Much better than other vendors, I have tried many in the past but I prefer Telnyx by far

The support was great and also product is better than expected

Can seem quite complicated at times but overall its great

### "Awful customer service"

Pros

Their service and API design is well thought out.

Cons

Support is nonexistent. Their buggy know-your-customer flow locked me out of my two-year-old account, which had no suspicious activity whatsoever. Their phone line told me to email them, then hung up on me. They didn't respond to two emails after more than a week, and when I found a phone tree option that got me a person, they gave me wrong information. It took ten more emails to support, Cc:ing their \[sensitive content hidden\] each time, to get my numbers ported out - and they refused to waive their port out fees, which other providers rarely charge in the first place.

Telnyx helps me with calls from mobile number. I very need it and with Telnyx, I can add mobile number to verified mobile numbers and make call from it.

Cons

Nothing to say, all is perfect and all services function correctly.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] helped me understand that I was missing a link while setting up my messaging profile :) He was a HUGE help, because I'm not at ALL a tech kind of person - I can't wait to have my Podcast and Audio shows up and running

Telnyx's own transcription engine doesn't cover the full capability like the Google transcription engine.

my experience its very cool, the team like use telnyx and the plataform its very nice

Pros

About 3 years ago I started using Telnyx with an old boss, now in my own company after searching and trying more than 10 different VOIP systems I remembered how good Telnyx was and indeed the only thing it has done is improve since then, excellent service

Cons

Nothing, all ist very perfect and easy to use

Pros

Customer service is helpful, they answer questions and follow up with an email with more info. The reporting feature is what I use most often and it's pretty intutive.

Cons

Some types of reports (e.g. monthly usage/cost) each individual number could could be improved. A basic search by phone number, without needing to download an entire file, would also be helpful too.

Customer support has been exceptional, best we've ever encountered from a business like this. It has made the process of integrating services very smooth for us. Response is very fast and the support techs know their product well.

Pros

What I like most about Telnyx is the range of tools it offers, all in one platform. They provide integrations of voice, messaging, and other services making the service versatile for our needs. Additionally, their user interface and usage analytics provide valuable insights and easy management for our team. The value for the money is a big plus.

Cons

Lot of security and verification processes, but understandable as to why that needs to be done.

Overall I am quite satisfied that we have the technical features we need, they are easy to setup and I have had a few support queries which even for low priority issues were solved quickly.

Pros

I have found the Telnyx suite to be easy to navigate, quicker to setup than other platforms and their customer support has been quick and responsive. Overall we are very happy (new) customers.

Cons

Nothing, we have not run into issues. Overall it has been a smooth deployment.

In my experience this is a top messaging platform that you cannot go wrong with. It beats out competitors in significant categories such as the price and customer service.

Pros

The price per message is lower than many alternative within the SMS marketing sphere. Customer support was also quick to respond and helpful on every occasion that I contacted them.

Cons

I would have wished the billing details to be more in-depth. I can view my current balance and past money deposited but that’s about it. Other API services have detailed overviews of every message sent.

Best service, Quick response, It took a few min to set the CID and SIP, Cheap caller ID with tons of options.

Pros

Call quality and Their Service are notch! It is very easy and user-friendly

Cons

The bundle can not be used with SIP service but it's totally understandable

I'm grateful that standing up a company-wide SMS notification could be done in just a couple of days. When I opened a ticket about moving a number, the support was thorough, courteous and helpful in general. Compared to Twilio, I would recommend Telnyx, especially if you are interested in cellular solutions. I made our own SMTP-to-SMS gateway easily.

Pros

I like how easy the messaging API is to use and the support and documentation is excellent. Tons of features for most use cases!

Cons

I ran into some bugs with the advanced features, such as sub-users and managed accounts. Those are obscure features for most users, however, and irrelevant to most.)

Good so far but it's still early days of using the solution.

Pros

Ease of use and clarity of the UI where key, also the chat support that was quick to answer

Cons

Not being able to see right away if the features I was looking for (mainly Clip No Screening on SIP numbers) was available without having to go through the identity validation process and the guides for open source IPBX not being up to date (screenshots and versions used).
