Pros: Kirby is the best CMS I've encountered for running websites for customers who don't have their own team for dealing with their websites.
The fact that I can run Kirby and, without hours of training, my customers can add their own content, update their websites & make changes without breaking the site, is the main selling-point here. Unlike other, bigger, CMS systems, Kirby is easily understood by people whose day-job isn't working with websites, but who simply want their business to have a well-working page on the web.
Upkeep & Maintainance is also a breeze and it's nice not having to worry about critical bugs, database issues, etc. every single day for every client I work with.
Cons: Kirby's featureset is probably not suitable for large websites & website's that need a slew of interactive functionality. Its simplicity limits it to the afformentioned use-cases.
Overall: I have used Kirby to build & maintaine multiple websites of clients of my freelance work and so far every client had zero issues with the system & I have had no issues with the hosting & maintaining of this CMS, which is very unlike the alternative CMS' out there.
