It was easy to get up and running with the free trial version. Having it customized to yourself is ideal! Cons Sometimes want a mix of things I'm not completely accustomed to/content that doesn't pertain to me at all, as a personal user to expand my interests. (I know this is counterintuitive. But sometimes it is a thought!) Instead of googling and searching for content that may or may not be relevant to what I'm looking for, I just go on UpContent and they have articles that are exactly what I need. Cons They're still in the early stages of their software so they make constant UI changes. It's not that big of a deal, but every month I have no idea what I'm going to come back to. The navigation has improved a lot since using UpContent. Cons It doesn't generate as many results as I would like so even though I'm not spending hours on google, I still spend hours on UpContent trying to tailor the streams correctly. But maybe that is the point? That I'm spending time on their site! Being able to have different folders and collections makes navigating through the platform easy and handing off assets to clients even easier. Pros Great customer service, great feature to help improve your filters, and very nice addition to have collections. Cons Would be nice to have more suggestions when creating filters. Pros It brings news articles that are relevant to my company and makes it easy to share on social media/Hootsuite. Cons They seem to have trouble updating new articles.
