue that the software was not working at all. I purchased this so I could have nice listing presentations. Because It did not work, It caused me more time and stress than I can discuss. Please do not pay this company. Pros If the software actually works, It does a nice job with reporting. The problem is, It works very infrequently and inconsistently. Cons The software does not work. When I ran CMA reports, System would continually tell me nothing was found. Obviously there were comparable homes, but apparently the MLS was not connecting to the cloud CMA. After hours on the phone and many messages with the company, the wrong comparables would pull. Just a huge waste of my time. Reason for choosing Lone Wolf Cloud CMA It seemed like a nice choice. You fooled me. It would be a great product if it functioned as it was supposed to and if there was support you could get through to. Pros The idea is great and I would have loved it if it worked which it didn’t.
