" September 16, 2020 5.0 I love the ease of posting to multiple platforms, and being able to schedule them in advance. Pros I love being able to schedule everything in advance, and not have to worry about doing this daily, and being able to post to all platforms at once. Cons There was a time that we were not notified of a comment until a week later that a customer had made on a post. The comment was a question that required a response. Pros The ability to manage our social across all of our 40+ locations is a fantastic proposition! Cons It is a little hard to get started. I wish more of our communities would elect to use the service. Pros The team and the innovation. I think the tool is the most robust in the multifamily space. Pros Doing social media posts can be daunting and SoCi adds an amazing value to my weekly routine. It keeps my page alive, however allows me to have control when needed. I schedule out my posts effortlessly and can get so much done in as little as 10 minutes. Cons I personally cannot name any cons for SoCi. It does not really require much effort on the users part. I was really excited to use this as I am in charge of all social media for our store. Cons I could not get it set up or get into my account. I talked to several people over the phone about it and they kept saying my information would be sent to me. I also approached their booth at our Ace convention(at two different shows) and was given absolutely no help. They then tried to charge us for our use of SOCi. Once it is set up, do you have access to and control from the platform from several different devices which is very helpful especially when you’re on the go. Cons Although set up and use is easy, it is designed for larger companies and less for solo practitioner‘s or smaller companies, at least from my perspective. We have also received a lot more reviews and are able to see them in one area. Cons When we signed up, we were told that their marketing would help our followers on social media go up. I also love that I can post for both of my stores in one place and have them post at the same time. Pros Can create a post and have it posted across different social media platforms like facebook, twitter, google business, yelp and instagram. Can schedule postings for both of my stores in one place at the same time.
