It is too hard to buy a phone number. I am still trying and have not succeed. I am waiting an answer and it takes time. This is a little bit disappointing. I want to configure a Voice Agent. I guess for big companies that will not be an issue.

They offer phone numbers of my country what is crucial to make business in my country, to create a AI Voice Agent with a local number. Other provider offers, usually, phone numbers in USA and Canada for AI Voice Agent

The first time I registered with Telnyx, I immediately tried the AI ​​Assistant. I didn't expect Telnyx's AI Assistant to produce agent assistance that closely resembled a real human. Moreover, there are many models to choose from, ranging from those directly connected to Telnyx to those connected via API. They also include connections to other voice providers like elevenlabs, although I'm still trying out the voices provided by Telnyx.

At first, I had difficulty accessing the usage history for each AI Assistant call I tried. It was a bit tricky to find. It required more effort for a beginner like me. However, the assistance provided by agent Aatif in the chat box was very helpful.

A2P support is awesome, they are the only provider that replied to my emails regarding campaign rejection. Helped for two weeks until my campaign got approved.

The naming of things in the dashboard can be a bit confusing, it takes few hours to get used to, but once you do it's pretty straightforward.

Very good experience overall despite some teething issues with customer service, so some improvements can be made. Very impressed with the range of services although I am just using SIP trunking at the moment.

Pros

I decided to go with Telnyx as there is a configuration profile set up in Unifi Talk for the service so the set up was really easy. They were very responsive when requesting new inbound numbers for my region (as they weren't available initially) and I got really good, memorable numbers. The value is really good and I'll save money compared to my previous provider.

Cons

I had an issue with one of the inbound numbers which took a while to resolve. Customer service were initially slow but once the problem was identified I got daily updates until it was resolved.

The best part about Telnyx is the quality of their technical support. We were implementing their WebRTC JS SDK for in-browser calling, and their team was instrumental in getting us past a major roadblock. I have not been able to see caller id when clients reach out to me (it just shows up as a number) and now with my new telnyx dialer I can track client contacts with their full name and all information I need! It is awesome, couldn't be happier. I enjoy being able to have full control over every aspect of calling my clientele, from caller id, ringtone, you name it. Telnyx has made this process seamless! I own an insurance brokerage and we reach out to client's whom request information and Telnyx has followed through in every aspect in regards to making customer relations an easier process. I tried multiple different companies with no luck and landed on Telnyx (clearly the BEST choice). 10/10 It was a little challenging to get it set up but once I reached out to the support team they were able to assist me and we had it figured out within the hour! I called up about an issue on the Customer Portal. They service representatives were able to help me with every question I had. They stayed with me on the phone and were patient with me until we came to a conclusion. When they realized that it was an bigger problem than a simple phone call could solve, they promised me that it would be taken care of and within a few hours, I came back to the Customer Portal and I saw that the issue had since been fixed!

Telnyx is user-friendly, with a quite easy setup process. It also allows great integrations with my workflows. The pricing seems right too. I am also happy with the support I got, even during the holiday season. My integrations with Hiro.fm and Zapier work well, and my overall experience has been good

The initial setup and navigation can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for someone new to the platform. A "Start Here" Wizard or a more guided setup process would be great. However, once I got familiar with the interface, everything became much easier.
