This gives my team a snapshot of keywords used on online reviews to improve. We are able to pick 5-8 keys words and improve to increase online reviews. Pros I like the option to have at my fingertips a breakdown of social media activity. I also like the Sentiment feature. Pros I really like the calendar feature and how easy it is to post and even drag and change the post to a different date. I am not the main user on my property however it allows me to hop on when the main individual is out & I can see everything that has been done or is scheduled. Makes it very easy for multi users to see everything that is going on across social media platforms. Pros I enjoy the flexibility and manageability of all social media platforms. This allows scheduling repetitive posts much more accomplish-able. Cons The messaging features are not comparable to the actual apps themselves. It takes the hassle out of posting each day when you can schedule in advance. Pros I love that we can schedule posts out by the month and at peak times when people are looking. Cons Instagram posts seem harder to edit after posting while using a mobile device. It seems harder to offer multiple photos on instagram as opposed to Facebook. If there is an option to post stories for each, I have not learned it yet, but this would be a nice feature I would be interested in learning about. I don’t understand how the password change doesn’t work Pros Once I worked out how to used it it’s easy to ise Cons I can’t change the password. I have tired lots of times but it doesn’t work. March 17, 2020 4.0 I have had a great experience working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] at SOCi, she has facilitated a couple of training's for our staff and is always very helpful and knowledgeable on the software. Pros The ease of use. It is so nice to have the ability to check our reputation of multiple different sites on one page as well as see the reviews broken down. SOCi is great at creating a professional response for us if we are not able to address a review personally. I also really like that they create unique content to post to social media for us, keeping our community interacting with our social network. October 31, 2019 5.0 Pros I have to post on social media for work multiple times a week. I was posting everything from my phone which translated to me working on social media off hours which I did not like. Our corporate office signed us up for SOCi and after using it one time I was hooked. I am now able to schedule out posts from my work computer and have a whole month of posting done in a few hour sitting. This program has made posting easier and more efficient for me. Cons It would be nice if when adding an Instagram tag it would auto populate. Right now I have to open Instagram and copy and paste the tag into the tagging section.
