Their knowledge of porting and phone routing is great. I couldn't ask for a better group to work with. Over all the reliability is good almost great. Pros I like the broad range of features. The support team always helps very promptly. Their prices are as good as it gets for SIP services. Cons Accounts from time to time will become unregistered. When this happens the tech support doesn't seem to understand what would cause the issue. It doesn't happy a lot but when it does its 5-10 mins at a time. And not all connections go down just some and all my things go to the same site so i don't think its on my end. July 1, 2019 5.0 Our company is kicking off a hosted phone solution this month that requires us to BYO SIP Provider...Having a solid partnership with Telnyx already in place makes it easy for my company to start offering this to our existing clients without fear of poor audio quality, hidden fees, and/or any other surprises that working with a new company can uncover. Thanks for providing a quality service at a great price! Pros The portal is really straightforward to use. I'm also grateful to have reps available to us...she is extremely knowledgeable and is always very quick to get our questions answered. Pros The price is cheap than its competitors Cons The customer support is very bad. My account keys got hacked twice my account got hacked and I cannot log in even after talking to there support they mention the account don't exist but 10 minutes I received an email from their app stating someone from another account accessed my account. Furthermore as my account was not working I thought it is all good by my Credit card get started to charge and there is no way I can talk to anyone in their team. Again they never take responsibility of any hacking that happens to the account due to their system and pass it to customer. I will suggest to avoid this service provider as we have switched back to our old providers due to security concerns. Cons The interface changes pretty frequently, however it is slight enough that I am still familiar with the interface and can proceed with day-to-day tasks without issue.
