It doesn't take a lot of training to get the hang of it - and once you do, it's amazing! To be able to post simultaneously across social media platforms is a manager's dream! I am not a social media person and have a hard time adapting to it. It helps to have someone respond to all the reviews as they are personal and individualized. Sometimes being at the property, our emotions get the best of us in certain situations. It helps to have a third party dealing with them. It helps me with putting my time on other efforts. Pros It helps to pre-schedule posts so that it is off your plate. It's a one stop shop for reviews. Cons The web access is a bit difficult to navigate as opposed to the app version. Pros I have only used the software a few times. As both Center Director and Owner I do not have the time to manage these posts. I think for Centers who want to appoint a staff member to create content it is an excellent tool. Our center recently outsourced these duties because we simply do not have staff to manage this right now. Cons The fact that it requires staff to obtain pictures, and create graphic's for content.
