The staff have been great during the onboarding process. We have had postive feedback from our waste producers. Pros The ability to produce digital consignment notes Cons I wouldn't want this comment takeaway from the fact that I really like QC but the reliance on mobile data can be pain, I do however understand that it is not easy to implement mobile data cache as some users have large databases. Side note the system can be a little slow when saving consignment notes or loading customer lists but this just maybe me being impaitant While I remember, I can be a bit "nit picky" but I do find the font hard to read to printed consignment notes, coud the layout and font size be reviewed. We could not go back to a paper system. Pros Easy to use. Lots of add on features. Instant, live and remote access to documents. Solved the problem of accessing signed paperwork that had been filed or archived this is all now at the touch of a button. Answering customer queries more easily. Remotely adding or removing wastes form a list if a driver gets to site and there are extras to collect this can be done by the office with all the correct technical information. Electronic paperwork does not get lost or damaged. Sending completed consignment notes is instant and live - can track waste collections and work progress. Environment Agency reports are much easier to generate with the data export tools. Utilising much less paper. Cons Can be a bit slow (a second or two to open a page) due to cloud connection with larger documents.
