Pros: They have a lot of detailed, customizable reports. Certain members of their support team are helpful. Though clunky, it gets the job done.
Cons: The system is not intuitive in the slightest. Finding something on the menu always requires diving down many rabbit holes of menus. Payroll takes literally at least 20 steps to run. Every time an employee submits a timesheet change request, the system gives an error that the correction contradicts their current timesheet and you have to fix everything manually. You can never delete the notifications in the upper right hand corner; they build up and linger forever. (Even called and and asked about that, and they gave no solution).
Overall: We used Fuse for payroll and time tracking for our small business. Their support team is helpful, but it gets exhausting having to call them multiple times every each payroll to fix timesheet errors (caused by Fuse when employees would try to clock in). This was still the case after I had run payroll 10+ times. Having worked in software myself, I would consider myself a fairly technologically savvy person. That being said, the UI is very difficult to navigate.
