anyLogistix Reviews
Pros
What I like most about anyLogistix is how it helps you design and improve supply chains in a clear and easy way.
The best part is, the usage and management of this software is incredibly easy. Overall, I highly recommend this product to any organization looking to improve their supply chain process.
The overall experience with the software was positive and I am very much happy because this software is helping me to solve my complex assignment with so much of ease.
We are still in progress in simulating some of the scenarios. But with a very helpful Support Staff, we are really sure some limitations might be able to resolve via a workaround.
Cons
As a user, I found myself struggling to navigate through the interface and perform basic tasks.
Difficult to find the prices if you are forecasting the warehouse budget and expenditure of different locations. Its hard to find and difficult to put data.
Every time I zoom in and out, it cuts off some partners and I am unable to show the whole network.
Inserting your own data and running analyses is complicated. I received a lot of error messages but they did not tell me exactly what was wrong.
"AnyLogistics"
Overall: Great and result driven as it gives well calculated results
Pros: The route optimization is great and works well.
Cons: Steap learning curve with very lean community for support and reference or help
"Experience with anyLogistix "
Overall: Despite the limitations, the software has a lot to offer and my overall experience was good with it.
Pros: What I like most about anyLogistix is how it helps you design and improve supply chains in a clear and easy way. It combines two powerful tools: optimization (to find the best solutions) and simulation (to test different scenarios). This means you can see how a supply chain will perform in the real world, even under unexpected conditions. The platform is user-friendly, so you don’t need to be an expert to use it. Plus, the 3D maps and visuals make it easy to understand how different decisions impact the supply chain.
Cons: The software is powerful but can feel complicated, especially for those new to supply chain management. Another issue is that it can be expensive, which might not suit smaller businesses or individuals. I also feel it doesn’t allow as much customization in certain cases, limiting flexibility. Additionally, for very large data sets, the software can slow down, and the available documentation may not always provide enough detail for advanced users.
"Education tool"
Overall: Good for advanced educational purposes, we used it for our course on logistics
Pros: Ease of use, network optimisation and simlulations
Cons: Unclear definitions, but the help option helps
"Simplicity and Power for Aspiring Supply Chain Professionals"
Overall: As a student exploring the complexities of supply chain management, I found AnyLogistix to be an exceptionally user-friendly tool. Its design prioritizes simplicity without sacrificing the depth of analysis, making it an ideal platform for both beginners and advanced users. One of the standout features is its intuitive interface. The software provides pre-built templates and step-by-step wizards that make it easy to create and simulate supply chain models. This means that even if you’re new to supply chain modeling, you can quickly get up to speed without feeling overwhelmed. Despite its simplicity, AnyLogistix doesn’t compromise on functionality. It allows for detailed scenario analysis, helping users to explore different strategies and optimize supply chain performance. The integration with AnyLogic further enhances its capabilities, allowing for a seamless transition between strategic and operational simulations. In short, AnyLogistix strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and power, making it an excellent tool for students and professionals looking to gain practical experience in supply chain modeling and optimization
Pros: simple, easy to use a fresher in this field, got an exact idea about digital twin and optimization and gfa analysis etc and the white paper help me a lot i regularly wisit your sites and keep in touch with anyLOGISTIX
Cons: even thou some ideas are tough to understand. and the number of case studies restricted to some region its a drawback . remaining things are good also you few more videos abot how it works
"anyLogistic as educational tool"
Overall: It took me a while to know how I could make examples and instances without having real data. But slowly, I learned how to use anyLogistix for my purpose.
Pros: I like the free features of anyLogistix. I use it as an educational tool to demonstrate real-world examples to my students.
Cons: It does not have specific feature or opportunity for training.
