Pros

J'aime qu'Axeptio soit simple d'utilisation et de mise en place. Le fait que ce soit une société française est un plus pour moi. Les statistiques sont accessibles facilement, ce qui rend l'outil ergonomique. Grâce à cela, je gagne du temps et je peux rapidement prendre l'outil en main. L'installation a été simple et rapide grâce au guide disponible sur le site.

Cons

Les formules disponibles ne sont pas forcément adaptés à toutes les entreprises ou à tous les besoins.

Globalement, mon expérience avec Axeptio est très positive. L’outil remplit parfaitement son rôle en matière de gestion du consentement tout en offrant une expérience utilisateur bien supérieure à la moyenne. Il permet non seulement de se conformer aux réglementations (comme le RGPD), mais aussi de transformer une contrainte en véritable opportunité d’engagement avec les visiteurs. C’est une solution fiable, innovante et agréable à utiliser au quotidien.

Pros

Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié avec Axeptio, c’est son interface utilisateur moderne et intuitive, qui rend la gestion du consentement beaucoup plus agréable que les solutions classiques. La personnalisation des widgets est un vrai point fort : on peut adapter le design et le ton pour qu’ils correspondent parfaitement à l’identité de la marque. J’ai également trouvé la transparence et la pédagogie vis-à-vis des utilisateurs très pertinentes, ce qui améliore clairement l’expérience et la confiance. Enfin, l’intégration technique est relativement simple et bien documentée.

Cons

Certains réglages avancés peuvent demander un peu de temps pour être bien maîtrisés, surtout lorsqu’on souhaite aller plus loin dans la personnalisation ou les intégrations spécifiques. Le pricing peut également sembler un peu élevé pour les petites structures ou les projets avec peu de trafic. La facilité et le fais que ça soit complet, rapide. Le service client est réactif et de très bons conseils.

Il manque une formule intermédiaire. Pour un logiciel de cookie, la plus petite formule me semble un peu chère.

J'apprécie également beaucoup l'analyse des performances et le stockage horodaté qu'offre l'application. Dans l'ensemble, le service d'Axeptio répond très bien à nos besoins en matière de conformité RGPD et s'intègre parfaitement à nos outils tels que Google et Shopify.

Pros

J'apprécie la clarté, la personnalisation et la rapidité d'Axeptio. Il nous permet une intégration simple avec notre domaine et notre sous-domaine, ce qui est essentiel pour notre commerce électronique.

Cons

Pour l'instant, aucun commentaire à faire. Le service client réactif est également un atout majeur. De plus, la configuration initiale était simple, ce qui contribue à garantir une expérience utilisateur fluide et agréable.

I have no time to spend on technical subjects about cookies, i feel safe with default offer and set up provided by Axeptio

Pros

Easy to intergrate and set up on our Shopify eshop. Convinient and clear for our customer. An pratical solution for maintening compliancy with RGPD standards. Reactive (human) support team

Cons

No negative points to report at this point on the use. On the subscriptions plans, i am waiting for a larger plan than the existing large plan and/or a more flexible yearly subscription taking into account our high variations of trafic depending on seasons

Pros

Super simple à mettre en place et ludique, même pour les personne qui ne connaissent rien en informatique. Aussi point positif possible à mettre en place avec des site no-code Un excelent logiciel français avec un SAV qualitatif et réactif.

Cons

Je dirai le gap de prix entre la version gratuite puis passage à la version payante. Pour les petites entreprises le 1ère offre peut-être un peu cher.

Mon expérience avec Axeptio est très positive. L’outil est intuitif, efficace et fiable. L’équipe support est réactive et à l’écoute, ce qui rend la mise en place et la gestion des consentements beaucoup plus agréables. C’est une solution idéale pour conjuguer respect des utilisateurs et performance marketing.

Pros

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la simplicité d’intégration d’Axeptio sur notre site et la clarté de son interface. Le design du widget est moderne et personnalisable, ce qui permet de garder une vraie cohérence avec l’identité visuelle de notre marque. De plus, la conformité RGPD est parfaitement gérée, ce qui nous fait gagner un temps précieux. L'équipe est toujours à votre écoute.

Cons

Le seul petit point d’amélioration serait d’avoir encore plus d’options de personnalisation avancée pour les développeurs, mais rien de bloquant pour une utilisation quotidienne.

Globalement, mon expérience avec Axeptio est positive : c’est un outil fiable, adapté aux besoins d’un site e-commerce qui veut gérer correctement les cookies et le consentement utilisateur. Une fois la solution en place, elle tourne sans qu’on ait besoin d’y revenir tous les jours, ce qui est très appréciable.

Pros

J’utilise Axeptio pour mon site e-commerce et j’aime beaucoup la facilité d’intégration et le look du widget. C’est clair, moderne, et ça rassure les clients tout en gérant bien le RGPD.

Cons

Pour le moment, je n’ai pas identifié de véritables inconvénients majeurs à signaler : la plateforme fonctionne bien et répond globalement à mes attentes.

Pros

J’apprécie la manière dont le widget Axeptio s’intègre parfaitement à mon site, tout en offrant une expérience ludique et engageante pour les visiteurs. J’aime aussi la possibilité de le personnaliser facilement selon mon identité visuelle (couleurs, typographie, etc.). De plus, la documentation sur le site est claire, bien structurée et agréable à parcourir, ce qui facilite grandement la mise en place.

Cons

Je regrette que les tarifs aient beaucoup augmenté : l’offre était très attractive il y a quelques années, mais elle est devenue aujourd’hui un peu trop chère à mon goût.

Nous utilisons le CMP Axeptio depuis 3 ans et nous sommes vraiment satisfaits de la solution. L'interface est intuitive et le design de la pop-up est efficace pour maximiser le taux de consentement sur desktop et mobile tout en étant conforme aux exigences RGPD. L'équipe de support est très réactive et nous a toujours proposé des solutions pertinentes.

Cons

L'accès aux indicateurs sur une période à plus de 7 jours est disponible uniquement sur la formule entreprise.
