Great overall experience, the onboarding has been smooth and switch our operations from Twilio has been a plus. The team is always there to help with issues, regarding either features or Compliance.

Pros

Telnyx was very easy to setup, offered a competitive pricing for SMS, a very responsive customer support, great dashboard and a comprehensive API access with proper documentation

Cons

The analytics can sometimes be a little hard to get around at first, but there is no missing features.

Great service overall - we use them to implement SMS and MMS on our end customer's cloud and premise based PBX solutions. Their Hosted SMS platform is what we use the most.

Pros

Robust solution that supported Hosted SMS/MMS Services, allowing you to connect business phone numbers belonging to a different carrier for voice services.

Cons

Support Tickets not handled by same person from start to end all the time.

My overall experience has been great. i have no complaints.

Pros

Telnyx is a great VOIP provider. I recently had my Twillio account hacked and yea that is an entriely different story. I heard of Telnyx since they first stared but never had a reason to switch unti now. They have a very beautiful platform that is great on the eyes, very great documentation and the customer support gets to you in a timely manner. Even though I have oly had a few issues, they were all resolved very fast to help me get started.

Cons

Right now i do not have any complaints. That does mean I am saying telnyx is perfect but at the moment they are geat.

Telnyx helps us power voice and messaging capabilities in our SaaS application. The support team is great, their suggestion is on point and very helpful. We had an major issue with audio quality and delay. This was resolve quite quickly.

Pros

U.I. is great and VoIP services excellent. The technical support is very helpful and quick to resolve any issues.

The documentation available on the website is not always up to day. Nothing else to report so far...

Twilio sucks! all of twilio's software especially their security features are a 0 compared to Telnyx. Honestly Twilio cost me so much money and their customer service is terrible, so thats what got me to switch.

I'm using it currently for development and it's great. Simple, straight forward, and comprehensive. Definitely recommend.

Pros

Features, Support, and Documentation. The actual service provided is great for developer seeking to implement unique workflows with both message and voice. Additionally they have competitive pricing for the services they offer. Also their documentation as well as support service is very helpful for questions and getting direct feedback for questions or issues.

Cons

So far the only area for improvement would be educating the user earlier on in the journey of learning the platform regarding 10DLC. This is only a minor point because once you realize that you need it, their support staff and documentation is very helpful. However, when first working with their platform, it was a bit difficult understanding why my messages were not being delivered. I would cut them some slack however, as the 10DLC requirements from major carries just went into effect 30 days ago and their support team is still very much on the ball about educating the user about this issue once it arises.

Overall, once I got Telnyx set up it has been pretty set-and-forget - and with far higher quality and lower price than my previous provider. The initial setup did take some time though...

Pros

The APIs were fairly easy to integrate with, call quality has been good and it's great value for money!

Cons

There were some hiccoughs with initial setup: I had trouble with their verification system which a support team member had to help with (they were great, though!) as well as all the difficulty you might expect with digitizing phones, integrating, etc. This probably isn't a thing you can just plug-and-play, there is real integration work here.

Very happy with great the excellent self-service and quick and capable customer support staff. The pricing is fair. Instructions and documentations are more than satisfactory.

Pros

The plaform is very self-service friendly; you're able to perform almost all service related operations yourself. In addition to that they offer +354 (Iceland) numbers at a very honest rate of $5 /mo which I'm stoked about.

Cons

The review of number orders which require additional documentation/justification does take a while, which isn't desirable.

I had to port a number from Twilio over to here, and it was painless, took a few days and I was off to the races setting up number forwarding and getting a soft phone app to work with it. It's just terribly simple to use, alst without sacrificing technical control.

Pros

It's so fast and intuitive that I regret not being there over a year ago.

Cons

If I had to pick (which I do), I guess it'd be the color scheme, and I still think it's beautiful. Lol

Overall great and the price is hard to beat.

Pros

Customer service is amazing. I have had a few problems in the little over a year I have been using Telnyx and they have been a great help solving them. Most of the problems were my fault in my settings.

Cons

One of the times I was having problems the chat on their website was not working so I had to find their support number. Their support number is not well advertised. I think it should be in the header of all logged in pages.

Basically, I really like their solutions, they offer a lot of communication possibilities.

Pros

Telnyx's main assets are its robust infrastructure and flexibility. We were able to connect our AI assistant solution to their numbers without relying on a traditional provider. Pricing is transparent and much more advantageous than with some competitors. Service support is really top-notch.

Cons

The initial setup takes a little time, especially if you're not familiar with CPaaS solutions. But once everything is in place, the experience is smooth and reliable.

### "Jumped Through Hoops, Wasted Hours, and Still Blocked—What a Nightmare!"

Frustrating Verification Process and Unclear Requirements The support and vetting process left much to be desired. The platform is plagued with user-unfriendly errors—I ran into multiple issues just trying to purchase a phone number. After spending a significant amount of time verifying for the UK and AU by submitting documentation (which I understand is necessary due to SMS regulations), my developers began integrating with their API for OTP testing. We were then blocked because we weren’t “level 2 approved”—a requirement I wasn’t even aware of. Attempting to get this approval was a nightmare. I had to submit my ID through a third-party app, which crashed multiple times before finally accepting my submission. A day later, I found out it never went through. After contacting support, they asked for business information I had already provided during signup. To make things worse, my ID was rejected because I took a photo of my driver’s license on my phone, despite explaining that I had lost my wallet and it was my real license. The agent dismissed it, insisting it couldn’t be verified because it wasn’t a “real” photo, even though it clearly was. In the end, I wasted a ton of time trying to navigate unclear requirements. Their documentation lacks transparency, and you’ll only uncover critical details after sifting through hours of it. On the bright side, their AI chatbot was actually quite helpful.

Pros

Disappointing Experience with Verification and Support While the platform and pricing seemed promising, I wasn’t able to fully test it due to issues with account verification. The process was unnecessarily complicated, and I found myself jumping through hoops without a clear resolution. The customer support I dealt with was unhelpful and unresponsive, making me feel as though my business wasn’t valued—despite repeatedly informing them that I was sending clean, transactional SMS. Unfortunately, this experience prevented me from moving forward with the platform.

Cons

Overly Aggressive and Opaque Verification Process The support and vetting process were frustrating and lacked transparency. The verification requirements were excessive, and as a transactional sender, I couldn’t even get through the process. If I’m unable to navigate their system, I imagine many others will face similar difficulties. Their approach feels overly aggressive, which made it impossible to proceed.
