I would highly recommend this service for any business. Pros The ability to post across multiple locations has been a great help in saving time and energy. The dashboard is awesome giving you a snapshot of how each location is performing. There are so many features and the value is awesome. Cons There is a bit a of a lag when selecting certain posts that sometimes works and sometimes have to refresh to load. I appreciated the reports and alerts when receiving any feedback on one of the sights. Cons Only issue I had was uploading pictures or flyers on my social media accounts sometimes it would take and others it would just circle. Started with weekly calls into monthly calls. Always a 24-hour turnaround on questions that I had. Pros This software has a lot to offer. If you have a handful of clients, I would recommend this platform to manage your social media and reputation management. If your client likes to be hands-on with the content you are putting out, their client feature is awesome. Cons It did take time to train my team on how to move around the platform. It makes is super manageable since all sites are housed in one spot. I also like that they send email reminders. It makes it easy to get responses done right away and not miss one. Pros I like the SOCi keeps all of our review platforms in one spot. Makes it easier to respond without having to remember several different user names and passwords for various sites. She's very responsive and helpful, but we have had trouble with the techs in the past. Features improve every month or so, so I'm still hopeful. I don't know how much SOCi costs, so I can't judge the value. Pros I like the organization of all the clients and all the platforms. Cons There are still a lot of kinks and there are not enough features. I still need to use the platforms themselves for too many things. Whether it's posting videos on Insta or managing our news on other platforms, SOCi has been a hit with our team. Pros We previously didn't use a reputation management tool, but SOCi has been incredibly helpful. It's a great tool with incredible customer service. Pros It is great to be able to schedule posts for a week at a time. Knowing the my peak time to post is nice. Cons It's hard to get around. I wish Ace had more posts available. November 1, 2019 5.0 Pros I like I can handle all of my social media posts in one place with out having to go to each social media site. I really like the libraries feature and the post plan schedule. It is nice to create multiple posts and have them automatically set to post when I want them to. I also like to be able to see the engagements with each of my posts. I can plan my posts, respond to engagements, and create new content all in one place. Pros Easy to drop images onto the calendar. Able to post to multiple social sites at once. Cons Difficult to see what images you have used and haven't used. Doesn't post well to Instagram.
