Pros
Feedvisor seems most effective for products which are steady sellers and where we have a great source of replenishment.
It definitely increased our profits with its re-pricing tactics, we no longer have to sell at bottom price to be in the buy box. Definitely great help with your online business on Amazon.
Excellent customer service, great product worth using for the overall health of your business.
I love Feedvisor, it helps me learn more about my business and what I need to do get expand in the marketplace.
Cons
Now coming to pricing : VERY VERY expensive. Maybe they should charge just 10% of what they charge to compensate for the loss they will give to the account.
I tried the free trial and had such a bad experience. My account sale showed lowest sale in years.
At first, the tool they have developed is USELESS.
We lost organic rankings, which meant way less organic sales. Because our ppc campaigns stopped performing we lost sales from there.

"Feedvisor was the best repricing tool our company ever used"
Overall: We tried quite a few repricers and, in the end, we stuck with Feedvisor for the visibility and customer service.
Pros: The high level of complexity brought into simple terms and decisions for my company to make. Also, the visibility of price and product history was easy to digest and create a strategic action plan around. We found our items being far more profitable with a decent sell-through rate, rather than other repricers that push you to your floor as quickly as possible. We could also set sell-through targets that the algorithm would maximize our profit for. Lastly, if there was any information that we wanted to know about the products, that wasn't on their website, they would create a data set spreadsheet that was emailed to us as frequently as we desired.
Cons: Due to the amount of information, there was a bigger learning curve
"A Powerhouse of Software for the Modern E-Commerce Seller"
Overall: Overall our experience with Feedvisor has been phenomenal. We have used Feedvisor for right around 5 years now. I can clearly say that we would not have been as successful on Amazon without Feedvisor. We were able to reliably grow our sales year over year and stay competitive while not increasing our inventory liability due to the reporting and re-pricing feature in Feedvisor. We are able to liquidate, MAP Mask, follow iMAP, run sales, and see reporting on the SKU level within the dashboard.
Pros: The algorithmic repricing and inventory forecasting / reporting are important for us. We use the reports daily for deciding what to purchase and how much of each SKU we sell on Amazon. We can sync our Shopify stores and eBay account and Amazon accounts so we get a view of EVERY sale we make. There are other marketplaces we use that are not supported (Houzz), but that marketplace is often excluded in software integrations.
Cons: We seem to still have issues with cost saving in Feedvisor for our Shopify storefronts. It was always a bug we worked with support to try and fix, but it was often pushed back. Currently our profit is not fully accurate due to our Shopify sales not tracking cost in Feedvisor. The marketing platform is robust, but as seasoned Google Ads / Shopping / marketing experts, we do not spend enough on Ads to make the cost worth it. It is very pricey, but you are getting a lot.

