Pros: "Request a contact" button. I also like the insider tips box that gives tips on who the appropriate contacts are for specific categories.

Cons: Some accounts are not allowed to request a contact or some accounts have outdated contacts in them. Would be nice to have an accurate data but I understand that there must be a lot of accounts to deal with to keep track of updating contacts.

Overall: Saves me time.

Pros: Information is provided quickly and accurately. I also like receiving timely updates about changes in the organization

Cons: I would love to see expansion on job titles, e.g. Human Resources, Public Relations, Communications contacts

MR is a great resource, I use it nearly every business day. Staff is very responsive, when needed

Pros: If researching print, MR is very reliable. The list of companies measured is impressive. Overall the software is fairly easy to use.

Cons: I often find contacts are not up to date, which I understand may be tough to do with a dynamic industry. Also, the online data is also not very reliable and does not offer a complete picture of what a marketer may be doing in the marketplace.

Pros: Ease of use and many different features to explore. MediaRadar also has many features that have helped with account research in various aspects.

Cons: Sometimes hard to navigate/find what you're looking for. It would be helpful if mediaradar had a live chat to help with these issues.

Pros: So easy to use and navigate - I use this on a daily basis to help plan for a call and to prospect. It helps me to know what they have done in the past and what I can do to get my foot in the door.

Cons: Overall its easy to use - still has a few bugs to work out - once in a while I will get inaccurate info but that is to be expected. Overall its a great tool

Overall, MediaRadar is a very helpful tool for our sales team.

Pros: I like that the data within the software is constantly being updated with new information that is helpful to our team, and when something isn't available, we usually don't have to wait very long to get a response from MediaRadar support. We had several questions during implementation, and the MediaRadar team always found creative ways to make their software work for our unique needs.

The Perfect Pitch and other industry information (Insider Tips, Insights, etc.) provide talking points to our sales team that they would not have without the software.

Cons: There are some features, such as specific contact filters / customizations that would be nice to have, but for some configurations, using a workaround is the only way to produce the desired results.

Outside of major advertisers and major agencies, information is sparse or nonexistent.

Pros: Very easy to use/navigate and the ability to customize individual profiles is a pro. Software customer service/representatives are very attentive and willing to help.

Cons: Outside of major advertisers and major agencies, information is sparse or nonexistent. I've also found that b2b advertiser information is hard to come by regardless of size/spend.

MediaRadar is an invaluable resource for ad sales activity. Contact information is great to have!

Pros: The most valuable information is contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers. We all know ad sales is a numbers game and MediaRadar enables you to send out emails to multiple contacts on the same account, so you're virtually sure to get a response from someone to initiate a conversation!

Cons: I would like more information on the target audience. Currently MediaRadar provides an income target but not much more.

It has been somewhat useful for contacts, however the contacts are usually only high level.

Pros: I am able to see what magazines my potential clients are advertising in. I can also see what agencies they are working with,

Cons: Doesn't show you what a company actually spends, only what the published rates are. Many of the companies we work with are not listed because they are too small.

It is very convenient and easy to navigate around. It is good to get quick information and numbers..

Pros: I like that it is very organized and up to date. Also, whenever I have a question, help is very easily accessible.

Cons: What I would change about mediaradar is that the edit credits and ads that magazines ran are not always accurate.

Pros: Finding out instantly if a prospect advertises and where. The ability to easily add magazines to the competitive set.

Cons: Clicking around and getting lost. That would be the biggest issue which is probably a training issue

Pros: Ease of use and the breadth of information. I enjoy that I can log on and pretty much find anything that I need.

Cons: I wish there were better ways to incorporate and merge the information right into my insightly database.

Overall: I usually can find the right person at the company or agency that I am prospecting for.

Pros: Our company specializes in international media. We target US companies that has budgets from the US but advertises international. We utilize MediaRadar to gain access to the media contacts and understand their advertiser's advertising history. So far MediaRadar has provide quite up to date on the active and major companies in the US. And it has helped us save the work and time from cold calling each company.

Cons: So far MediaRadar has all contacts and history of the US major brands that has been actively advertising. I wish it could include disruptor companies.

Overall: Media contacts and snapshot of the advertiser's advertising history.

The product is very easy to use and essential to my business

Pros: It helps me to pull competitive information at the click of a button and provide direction for my pitch

Cons: There are not many cons. I supposed that it would be helpful to have the print + digital integrated snapshot a little bit more flushed out & easier to read with digital spend

Overall: I explained earlier - I used it for preparing reports for call prep for my clients.

Pros: Media Radar makes it very easy to look up ads, which I do daily. Media Radar seems to have updated ads daily more so then Kantar.

Cons: I would like to learn how to run report more. It would be beneficial to join a training seminar if they had any. The one thing I don't like is when I am looking up ads such as Chevy Traverse I wish I could have all Chevy products to the one page when searching for ads not making a report.

Pros: I like how it's convenient and allows you to find information about other companies as well as contact information and previous ads that they ran.

Cons: It's slightly on the inconvenient side, especially when dealing with smaller companies. I find myself looking up contact information and the data is sometimes out dated.

mediaradar has come a long way, I find it much more accurate on agency and client contacts and tips

Pros: I like the access to Agency and client contacts and aggregated news coverage and information on the overall business.

Cons: MediaRadar does not analyze audio space, would be helpful to have information as it relates to audio teams/strategies etc.

Pros: I love the app! It's great for business travels. It makes it easy to prospect and get information while on the road.

Cons: Edit credits can be confusing as there are different places to look. Otherwise, there are no problems!

I use MediaRadar on a very consistent basis and find it extremely helpful and easy to use .

Pros: I like the ease of finding information about brands and companies such as media spend, area of spend, etc. I also love the Power Reports feature. It makes it easy to filter results based on what I'm looking for.

Cons: There are a lot of things I like about the software, and not much I don't like. The only issue I run into is the database not having contacts for certain brands sometimes.

Overall: I use the software to get information about brands and their advertising trends, spend, etc. I also use it to get contact information from various brands to use for my outreach.

Helpful. Scattered. Trustworthy.

Pros: The quality of resources has been beneficial with prospecting and searching for information. I like that I can get almost bullet points for info that i need.

Cons: How scattered the layout is. It can be hard to find navigate the "homepage" for companies. Although things are bucketed, it can still be hard to toggle back and forth.

I miss having the ease of Contacts but I know that's my company's no longer paying for this service.

Pros: Ability to easily and efficiently look up where brands ran both on print and digital. When doing precalls - Media Radar is good for at least 50% of the materials I need.

Cons: If I'm reaching - b/c it's fairly straight forward - it'd be inserts are counted as pages, whereas we don't include them in the share of market. No biggie though.

Overall: Easy to use, help always available and very useful tool for my trade.

The MediaRadar team is always ready to help to provide solutions!

Pros: I like it that I can easily search for a client/agency in a most timely fashion. I use MediaRadar on a daily basis and use it as a prospecting tool as well!

Cons: Sometimes the contacts are not updates in the most timely of fashion making it a little difficult to provide the most updates information to my management~

Pros: The competitive ads are displayed with great quality and the history of the ads that is available online. The site is easy to navigate to see both print and digital competitors and their initiatives.

Cons: sometimes the advertising agency is listed as the client, so a little bit challenging to identify. Also when a new report comes out, it lists the new and old advertisers, would be great if could highlight the new advertisers that were not in the previous Media Radar report.

Overall: the amount of competitive information that is available for the print and digital landscape.