"A dangerous tool that cost us $6000 in membership fees and $27,000 in lost sales in TWO MONTHS"
Overall: Our startup was great. Lots of promises. Almost none of them came to be. The feedvisor team while very apologetic for the immense damage they managed to do to our business, offered no real solution. The system is relentless and is built for people who have no idea what they're doing. This is so that you don't really understand if it's working or not. I watched this thing stumble around and damage our business more and more every day.
Pros: Easy to setup. It took the campaigns in our seller central and quickly hooked up to the campaigns you told it to.
Cons: - The system is very inflexible. You'd be AMAZED at how little it can adjust for $3000/month. When I first joined if you changed your campaign name it would throw the entire system off. Because the ingenious developers tied the campaign to the campaign name instead of the static, never changing campaign ID. - The system DID NOTHING with new campaigns it created itself. - The system DID NOT STOP when we told it to. We paused it both on the account portal AND deleted the username and permissions from Amazon. How it still had access is frankly terrifying. - It has no idea how to gather meaningful data and starts off far too conservatively. We're in an aggressive niche. it took the majority of our keywords and bid so low we were no longer visible or getting impressions. This one cost us big. We lost organic rankings, which meant way less organic sales. Because our ppc campaigns stopped performing we lost sales from there. - You CANNOT modify the bids in the system if you notice it's making a big mistake. You just have to sit back and let it make mistakes all day every day and hope maybe tomorrow it will figure it out. Spoiler alert, it doesn't.
"Excellent solution for Amazon sellers"
Overall: excellent customer service, great product worth using for the overall health of your business
Pros: We have been using this software for number of months already and while main feature is repricing we have been using many other features that this software has (re-stock planning, liquidating stock, top bad selling products analitics and many others) We love it! It definitely increased our profits with its re-pricing tactics, we no longer have to sell at bottom price to be in the buy box. Definitely great help with your online business on Amazon
Cons: Price, it may put people off initially, as price is quite high and you have to put trust in what this software can do. We had felxible terms initially if we do not see increase in our profist we can leave after a few months of testing. We obviously stayed and keep using it as it definitely saved us lots of time with manual re-pricing and is much better than any other re-pricing software
"Best investment we've made was with Feedvisor"
Overall: This is a great software. The support team is amazing and the get back to you really quick and answer whatever questions you may have. I've learned using this tool, there is more to learn about Amazon or any other selling platform you may use for your business. This will help you learn more about your business as well how to work with not against Amazon, Ebay and other e-commerce companies you are using.
Pros: I love Feedvisor, it helps me learn more about my business and what I need to do get expand in the marketplace. This software has really helped me learn more about what profit I really make from selling on Amazon. The support team and account manager are very helpful and they will go above and beyond to help you business grow.
Cons: There's really nothing I do like about this software. This is the best investment we've made to grow our business.
"It works until it breaks down than it takes them 6 months to fix it"
Overall: Bad
Pros: They have 2 fields i use in accounting that others dont have.
Cons: They have 2 fields i use in accounting that others dont have. As soon as i see these functions offered by another company, I am out. This company has the worst customer service, support, or any ability to fix a bug. Every time they update software for the new function that no body will use the existing functions that you use every day fail to work.
"Works well but expensive for what you get"
Overall: Feedvisor seems most effective for products which are steady sellers and where we have a great source of replenishment. It is less effective for one-off lots or where the supply chain is inconsistent (it may accelerate sales at the expense of margin)
Pros: For many goods it is an effective repricing tool; tracks sales velocity, stock on hand, competitive prices, makes adjustments generally appropriately.
Cons: It is very expensive and only marginally better than the free tools you get with Amazon. We've done an A/B test using two separate stores where we had similar products. The Feedvisor set did somewhat better, but the fee we paid Feedvisor burned up pretty much all of the incremental gross margin.
"Useful tools for managing Amazon marketplace business"
Overall: Feedvisor has enabled us to use Amazon data in a smarter way than Amazon's own stock reports
Pros: Replenishment reports help us managing our Amazon FBA inventory levels
Cons: It would be great if they added more flexible forecasting tools
Vendor Response
"Easy to use, could use more data"
Pros: We use the repricing tool the most and it is very easy to use. It is super simple to make changes and fix issues.
Cons: I wish there was more buy box information and detail on the reporting.

"Feed Advisor "
Overall: It's a problem solving software when it comes to pricing.
Pros: It's helps keep track and able to set your amazon price. It's very easy to use the interface, it's user-friendly. Dashboard that shows every report and sales metrics inside your Feed Advisor.
Cons: It little bit expensive for a person who is still starting out. Wish I could able to use it even on eBay.
"Very bad, Be Aware!"
Pros: The marketing person will show you a positive hope.
Cons: At first, the tool they have developed is USELESS. They have created a tool which works on historical data and that NOTHING HAPPENS automatically. You need to involve their team memeber to manage the tool and they do a pathetic job. They have no knowledge whatsoever about the account and they would waste your daily ads in SUPER high bids or make you loose impression with SUPER LOW BIDS. I tried the free trial and had such a bad experience. My account sale showed lowest sale in years.During pandemic last year we had seen better sales. Now coming to pricing : VERY VERY expensive. Maybe they should charge just 10% of what they charge to compensate for the loss they will give to the account. Also, they have some hidden access which was still active after removing them from the account. My consultant later advised me to remove the same which i couldn't have realised by myself. They didn't let us know too because they enjoyed to see my advertising get wasted. BOOO BOOOO feedvisor.
"Worth the investment"
Pros: One of the few repricers that bring your price back up while retaining the buy box.
Cons: There are mandatory contracts/time lengths that need to be agreed to.
Vendor Response
"Feedvisor is the industry leader and pioneer of automated repricing, my experience is GREAT!!"
Overall: Maximzation of Profits and Adanced recommendation
Pros: Quick, advanced insights and advanced reporting. Unique features that are not available with other repricers. Quick customer response.
Cons: is expensive but worth the money.
"Made Selling on Amazon A Breeze"
Pros: Easy to implement, set up, and use effectively.
Cons: Higher costs compared to other providers. Still worth every penny.
